this was a great find. My mom got it to keep at her house for the occasional walks she would take while watching the grandkids. i have two double strollers and i still ask to borrow THIS ONE. i love it. fits well in a car. the other strollers i have )combi and graco) take up my whole trunk space. But this one takes up just a little more than an umbrella stroller. if your looking for a jogging stroller this probably isnt it, but this is perfect for zoo or mall or anywhere paved. i love it. easy to push

The zoo or going for a walk. Its handy dandy for the money. I had the big double stroller. And I was actually looking for a bigger truck the thing was so big and cluncky. It was winter and I was in a sweat. Between unfolding and folding it and putting the boys in it, it was just TOO MUCH. This stroller takes away stress I don’t need.

  4. travelling mom on May 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

we bought this stroller for our trip to Hawaii. We have a 14 month old and a 4 year old. It was a great help. it’s not bulky like the other strollers and the girls were very comfortable in it. the younger one would even take a nap since the seat reclines. downsides are: it doesn’t have storage space and the canopies don’t block the sun. it’s not for jogging but is great for trips to the zoo, beach, mall, e.t.c.

  5. James the stroller Guru on June 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I use this with my 2 1/2 and 15 month old. It’s a great double stroller, for most excursions I honestly have no complaints. It closes and opens easily, the sunshades are a pain and get a little warped, but they still work ok. For any real shade from the sun, you’d have to buy an after market product, but thats true of most umbrella strollers I’ve come across. It pushes well, I actually LOVE the 3 handles, since my 2 year old often wants to "help" and that way she can without steering the stroller 100%. It also makes it possible to hang additional stroller bags without trying to find one that will stretch the full width of the stroller. Which you will probably need, since it doesn’t have under-baskets, that is one downside. But that is also probably why the stroller is [$] and not $250 like its competitors. I haven’t found a 5 pt harness is necessary with my particular 2, but I’m sure its nice for some. It doesn’t come put together, but its really easy, you have to attach the wheels and it takes a few minutes (I did it in the store on the way to the zoo!). I’ve even used it in the airport, had it loaded down with the 2 kids and several bags and it pushed like a champ.

  6. Mom of triplets on June 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought the single and the double and then some connectors to make a triplet stroller. Our original stroller is so big and hard to manage. I use this wherever we go now that the babies are out of their infant carseat. My 4 year old can even help push. This makes going out with the 4 little ones easy. I don’t like the shade on the double, it is not built like the single and doesn’t stay up.I will be exchanging it for the second time. I love that the seats recline, wish the single did.

  7. So much to do, so little time! on June 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have had several Jeep products, and I’ve always been totally thrilled with the brand’s performance.

We bought this stroller for the kids’ first trip to Disney World. EIGHT straight 15-hour days of constant abuse, loaded down with two 25-lb children and another 25-30 lbs worth of backpacks, etc., and this thing is still rolling!

It fits through any doorway I’ve encountered, and steering is pretty good as long as the weight load is balanced.

The back of the each seat has a pad that rolls down or folds up to expose the mesh layer. Even in Florida’s 95+ degree heat, the kids were comfortable. The seat backs also recline slightly, so when my 18-month-old fell asleep, it was easy to keep him comfortable.

I love how small it is when it’s collapsed. Made it really easy to take through the airport and through the theme park bus system.

Seriously, in 5 years of motherhood and another 5 years of nannying before that, this is the most convenient stroller I’ve owned.

This stroller is exactly what I felt I should get for the money I was willing to pay.

Oh, and it’s true, there is no storage, but we had our own stroller bags and backpacks anyway.

  8. Mi Mi on June 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have two grandsons – one is 2 and one is 9 months. This stroller is perfect when the boys come over for a walk or if we go to the mall or park. It is very easy to set up, take down, and to transport. A real lifesaver!

  9. MayRoCal on July 1st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I use this stroller daily for my workouts (4.5 mi. walk). One child is 27 lbs., the other is 16 lbs., so there is a need to move from side to side if the heavier child is downhill. That’s why there is a middle handle. The other problem, it jiggles the kids alot on rocky pavement. Another problem, it tips easily!!! The positives, it’s light weight, doesn’t take up alot of room and folds open and close quickly and easily. The sun shade is my favorite feature, it rotates 160 degrees to adjust how the sun is casting. Lastly, one will need to purchase many accessories to keep up with the details. That can be good and bad as it will increase the price of the bottomline. However, I was able to personalize for the types of storage I needed. I got a raincoat, a couple of heavy duty hooks and a flexible mesh bag to attach to the back.

  10. mommy to 3 boys on July 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have a 18 month old and a 4 month old. I use it everywhere i go. The seats recline so its great for my 4 month old that can’t sittup on his own! I love everything about it, the color, the material everything!

  11. dgho on July 9th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I loved this stroller. The three handles are a bit awkward, but the stroller is so lightweight and folds up really small unlike other double strollers. I have travelled to and from Egypt several times with this stroller, and love that could just throw in on top of my luggage with one hand when i needed to. The material is great for all kinds of weather and dries very quickly after being in the rain. I like that the two seats are side by side so each child feels equal. The seats recline so sleeping is fairly comfortable. Also the seats have a fairly firm back unlike some umbralla strollers which kind of cause kids’ backs to slump…if my description makes any sense. The cons would be that the umbrellas are small and tend to fall off a lot. The cup holders also fall off, and there is no basket. This stroller is for people who like to pack light. It is not for people who like to carry a lot of stuff around. I like that the stroller can be folded with your feet so you don’t need two hands. However, the clip that locks the stroller in the folded position kept opening up.

  12. Mommy x2 on July 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase this stroller an hour before my trip to Disneyland with my two and a half year old and 3 month old. I went to my local Babies R Us and asked for help with the display model. The young lady was no self-proclaimed expert, yet she stuck it out with me and helped me work through getting the canopy to fold down with the stroller correctly and adjusting the seats (which is done manually by removing the tabs and sticking them in the next position). There is no significant storage compartment, but it is an umbrella stroller which to me means minimalism. Not one to be deterred from loading something to the max, I managed to stick a bag behind one seat resting on the bar which held it perfectly in place, and using the strap of my diaper bag around the other two seat handles. I put a bag hook on the center handle and hung my dirty diaper bag for cloth diapers. All this and the light weight stroller never toppled from the weight of the bags when my kids exited it! This was pleasing enough and I haven’t even gotten to the ease of use and maneuverability. It’s simple to fold it down and wow, it is compact. It takes up less space than my Graco travel system single stroller, so I have even more room in the trunk of my Toyota Sienna van for all of my nonsense. This stroller maneuvers so well that I often pushed one kid in it with just one hand and my friend who is a mother of several kids commented on how easy it was to push. We used it for a heavier combination of children, too. With my infant strapped to me, my tiny two year old and her very large 3 year old friend(like 5 or 6 year old large)sat happily together as I pushed them along. Mind you, this was all on even terrain at the theme park. I cannot comment on how this stroller would take gravel or any harsher environments, but then, I wouldn’t think to use an umbrella stroller for that. I’ll conclude by stating that this umbrella is an excellent purchase at a bargain price. I even bought the protection plan because the stroller was so inexpensive and I couldn’t be sure of the quality. I’m convinced after using it today that I probably won’t need the protection plan. I’d give it 5 stars if it came with some mesh storage or two, rather than one cup holder.

  13. Nolan and Kellan's Mommy on July 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have two boys one 2 1/2 and one 6 months, I got this stroller so I could actually go out somewhere that doesn’t have carts. It’s a great stroller, easy to handle, comfortable, and reclines nicely for my youngest to nap. The only con and the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the umbrella’s snap off very easy when you fold it up and one hit me in the eye at one point. So, I recommend folding it up carefully and not close to children. We’ll probably end up fastening them with a zip tie or something to prevent that. Other than that it really is great. Also, the the little storage packs on each side are small and will hold a snack and drink on each side. There is room behind the seats to set small bags behind for additional necessities. The price is great for what you get and remember to check out the weekly ads for their 20% off coupon for any baby item to use as well. Enjoy!

  14. hardworking mommy on July 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Just got this stroller today and I already love it! My two-year-old wanted to go for a ride before I even had it put together. I love that the seats recline. But I do wish that it had more storage space. It says it comes with storage bags but the are very small and hanging on the side. Also the cupholder falls off very easily and the canopy came loose on the one side while I was trying to fold it up. Otherwise I can’t wait to get this stroller outside and really try it out.

  15. Childcare Provider to 10 :) on July 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Trying to avoid the cost of a quad stroller I bought two of these strollers. I had recently purchased connectors (that hold two single strollers together) and connected the two double strollers. Perfect! Yes it makes this one LARGE stroller but just what we needed for our strolls through the neighborhood. My only dislike with this stroller is that the canopies do not stay up and come down at the slightest bump in the road.

  16. Daycare mom on July 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have my own in home daycare and not only can my 1 and 10 month old ride but my 2 and 4 yr can to. It is so light to push and it looks nice to. The one thing I would say is it needs bigger storage and the cup holder is not very strong. And the sun covers are not something to buy this stroller for. The price is great and i am very happy with what i got.

  17. Busy Mom of twin toddlers on August 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I purchased this stroller for a recent vacation with my 1 year old twins and it was the best thing I could have done! It made getting through the airports and on the plane hassle free and I particularly like the folding feature and how easy it is to manoeuver. The only drawback was that I would have liked a bit more storage and cup holders. The storage pouches on the sides were just large enough for diaper changing supplies.

  18. mom of 4 under 5 on August 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I went to purchase this and the flolor model was flimsy. The sun shades also popped off while the store worker was showing how it folded! Returned it and got another great one….that cost 3x’s more. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

  19. Mom of 2 toddlers on August 16th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love this stroller, easy to put together, handles well, each child has their own side bag (which they love to fill). Only downer is the sun visors pop loose from one side when the stroller is folded, but this isn’t that big of a deal. Great stroller especially for the price. Disney World here we come 🙂

  20. mom of twins on August 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller keeps the girls pretty cool on a hot day. My girls are 4 months old and sit in it very comfortably. Works well in most "handicap accessible" areas. Is a little bit wider than that though. I wouldn’t recommend for tighter places.

  21. Mom of two Crazy Kids on August 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have a toddler and an infant and a little sedan. My toddler is too young for a sit and stand and my infant is too big and independant for a carrier so I decided to try this. It works perfectly. I wouldn’t take it jogging, but it’s great for strolling. It fits out my front door, so it’s not too wide. And it has enough room for my toddler to keep his snacks away from his reaching sister.

  22. MOMOF2 on August 25th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Thanks to all the reviews before me. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product. My daughter is 3 1/2 and son is 18 months. They both love it! I highly recommend this item! 🙂

  23. MereBear on September 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller went to the Mediterranean on vacation with us and survived and made the trip much easier. It was easy in the airports on the cruise and walking through the towns. The seats recline and our kids took naps. In everyday life I have to say that it’s a little tough to maneuver in a store but I think most side by side strollers will have this issue. I have used ours for four years my oldest is six and he still takes naps in it. After four years of travel hikes, festivals, and suburban life this stroller is beginning to show it’s age and usage, but we put it to the test and it has been a great purchase! Mine even came with a cup holder for my coffee, and the kids got one side bag each.

  24. Working full time mom of 1yr/2yr old on September 16th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was a little hesitant to buy this product because of the price. Its a GREAT deal! I have a 1yr old and a almost 3yr old. It works great despite the difference in weight. Its compact, good quality. I have even done some running with it. Sometimes, it catches on a side walk bump so be careful.

  25. Mom of twins on September 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because I needed a lighter stroller for my 11-months old twins, I have a Graco quattro duo which is excellent but huge and very heavy. After reading a lot of good reviews on the Jeep I thought it should be good.. but it was NOT for my boys. The seats are very narrow (their depth) and my boys kept sliding downwards which left their backs all hunched up. I took them for one trip to the mall and they were not happy at all and all my friends commented on how uncomfortable they looked. I don’t know if it was meant for older kids or if it is because the 3-point harness (instead of 5-point) but I had to return it after one time use because I felt it would hurt my babies’ backs!![…]

  26. TwinMom on September 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was looking for a lightweight double stroller for my 19 month old twins. I already have a tandem double stroller that is great for walking and jogging on trails but it is heavy and difficult to load in my vehicle. This stroller is perfect for what I need. It easily opens and closes and it can be stored in any kind of vehicle. My kids love riding in it and it is very easy to maneuver. There is no storage space so I hang a bag on the middle handle if needed. I am very happy with this product!
