    is perfect

Well, I haven’t actually put a baby in this stroller yet but I can’t wait. The fabric is way better in person than the picture. It has kind of a criss-crossing clover design on the brown. It’s totally appropriate for a girl or boy. At first the stroller seems a little tricky to take the seat part off/on and breakdown the stroller but once you do it once it’s super easy. I’m also getting the maxi-cosi mico car seat to use with the stroller. It’s very smooth the stroll around and I like the flexibility of the tilt and direction of the seat.

When I first saw this stroller, I fell in love. Even though the one in the store was a “little tricky” to close up, the sales woman said it was because it was the floor model and I had to have so I didn’t care. I got it as a shower gift and couldn’t wait to use it. Even though it said the baby had to be 15 lbs to use it I put it together before he was born since I got the matching car seat. Well those first few times of putting the seat on and off was torture, literally it took my mother and brother and I an hour to learn how to do. It kept getting stuck. But once I got the hang of it, which was after he was born, it was a breeze. My issue is with the wheels. For the most part it’s easy to push, but the front wheels have a mind of their own. They get stuck all the time…especially when people open doors for me, for some reason the carriage just doesn’t want to go. The baby looks comfy in the seat and can take a nice nap in it, but for the most part, I’m not happy with it. But it was expensive so I want to try and use it for a while. If I had to do it again, I’d get a different one.

Have not used it for my newborn yet, but used it for my 2 yr. old. Really a reliable and great stroller.

  5. Unique Mom on July 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I just got my Maxi-Cosi stroller and carseat and I am in love with it. It was easy to setup and I love all the different positions I can use to accomodate my needs and my child’s needs. It’s different, unique and looks classy. It’s worth the money.

  6. rena on July 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

its a waste of money, do not function properly, no storage… please invest in another stroller!!!

  7. Mom#1 on July 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’ve been using the stroller with the infant car seat for about 5 weeks now and I really like it. It is easy to use and is not heavy to push. I also love the way it looks.

I love the option that the seat can face mom and the other direction and it also reclines.

  8. Mommy of two on July 21st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stoller, my little one is 2 weeks old and we already put her in the stoller, and she is very comfortable in it. However, just like others have said it takes about 4 to 5 times of opening and closing the stoller for you to get hang of it.

  9. Erica on August 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller is really awesome. Love the way it looks and it seems like a very smooth ride. My baby is due in October so I don’t know how he’ll like it yet. The set up was easy. It’s easy to fold and light. It is hard to take the seat off sometimes but after you do it a couple times you get the hang of it.

  10. momof3beauties on August 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Awesome stroller! I own five (for different needs) and this is my favorite. The sun shade is incredible, unlike others that barely cover and this stroller even comes with a rain cover. The tires come off very easily if you need the extra storage in your trunk. The ride is very smooth and the stroller is very light. The adjustable handle bars are a huge plus with me being 5’1" and my husband 6’2". It looks really stylish and very well made. I think the Bugaboo has nothing on this one, except the sticker shock you’ll receive if you go for the Bugaboo. I’ve owned this for about a year and I’m very happy with it. The customer service is fantastic! When the brake went out, I called the company and they’re sending me a brand new stroller with their apologies! […] The reviewer that said they’re having trouble with the front wheels should call the company, because I’m sure they’ll be happy to take care of this for her. As with all products, some are going to have defects, that’s when the manufacturer comes to the rescue. I would buy this again and I hope they come up with a double of this model.

I love this stroller. I have had it for allmost 2 years. My daughter is going on 2 years old and sometimes she wants to see mommy and sometime she wants to see the world, with this stroller she can do both. Its easy to push and to put away. I have a mini van so I dont even have to fold up and since the seat lays all the way down I can still see out the back.

  12. mother of 3 on August 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because it was modular, stylish and cheaper than the Quinny. I regret the purchase. The front wheel keeps getting stuck (bending inward) making the stroller inmobile (like a broken wheel on a supermarket cart). My baby is only 3 mos old and I am already buying a new stoller. It is also incredibly hard to figure out how to open and close and takes up the entire trunk of the car.

  13. Jeannie on August 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

When i first seen this stroller, I thought it was very stylish. I bought the matching car seat as well for my newborn son. The stroller is very smooth and that is a pro being that i live in the City. The stroller is very difficult. It feels like you need 4 hands to close it. This product is very bulky as well. Would I recommed the stroller to someone, ONLY if you have someone to help you all the time.

its the wonderful product i buy

  15. memenewmommy on January 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Great. Lightweight and very easy to maneuver. 1/24/09 50% off in-store special. Got it really cheap.

  16. SillySalmon on January 25th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is a really easy stroller to set up and fold down, it’s a little bulky when folded since the seat doesn’t collapse. It takes up no more space than a travel system so it’s not a problem for me. We love the style and ease of it. It handles amazing which is so useful in the city!

  17. mommy nat on January 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is my favorite stroller. Really good quality and really nice color. Looks really good, and easy to assemble… My baby looks really comfortable in it. I would recommend it to everyone!!!

  18. Cookie on January 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller for my 8 month old daughter and she likes the ride. I love everthing but two things about this stroller.
First the stroller has no tray for baby or parent
Second the basket is to small.
It rides smooth and easy to maneuver with one hand even with my 4yr old in it.
I am happy with this stroller
    Love it Love it 🙂

  19. Nai'La Elans mom on February 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love the stroller so much the color is the best, cant wait for the matching car seat to come out, i currently have the all black one which is also great.not for a new born unless you have the car seat

  20. Baby Mama on February 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is made really well and it rolls so smoothly. The color is fantastic – couldn’t be happier!

  21. Jakey's mom on February 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love love love this stroller. It was a bit daunting to assemble at first, but once I read the directions the folding and opening is a breeze. The color is great because it’s so vibrant. My son and I love the smooth ride – and I love that he can face me or the world. Infants sit in the Maxi-Cosi Mico car seat, which is another great product 🙂 The infant snuggler on it is so cute.

  22. First time mom on March 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Got this stroller a month ago and love it so far. It is very stylish and functional. The collapsing and opening was tricky at first, but after reading the directions and practicing a few times, I can now do it very quickly! The basket is a nice size and the cup holder is great.

  23. amama on March 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was so excited when I put my son in this stroller at the store. He is 9 months old and although we had other strollers, I wanted something with better fabric and more comfort for him. We all loved that he could face us while riding. He was overjoyed when we all went for a stroll for the first time. I was so excited that I ignored some important features that make for an overall great stroller. Itr takes up too much trunk space especially in a small car.
Firstly, it was always an ordeal getting the stroller in and out of the car. While the stroller has numbers on it to guide you in the four steps it takes to put it together and to collapse it, it got to be really annoying.
Secondly, it has no tray for the baby.
    Thirdly, not enough basket room.
I ended up having to exchange the first one I bought as it broke within the first two weeks. The seat that needs to be added to the stroller was stuck and it would not come out. By chance, I happened to be in the same plaza where there was a BRU, and I was able to walk it there. Otherwise, I would have been stuck with a stroller that I could undo and no room to put in my car at 9pm with a baby…not fun.
It was a comfortable ride, maneuvers easily, looks great but at the end it was not as practical as I needed.

I just got this the other day, I love it.I’ve been wanting to get this stroller since my son was born but the price I couldn’t afford it, went to the store & it was on sale plus I have the coupon, with that I couldn’t pass it. The color is great, very smooth to push. I like the way that you have a choice to have the baby facing you or the other way, my son loves it. and the fabric is nice and comfy, its not some cheap fabric.. Easy to assemble it took me 10mins. I would have given it 5 Stars except that it takes time to fold it,(if you’re looking for easy folding, this is not the stroller for you) its 4 steps to fold. very bulky(bcause the seat doesn’t collapse)I have a minivan so its no problem but it takes half the space in the back already..
    overall this stroller is wonderful.

  26. 1st time mommy on March 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We LOVE THIS STROLLER!!!! we have gone through sooo many with our son. A Chicco Liteway, a Graco and another Graco, none of them compare to this Stroller… IT IS AMAZING.

  27. Babylitt02 on April 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was so excited to purchase this stroller since I registered for it. I love the smooth ride and super comfty seat (looks like a car seat inside). Yet I had a problem with the seat getting stuck I took it back and they exchanged it- no problem. Since then I use this stroller almost everyday. yes it’s somewhat annoying to put both pieces together car seat and chassis) but the Bugaboo and other high end strollers are the same. I read some other reviews about the parent/child tray BRU sells a tray to attach to the bumper bar as well as for the parents. I got one and it actually works better than a snack tray- less mess.

  28. Emma's mommy on April 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Absolutely love this stroller, only reason I rated with 4 stars is because it does take up a lot of trunk space. We have 2 other strollers and this one by far is the easiest to push, great on uneven terrain and my baby is not slouching and seems comfortable. She frequently falls asleep in it too. Basket is a little small but doable, and I got a Mommy hook so I can hang stuff on the push-bar. My favorite feature is that I can see and talk to my baby!

  29. Sher the new mom who likes to shop on May 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I purchased the Foray online, because they didn’t carry the pink one in the store. It matches the Mico carseat that I also got in pink. I like that it’s lightweight, folds quickly and easy (sometimes it’s a little tricky, and that automatic lock gets in the way, but it’s oksay). I wish the compartment at the bottom was a little bigger also, but those are the only cons. The things I love about it: The smooth ride, the turning ratio is great. I can glide through small spaces with ease. It’s a great stroller and I recommend it to anyone. It was easy to assemble. My first day out with the baby, I decided to put it together, and was out of the house in ten minutes, max!

  30. Katie, RN on May 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I wanted a stroller that could face me or face forward so I went to try this one out. I liked it, the ride was smooth and it was very cute, but it was heavy and I wanted to look around one last time before spending so much money. I am soooo glad I waited! I found The First Years Indigo stroller and it has all of the same features at HALF THE PRICE! I love that stroller! This stroller is nice, but you can find pretty much the same thing for a lot less money.

  31. Aiden's Mom on May 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Once you get the hang of it this is pretty easy to open and fold up in the count of 1,2,3. The infant car seat sets easily on the stroller so that the baby is facing you. The ride is so smooth that I worry the stroller will roll away if I let go of the handle. There is a brake that is easy to push to keep the stroller in place. We get compliments everywhere we go about the look, color, and compactness of the stroller. Cons: I wish we had a larger basket. Also, my husband’s finger got caught between the metal when opening the stroller so it concerns me as dangerous. I hope our baby’s fingers never get caught.

  32. Khloe's Mommy on May 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller! Super comfy for my 6month old & has a beautiful look! I get tons of compliments! I agree with everyone, it was annoying at first since the seat has to be removed before closing, but after a couple of times of use, it gets easier to open & close.

I also love how the front handle (no tray) snaps up to remove baby easily!

  33. MandasMama on June 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I wish I didn’t buy the britax travel system. I got this stroller on special at BRU. It’s soft and feels as if it is comfortable for my daughter. I love that you can reverse the seat and recline as desired. My daughter hated not being held but is content in the stroller since she can look at me.

It’s also super stylish, I get so many compliments.

  34. Jenee on August 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

We were thinking about purchasing this stroller but after figuring it out, we decided against it. The fact that you have to remove the seat was a strike. How can you open and get this stroller together with a child in your arms. Near impossible. Plus you have to store the base and the seat in your trunk. It would not fit at all.

  35. Beth the Busy Mom on August 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I just got this stroller at BRU, and am in love with it. I have a 13 month old daughter, and have a City Mini. Although I love that stroller, my daughter does not, so I have been looking around for an alternate. I loved the way this stroller has easy movement, can face me, and has an adjustable handle. I also love the way the seat tilts because when she lays down her feet are raised, not hanging and when she is upright she is really upright, not slouching uncomfortably. There are only a few things that I would change… The basket size (just a little too small), and the handle feels a little looser than I am used to. Over all I would highly recommend this for the price!

  36. Natalie on August 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

this stroller is amazing at first it was tricky to open and close but i swear pratice makes perfect im a pro now it takes like 5 seconds to open i would not trade it for any other stroller i have lots of friends that have nice expensive strollers which this is one is not cheap … and they would trade theirs for mine. the color is differnent stands out and very stylish. i bought a stroller liner and makes it even more confurtable for my son. i can honestly say this is the best product we have bought for our son! we all love it baby mom and dad!

  37. addysmama09 on September 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I just read these reviews and it seems the people most unhappy are comparing it to a Bugaboo! NO where did Maxi Cosi claim this is a Bugaboo! If you want the features of a Bugaboo go get one! I’ve had one, they are not the greatest strollers people make them out to be! I got this stroller and it is their first model, from 2007! I JUST had an issue with it recently. My handle was sticking and it was hard to put down. I called and I will admit I had a VERY rude customer service rep who didn’t offer much help. I wrote to the company and had a call back within a a few HOURS. The woman said how sorry she was and told me to pick a color and a BRAND NEW stroller would be sent […] I received my brand new stroller today! I didn’t even have to send in my old one, just parts of it that is easy to take care of! This stroller rides GREAT! It is the first stroller my daughter has bee comfy and happy in (we have SIX others)!. She is 14 months and still has plenty of room to grow in! Pushing it is a dream! Sand, grass, mud, unpaved road, etc it’s great..even snow! We live in NYC so this stroller is more like a car to us! It is used daily and holds up! I think the basket is perfect! It holds a diaper bag and then some! You can also buy some mommy hooks and a diaper bag that hooks to the handle (like SKip Hop) and it will really give you more room! I also noticed people complaining about the tires. Well they are AIR filled tires, they WILL go flat. My stroller was used for 3 yrs and only had 2 flats! Our car has had more than that in 3 yrs! You can either call Maxi cosi and buy a new tire or just take it to your local bike shop! It cost me about 5 to 6 bucks! This will happen with ANY air filled tire stroller, including the Bugaboo! You can actually carry a small bike pump in the basket if your that worried! This is a GREAT stroller and even better a company who backs their products!

  38. NewMommy on September 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I couldn’t be happier with this stroller. It took a while to get used to the way it folds and opens, but now it’s a breeze. It’s clearly labeled with numbers so you shouldn’t have any issues figuring it just takes a little practice to do it quickly.

I love that the maxi cosi mico carseat can snap right into the frame, it makes transferring a newborn from car to stroller super easy. The brake is wonderful and easy to use, you can turn this stroller in circles with one finger – that’s how smooth and easy the stroller handles. We use this stroller so much – on ferries, in the city, in the mall, on the road/sidewalk walking – it’s heavy duty and worth every penny. My husband is very tall and I’m short but we’re both able to use the stroller easily because the handle is adjustable and neither one of us hits our feet on the frame.

This is by far the best baby purchase we’ve made!

  39. pickymomof3 on October 16th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Everyone says that having to take it apart to store it is a con, but I look at it as a PRO. I have a camry hybrid, so the trunk is very limited! My little one loves this stroller as he can face me or he can look around. The ride is amazing! I have gotten a lot better about folding and unfolding this. It is a process but, they number the steps, that makes it super easy! It is light weight. The seat is so comfortable, I wish I could sit in it. It even reclines nicely. Did I mention that the adjustable handle is great! I am not very tall, so being able to adjust the handle is a lifesaver. I would definitely reccomend this stroller to anyone looking for something with storage options!
