After months of doing research on double strollers for my two boys-who are 21 months apart, I gave up and purchased this one used off […] to save money and frustration of buying a new one, that I may have had to return. So imagine my surprise when I loved this one. Mine is an older model, but all the features are the same. This new one just now takes a carseat (and one side can now take a toddler up to 60lbs), but everything else is the same. I can’t say enough about how lightweight this stoller is (less than 16lbs!)-it’s lighter than my single stroller of another brand! It’s also super compact to fold and easy to fit into my Honda. The basket, although not high, is wide, so either lay your diaper flat or take the things out to put in it (and I carry a huge diaper bag). I do wish it had cupholders, but I rectified that by buying a generic accessory to velco on to the handlebars. It turns on a dime, the breaks are great, and the wheels can be locked or swivel. It fits through average/normal doorways and folds completely flat. Have I mentioned how light it is? Even my elderly mother can lift this and she can’t even carry my toddler and her handbag at the same time! A great double-stroller that I would highly recommend, especially now that it can take a carseat-wish mine did that!

I really love this stroller. I have two toddlers that are 8 months apart. A 29 month old and a 21 month old. I decided to get this stoller because the room it has and its not heavy since im expecting another baby in june. I’m sure i will be able to use this stoller for another two years. It rides SMOOTH (but now the wheels do this horrible squeaking, which it started the night i pushed it over rocks at the fair.), the seats adjust great, it has a cup holder, room at the bottom, behind each seat theres a diaper bag holder, it folds up great (it’s not huge folded up nor heavy!), and its soo easy to set up! I am very pleased with this stroller, and don’t let me forget about the hoods which protective them from the sun. One more thing it fits through a standard doorway!!!

I have a 2 1/2 year old and a two month old baby and this stroller has been perfect for us. It’s having the best of both worlds; a travel system for baby, a reclinable seat next to it for the older sibling and it is compact and light. I love that it fits through a standard doorway!!! I think it could use a cup holder for the adults and the basket is somewhat small, but I’m an over packer…besides that it is awesome. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

This is a great stroller!! I have the previous model, but it has the same features as the new model. I have a two year old and a now 4 1/2 month old and this stroller has been a life saver. Extremely lightweight, folds up smaller than other double strollers. The 60/40 is a great option…the bigger side holds an infant seat, even if it’s not the Peg Perego brand (my Chicco car seat fits great). The release mechanism was a little hard to get used to, but is easy now that I have the hang of it.

I needed a side by side double stroller when I was having my 4th baby so I tried this out in the store thinking it would be just as great as my peg perego duette sw. Not, so much. The sunshades do not cover the kids at all and I did not like it that one seat was smaller than the other. Some people may like this feature because you can hook a car seat onto the larger seat but I did not. So I went with the city mini double stroller instead, it was just what I was looking for.

This stroller has been great! I have a 2 1/2 yr old who is about 30lbs, and a 4 1/2 month old that is about 13lbs. I use the babies carrier in it also from my other, Peg Perego 2007 stroller and it works out great. When I did get it, it did squeek and it bugged me so much, my husband pulled the caps off the wheels and put a bunch of WD40 on them and it worked like a champ. You cant hear the stroller squeek at all. So I suggest to do that. Just be careful to not let the wd40 get on the stroller. I think he flipped it upside down and wrapped a towl around it to cover the cloth. This one cleans up very well. My son spilled cranberry colored jamba juice on it and it cleaned up like a champ. I just had a wet wipe and it was gone:) Wheew! I would suggest this stroller, its much better than the previous model. The other was harder to steer because the front wheels were not as inset as these are. And it fits even fits in the back of my Yukon when all the seats are down. My only wish is that it had a cup holder for each of them in the front (but none of the previous models had one either) So I just got some Velcro ones from another store. We have even had 2, 2 1/2 yr olds on one side and the carrier and it still rolled like a champ.

My thoughts on this stroller, keep looking! When I bought this stroller we lived in DC where we walked everywhere! My youngest just turned 1 y.o. and we have a third baby on the way and this stroller will not hold up for our newest arrival. It already has issues with folding and unfolding, which is a huge problem when you are juggling more than one kid! The sunshades need to be bigger to protect the kids from the elements and it lacking a snack/drink cup. Which I feel is a big blunder for any stroller. It does have a good amount of storage space however, the accessibility to it is on the narrow side. Definitely having buyers remorse. Now looking for another stroller, wish I would have spent the extra money to begin with instead of WASTING $300+.

We bought the double stroller, liked it at first. My only complaint was the basket underneath is not the greatest. It would drag on the floor after putting a couple of things in it. Then one day my husband was pushing the kids in it and the wheel must have been sideways – he gave it a push and the frame cracked. […]We have the peg perago high chair, stoller and carseat. After this experience we will never buy Peg Perago again.

I bought this for my 3yr old and 1 1/2yr old. I like it a lot so far. Except for the squeaky wheels (read other reviews about this too). I sprayed them with wd40 and they’re better. The sunshades are great. they fold down pretty far to block the kids. The basket is pretty big too for a double stroller. It’s very light weight which is nice. I’ve had a graco quattro tour, bob double jogger, combi double, and the joovy caboose ultra. I like this one best as far as double strollers go, except for my BOB 🙂 But this peg perego folds up great and is so light! I like that both the kids can recline and sleep if they’d like.

Had this stroller for two years (since my son was an infant and my daughter was two.) The lightest and easiest ride as well as compact fold! However, it seems not to be meant for long walks on uneven sidewalks, for after just two short years, the front/back poles attaching the stroller broke apart on us. However, I have to say we’ve used it practically every day for two years, so we’ve been hard on it. If you want something for the mall or Disneyland, this is worth the money, b/c like I said, it’s the lightest double stroller out there, compact fold, doesn’t take up much room in the trunk and it does go through most standard doorways. What I esp. loved was that as soon as my son outgrew the car seat feature, I put him in the smaller seat and my older daughter in the larger and it worked out perfectly.

ok stroller. has alot of good features but also features that don’t really work for me . I like to have big basket space at the bottom of the stroller which it does not have. i always have a drink with me . and does not have a cup holder for me or hte kids . or snack tray compartments i like hte recline feature and easy fold up feature the weight of the stroller is so so .. not light but not 2 heavy . over all i guess it works for me somehow? alot better then other strollers out there!

I have a 1yr old and 2yr old. The straps are a terrible design. Squeeky wheels. So difficult to push outdoors. Too much money for a bad product. I will never but this brand again.

  13. Mom of 6 under 6 on June 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

PLEASE FIX THE CANOPIES! They don’t provide any shade for the children. In most strollers you can adjust them but not in this one. I love pushing a side by side stroller because it fits through standard doorways and doesn’t feel like you’re pushing a train. I wish that I could put my twin babies in it, even if I could put one infant car seat facing forward and the other one facing back. ..It would be nice to have some add on extensions for toddlers too. I think the double Combi side by side is a better choice. It has a great canopy that goes all the way down, cup-holders, and you can fold up the seats and make a little bassinet for the baby. It also has a bigger selection of colors like Hot Pink and it’s $100 less! Mom of 6 under 6.

WHEN COMING TO A DESECION ON WHAT TYPE OF DOUBLE TO BUY WE THOUGHT PEG PEREGO WOULD BE THE BEST DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE THIS IN A SINGLE…WE HAVE USED THE STROLLER 5 TIMES NOW AND ALREADY THE CUP HOLDER ALONG WITH THE FRAME IT HOOKS TO CRACKED WHEN WE WERE FOLDING IT..LUCKLY PEG PEREGO IS SENDING A NEW PIECE. I DONT LIKE THEFACT THAT THERE ARE NO CUP HOLDERS IN THIS FOR THE KIDS AND ALSO BECAUSE MY CHILDREN ARE DIFFERENT AGES THAT MEANS THE OLDEST HAS TO SIT ON THESMALLER SIDE AND WHEN THE CARSEAT IS ATTACHED HE HAS NO ROOM FOR HIS ARMS….DONT THINK THIS IS WORTH THE 360 DOLLARS IT CAME TO WITH TAX….ALSO IM POSTING A PIC IN THE KIWI BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON BABIES R US DOESNT CARRY THIS COLOR BUT ITS THESAME2010 MODEL.

  15. mom of busy boys on June 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The reviews were helpful in purchasing this product. I am very happy with this stroller and my 2 yr. old loves riding in it. It is used at least 3-4 times a week and yes the wheels do squeak. Love that it’s side by side and fits through most doors. The handle height is great because my husband and I are both tall and don’t have to lean over to push. The design of the straps isn’t the best, and are uncomfortable when not using shoulder strap. Over priced, but a great stroller.

  16. TwinMoma on July 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I use my peg 60/40 with my twins who are 13 months old. I love this stroller, it moves easily with one hand (or arm) and it is easy to open and close. However, my hood is falling apart, it doesn’t open 100% […] I’m not too happy about that. It fits through most doors easily. If I had to do it again, I may try another stroller. However, I really do love this one.

  17. Lovinmylogan on August 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is great. I have this new one, not the old one that some people comment on. I got it right when it came out. Yes it does need cup holders for the kids (so annoying) But hey atleast it has a try unlike the bob or some others. I use this for my 3 yr old and 9 mo old. To fix the squeaky wheels, gently pop off the outer star area of the wheel and put some WD40 on them while turning the stroller upside down (just make sure to cover the stroller so nothing leaks onto the fabric. This worked like a champ right after my hubby did this) Have had no squeaks since.

  18. Pam on September 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is a very bad Stroller! very hard to place the diaper bag and the storage basket is very small plus is very difficult to push around also the shades does not protect the babies. It is not worth the money. My babies are only 7m and I am looking for another stroller all ready!!

  19. FM on October 1st, 2010 at 12:00 am

Really overpriced for what you are getting. I should have believed all the other reviews. After just one use, the afterthought of a cup holder fell off along with the piece of the handle it is attached to. Next time out, the wheels started sqweaking. Not what you would expect for a new product at $330+. Be careful folding this one, as the third leg (which doesn’t even hold the stroller from falling from the upright position) is bound to scrape your shin…. Even the slightest bump on the sidewalk or pavement stops it dead in it’s tracks. Looks like they made this one stricly for the mall and didn’t test it outside. The wheels should have been a little bigger. Buy something cheaper, you will feel better about it if it falls apart….junk.

  20. Mom of two on October 10th, 2010 at 12:00 am

i have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 4 month baby and i use it with a graco car seat. it does not snap on like a peg perego car seat does but if you place it inside while the snack tray is on, it fits snugly. i wouldn’t suggest going for a run or using it on rough terrain but for the mall or somewhere indoors, its great!
