I originally passed over this stroller on-line because it looked white in the picture. I saw it in person today and decided to buy it. It is not white like in the picture. It is black, gray, and oatmeal colored. It is very user friendly. It folds up and opens very easily. The car seat goes in and out of the stroller and car seat base very easily. I like that the strollers handle is adjustable and that there is a brake on the back of the stroller. Also the car seat goes up to 35lbs. Most other infant car seats only go to 22 or 25lbs. I haven’t had my baby yet but this seems like a very nice travel system for the price.

  2. Allie on December 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I picked this travel system up yesterday. I origanlly passed over it on-line because I didn’t like the light color. It is actually oatmeal and black in color-not white like the picture makes it look. It looks much nicer in person. It folds and unfolds easily. It isn’t too heavy and best of all the stroller actually fits in the trunk of my 4-door 07 Honda Civic because the handle folds down. The car seat fits in the middle of the back seat. So far I love this set.

  3. "The new mom" on December 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Im a small girl so there were alot of issues i was having with other travel systems, this travel system folds and unfolds easily with little effort. it is very light weight and the padding is very soft in the inside. it is impact tested which makes me feel very secure. the car seat straps into the stroller securely, it turns corners smoothly. also very easy to handle even with one hand. the only issue is the stroller lock on it was a little hard to find, its on the left hand side on the bottom, once you get a hang pf that you will love it as much as i do!

  4. New Mommy on January 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I just bought this for my newborn baby girl, and it’s great! It’s gender neutral, which is great since I plan to have more children. My baby girl seems comfy in it. It seems durable, but I bought the buyer protection plan so that I can get a new one, just in case.

  5. vperez on January 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I first registered for the BabyTrend Mojito travel system and was disappointed when I started using; first of all my son was born big so by the time he was only 1 month the straps fit him way to tight and they were stretched as far as they would go. My son wasn’t even 12 pounds and already he had outgrown it. I knew I had to exchange it for a Graco. This travel system is perfect for my son; the car seat is roomy and I know he will fit in it for awhile. Everything about it is perfect from the color to the size. It was worth paying an extra $100 for this!

  6. mom of 3 on January 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We have had 3 strollers – this is by far the best – not to mention the parent friendly folding, cup holder and adjustable handle height. The ultra-safe baby seat and stroller are a given for Graco.

  7. Amanda The New Mom on January 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I originally picked out the Deco Travel System from Graco because I loved the colors. […] Me and my fiance decided to choose a different travel system and fell in love with the Stylus. The colors are gender neutral and match almost everything. The car seat is roomy and easy to install. The stroller is light weight and required very little assembly. We love the type of brake used on this stroller. Overall a very good product!

  8. Working Mom of Two on January 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is a wonderful travel system! The fabric is well padded and the colors are friendly for either gender. I love the fact that the front wheels swivel to make steering easy, and the kid’s tray opens for easy entering and exiting. The car seat is on the heavy side and bulky. We bought the system with that expectation since we knew it was good up to 35 lbs.

  9. Yesica68 on January 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I did not get the color shown, instead I got one from the GALILEO collection It is mostly black with hints of green. I love it i built it myself in less than 20 minutes. the car seat it very light and the stroller does take up space in the trunk. and to close it is awsome super fast and easy!! This is a great stroller it has a fold up part by the feet so it becomes a bassinet. overall i love it now all i need is baby! =)

  10. Crystal in AZ on January 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this travel system because I liked the quality of the material used (not cheap plastic-like material) and this stroller is highly recommended by Consumer Reports for Safety. It also has gender neutral colors (black and beige) and I have a girl. The infant carrier is a bit heavier then non travel system carriers and the stroller is really heavy. I have a suburban and its difficult for me to lift the stroller folded up into the back of my car. We also noticed we have to lay the stroller on the side without wheels or it bangs around in the back of my car when I’m driving. I had a c-section and couldnt lift either the carrier or stroller into or out of the car for about the first month. I also had to buy an additional headsupport for her because he head bobbled from side to side. However, if the weight isnt a problem for you this stroller is great. It rides so smoothly, I can steer with one hand with my daughter in the infant carrier on top of the stroller, has a convenient brake system and easy to fold up now that I figured out how to do it. I love the colors, the canopy that completely covers her, access to the storage area is ok, I can change her in the regular stroller part when fully reclined, its easy to clean and it has a storage part by the handle for keys, cups, etc. It also has a leveler on the side of the infant carrier so you know its installed correctly.

  11. Mommy to 2 soon... on January 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I absolutely love this stroller and carseat set! My little boy will be here in 4 weeks, so I have not got the chance to use it yet but I already have it together and it is just great. The stroller pushes so smoothely and the carseat holds up to 35lbs! I also like that the stroller collapses pretty easy and is not that bulky! Definately worth the extra money I paid for it! I will have this for a long time!

  12. First Timer on February 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

We’re not due until May but received the travel system from out of town family. When registering, my husband and I spent hours with the in-store systems both at BRU and other stores, pushing them all, folding them up, comparing weights, sizes, etc. Ultimately, we chose Ben by Graco. Granted, the carrier is about a pound heavier than other carriers but for the increased weight limit we found that to be a worth while compromise. Love the gender neutral colors, it handles great both in store and on our carpet at home, folds easily and we like the pivoting child tray which will allow us to easily put the baby in the stroller or take him/her out. Best of all, we loved the great safety ratings!

  13. 702mama on February 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was so happy with this stroller. I’m a little dingy so it took me a little bit to put it together. But it was great. The handle adjusts so it’s easily comfy to use for me and my hubby. The colors are great. It looks white in the picture but it’s like light, tan-ish brown color. It’s so pretty!!! I can’t wait to use it in a couple months.

  14. Hydroxous on February 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am a new mom and my baby will be born in 6 weeks or so. I picked the travel system based on the reviews and how it looked. It is beautiful and seems durable. The only thing was when I opened the box instead of it being two toned grey like the pic shows, it was black and beige. It still looks nice, it was just a surprise, I wondered if it was the right travel system.

  15. Jessica on February 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very pretty and comfortable for the baby!

  16. kshorts on February 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

1st baby is due in a few weeks. We just put the stroller together and installed the car seat last weekend. I love this set. The color is great, I feel that its not going to look dirty after we start using it. I am surprised at how big the carrier is. I know it holds up to 35lbs. which makes it a very tight fit in our Jeep. No one can sit in the front passenger seat…
    Otherwise I love the set.

  17. FTM on February 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very impressed with this stroller so far, wont be using it til June but first impressions are great. I picked this based on reviews and looks mostly. Seeing it in the store confirmed my choice. Many reviews claimed it to be heavy but I did not see much difference in some of the others. The lighter ones seemed to be very "cheap" feeling. I plan on using this one for future children to so I want the first kid to beat it up good and it be ready for the next one with out to much abuse πŸ™‚

  18. Christina on February 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

This was the first Graco stroller my husband and I tried out at Babies ‘R Us…After trying out every other Graco stroller (pushing around the store, collapsing, lifting, putting the car seat in and out of the stroller)we still went with this one. This stroller steers very well, especially around corners. We picked it based not only on that, but the fact that the car seat holds up to 35 pounds. The picture on the website does not do it justice, it looks much better in person. My only complaint is that it is a bit heavy, but that comes with the territory (more durable and well made then lighter strollers, and a car seat made to hold more weight). I can’t wait to use it when our baby is born…my only concern I will have with this stroller will be lifting it in and out of my car trunk.

  19. MommeMandy on February 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My fiance and I went out last week and bought this travel system. It wasnt our first choice, but the other one we wanted was sold out of every single […]in MA! I was and still am most concerned with how the carriage and car seat handle and how safe my little girl will be in it. This was an easy decision once we saw this system at the store and kinda beat up on it and tinkered with everything. The design is gender neutral so im sure we will have it for a long time. We brought it home and it took all of 15 minutes to snap together.(even with my tedious direction reading!) The car seat is a little on the heavier side, which is fine because the handle is comfortable to hold and it carries up to 35lbs. My little peanut hasnt arrived yet, but im sure she will be happy with mom and dads decision to go with Graco! πŸ™‚ Four stars because we havnt gotton to try it out yet!

  20. First time mommy on March 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I won’t have my baby until June but so far I love this travel system! There are so many awesome things about it (safety procautions) that make it great for everyone. The stroller is so easy to set up and fold. The carseat is very simple to unconnect from base and stroller. It’s perfect so far!

  21. Sarah on March 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Our baby is due in six weeks and my husband picked this travel system up a few days ago. I had the stroller put together in just a few minutes. I love the look of it. I haven’t tried to fold it up and put it in my car yet, but I figured it will be a while before I need to do that anyway (I don’t want to lift it right now, but my sister tried it out for me at the store and it was very easy to fold). I like the car seat, it is big and I am kind of concerned about how it will fit in my car, a 4 door, and in my husband’s Jeep. I work with children and infants and have to transport them often and I have found that most car seats are similar and do not fit so well (I have to move the passenger seat way up)…so I expected that any car seat we purchased would have the same issue. Some cons…the canopy for the carrier was a little bent so I am working to bend it back into shape, and the padding on the top of the car seat comes off easily when I pull the canopy over.

The stroller drives easily and the basket will be great for shopping….I can’t wait to take our baby out for a stroll!

  22. 1st time mama:) on March 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We wanted a more colorful cute baby-ish system, but after non stop research, and trips to the stores, we found this! This system seems to be one of the safest! It holds more weight than the others we looked at, and I love the colors. Its got a really nice feel to the fabric. I love that it has one easy brake on the back bar!!! Such a smooth ride, takes turns so smooth! Everything about this is great! We wanted an Eddie Bauer because they look so nice, but the safety reviews on it were horrible!
Babies r us ran a special that if you bring in any old carseat u get 25% off! So we took in someones old one and got a great deal! πŸ™‚

  23. First time mom on March 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

    Its very comfortable
    Not heavy
    Neutral Colors

  24. Lori on March 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Really like the neutralness of the design. Love the feature of adjustable handle on the stroller for taller people. Do not like that you need 2 hands to lower the carry bar. Hard on the back to reach in the car to push the red button to make the bar go into travel position. Actually thinking of returning it because of this. My son is only 2 weeks home and if it’s bothering me now…I can only imagine what it will be like in a few months.

  25. Full time mommy on March 10th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love the stroller and the carseat! The stroller folds up pretty good and is compact compared to most strollers, and the carseat holds a lot of weight. Definately worth the $$ I recommend this this everyone. You will be just as happpy, I promise….

  26. NewMommy on March 10th, 2010 at 12:00 am

After weeks of looking at all travel systems and reading tons of reviews. We chose this one. It’s very neutral. It’s more tan and black, the picture makes it look gray. At the time we didn’t know boy or girl. It folds nicely. You don’t have to worry about the cloth parts on the ground getting dirty. It also seems very durable in comparison to other brands. I’m currently only 6 months along but I can’t wait to use it and with the extended weight limit I’ll be sure to get good use of this system.

  27. parkers mommy on March 10th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I absolutely love this stroller. I bought it in 08 and have used it on a regular basis since then. I’ve used it at the mall, on concrete, on grass, gravel, and dirt and it has performed well on all terrains.

The seat does not recline completely, but it does recline enough that my newborn son was perfectly comfortable in it. The parent cupholder is great as well as the storage compartment.

The adjustable handle is also a great feature. I’m a short woman and with my husband being almost a foot taller than me, this was a must have.

The stroller manuvers well, and my now two year old has been comfortable in it from birth til now. I’m due with my second and I wish that this model was also made in a double stroller. It was a great investment!

The only improvements that could be made are to make the child’s cupholder a little deeper and the basket is not very accessible when the seat is reclined.

  28. krschh on March 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

One touch brakes are easy to use, color is great, easy to push, adjustable handle, Seat holds up to 35lbs, easy to fold and unfold
After a TON of looking and comparing strollers, I have yet to find the perfect one. I hope I made the right choice with this. Mainly bought it because of the 35lbs limit and saftey reviews on the carseat.

  29. First Time Parent on March 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

i just had purchased this travel system yesterday. it was put together in the matter of mins and it looks awesome in person. i’m a smaller woman and i have to say it was just a tiny bit heavy for me to lift but i think with in time it will be just fine.

  30. Brodys Mommy on March 16th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I’m very happy with this purchase. This stroller is just as great in person as it looks in its picture. Great fabric quality too. It was very easy for my husband to put together (BIG plus). I would highly reccomend this stroller πŸ™‚

  32. Cholie on March 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

With our last son, we had a Quattro Tour system. After shopping around for another Quattro Tour, my husband and I decided on the Stylus System. It’s a nice travel system, but with a few things that annoy me.

The Upside: Sturdy frame. Nice big wheels help for "Off road" conditions. Nice cup holder area with a large container for keys, phones, or whatever else you’d put in there. 3 position adjustable handle. Stroller tray lifts with one button. Foot break is AMAZING- Just kick it to one side. Collapses with one hand, and stroller locks into place.

Annoyances: Basket does not collapse, which makes getting into it while the car seat is in place a pain- Basket is also smaller than the Quattro Tour. Canopy isn’t attached to the frame of the stroller with anything than some double sided sticky velcro- We’ve already had an issue with it coming off, and we just opened the thing today. When collapsed, it takes two hands to open it back up- Which can be annoying if you’re trying to wrangle more than one baby. The stroller also weighs like 25lbs.

Overall, it’s great, sturdy system with it’s benefits and downsides. We’re happy with our purchase.

  33. Linzergirl on March 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This was my favorite stroller that I had seen, everything else was so gender specific and looked/felt cheap. This set is beautiful, more tan and black than what the picture shows, but it still looks so nice, I like that it was gender neutral so we can use it for more than 1 baby. The car seat is a little heavy but seems very safe and secure. I am very happy with this set, and my diaper bag fits perfectly in the bottom basket.

  34. Mom of multiples plus 1. on April 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I purchased this product thinking that since I’m ony having one child this time around, I would spend a bit more on quality products for baby. I was not diaspointed. I like how neutral the colors are and how well the stroller handles my 9 year olds pushing it around. I liked that the wheel brakes are one lever convienently located on the back middle of the axle. The carseat is rated for up to 30lbs. Which I liked. I think that the child cup holder could be a bit deeper, other than that, it’s a adequetly priced and wasn’t a disapointment.

  35. Monica on April 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We just received this off our registry and love the color! It’s gender neutral and will last us a long time. It was easy to put together and very sturdy and safe!

  36. momj on April 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Everything seems fine with the product except you can’t fit the infant car seat in the back seat of a compact car with out having the front seats all the way up. My husband went to install it in his car and it didn’t fit. We tried it with and with out the base using the belts and the saftey harness clips already installed in his car. In every seat. I have a full size car and might still use it there if we can’t find another solution.

  37. Aryanna's mommy on April 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child this June. After searching and searching for a travel system we both liked and had all the features we wanted, we finally decided on the Stylus System. It is amazing!! We installed the base in my 08 Chevy Cobalt and still have plenty of room when the carseat is in the car. The carseat is also easy for me to get in and out of his truck and is very lightweight considering it can hold up to 35lbs. The stroller fits easily into the trunk of my car with no problem.

The stroller is wonderful and moves very easily. I have played with it quite a bit making sure that it will be easy to do things in town. I have seen a lot of reviews about the basket being hard to get into when the carseat is on the stroller, but I don’t have any trouble. I love the fact that it has a pop up feature at the bottom of where you lay the baby and the back fully lies down. Perfect for naptime on the go. It is also terribly easy to open and close.

Also, the colors are great! We are expecting a baby girl in June, but really wanted something that was gender neutral. I might have gone with the Boxy color choice if we hadn’t gotten this one.

  38. Boys Mama on April 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is a great oridnary travel system. It is very easy to use, easy to push and I love the pattern & fabric. The infant seat washes up great, if needed be. The stroller has a huge basket and I love the handle adjustment. My biggest gripes are that the stroller is a rough ride. On dirt or grass or any brick roads it bounces & jiggles the baby like crazy. If its not a smooth surface, it doesnt ride very smooth. The Infant seat is huge as well. Which can be good or bad. If you dont mind a large infant seat- it holds up to 35 pounds, amd gives baby a lot more room than the other Graco carriers but it does not work with the regular standard Graco base. It has to be the Snugride 35 base only. We bought Graco thinking it could be used in Grandparents extra Graco bases and it didnt- Major bummer. I have already sold my stroller after 4 months, just because I want something more of a walking stroller due to always walking on trails & grassy areas with my son. Its a great mall/ shopping stroller. Overall great product, but just your basic, nothing big and fancy. It is a very big carrier, and stroller is larger side but it is easy to use, just heavy.

  39. Amanda The New Mom on April 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I posted an earlier review of this travel system and I am very disappointed with this site because they edited out a portion of my review. Because of this I find it very difficult to get an accurate review of any products listed on this website. This system is great and you can read my earlier post as to why I think so.

  40. first timer on April 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The car seat is stable and easy to install. All we needed was the infant head rest. I like the five-point harness, super easy to put on a squiming baby.
The Stroller is great. lightweight, easy to manuver in tight spaces, and folds with one hand. As a first time mom who travels alone a lot, I could not have asked for an easier system. I especially love the wheel lock when its in the bed of my truck.

  41. Aaliyahs mommy on May 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

How do I get theses stickers off the fabric?? I cant get it off? and I love this stroller and carseat!!

  42. New Mom who did LOTS of research on May 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I’m due next month so haven’t really used this stroller yet. I can tell you though, after tons of research, I’m extremely pleased with the look, style and overall product. It’s very easy to put together, even with my husbad and I completely clueless. The stroller is easy to push and maneuver. The snugride is lightweight and it appears comfy. Fabric is soft. Color is black and khaki. I highly recommend for anyone hesitant in making a decision as it seems you won’t go wrong with this one.

  43. Mom X 3 on May 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am expecting my third baby (first 2 are 10&11 so there’s been a lot of improvements in strollers since then) and we decided to keep the gender a surprise. This stroller is not only gender neutral, but in person it is absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not show the true colors and quality at ALL. In person it is a combination of black and taupe, not black and gray as the pictures look. The print helps add dimension and character to it (also not seen in pics unless you zoom). It’s a micro suede sort of fabric which feels great.

Putting this together was so easy as well – my 11 yr old son helped me do it and I can’t stress how easy it really was! The carseat is BIG but considering it carries up to 35 lbs, that was expected. At least we won’t have to buy a new carseat as soon as if it were a normal size carseat – and of course you don’t HAVE to use the carseat with the stroller unless you really don’t want to unbuckle baby.

All in all, I think this is a great product. Basket is roomy and easy enough to access, I bought diaper bag attachments so I can hang mine from the handle bar so basket won’t even be needed really. Easy to maneuver, front wheel breaks are easy, fold up is easy, now just can’t wait to be able to use it!

Gave 5 starts because we have not had the chance to actually use it yet – so don’t know how baby will like it!

  44. mama1 on May 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love the diamond pattern and soft fabric-great neutral colors for boy or girl. The ease of use is also great with one button I can transfer the seat from the base to the stroller. The stroller folds with one easy motion. However, the carseat/carrier is heavier than I would have liked and the stoller has plastic wheels (of course).

  45. Xavier's Mom on May 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I went into the police department yesterday to have our car seat installed properly. The officer who did the installation for us, told us we picked the best Graco car seat in the travel systems that they make…apparently there is a cheaper version of this model and he praised us for spending the extra to get the better of the two products (always good to hear from a police officer who installs car seats on a regular basis). On another note, I love the pattern it is perfect for a boy or girl, which is why I chose the design. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone!!!!!

  46. Working Mom on May 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

The car seat is HUGE. It does not fit in high chairs at resturants or in the shopping carts like other infant car seats. I have a Mazada 3 and it took my husband (a firefighter and certified car seat installer) several tries before getting the seat installed in the car so two adults could still sit in the front seat. My recommedation is don’t buy this seat unless you have a large car or suv.

My daughter loves her stroller and car seat! She is really comfotable and almost always falls asleep once we put her in it and get going! The stroller folds up nicely and i really like the little storage compartment by the handle and cup holders. AND the handle adjusts!! which is nice because im short and i can put it where its comfortable. Dont think twice. Especially if youre wanting another baby soon- the pattern is neutral enough for either gender

Our son who is now two months loves his car seat and better yet loves the Stroller too. Although he is only two months, we have put him in the stroller since it is more comfortable for him to be in when we are walking around.
My husband had no problems installing the seat it was easy and quick to install.
I would have given a perfect score but the only thing that we don’t like is the material, it is a bit rough to the touch.
Overall we love this car sit and the best thing yet is that it will hold our little guy for until he is 35 lbs.

I searched around for a travel system, especially a stroller. I love this one! It’s easy to fold up, not heavy and the car seat is also great! I would definitely recommend looking at this one:0)

  50. BB on June 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

We bought this travel system for our first baby. Love that it is not gender specific. The picture shows gray color but it is actually tan and black which is great! We have not actually used the stroller or infant seat yet but will in October. Set up was a breeze and the whole structure of the stroller is secure and the infant seat is incredible. I love that it meets and exceeds standard testings and even been side impact tested.
The infant seat is bigger but it gives the baby room to grow due to the higher weight limit.I also love how the infant seat has all of the update features: pull front, built in head rest and side supports. The canopy on the infant seat folds over baby both directions, so if the seat is in the car and the sun is coming in you can fold the canopy to cover the sun.
My neighbors little girl is 8years old and weighs 50 some odd pounds. To look at her and then at the stroller it makes me feel good knowing my baby would be safe and we can use it for a longer period of time because it can hold up to 50 lbs. Also with the stroller comes a cubby for parents, one-hand fold and a central locking brake for the wheels you can do with your foot. Didn’t know it had that and love it.
Overall, for being a first timer and doing loads of research we love this system. My husband calls it the Cadillac of strollers! Great Buy!!!!!

We got this for our first born and have been using it for 2 months now.
Love the colors as they are neutral and that was one thing we were looking for.The car seat is nice and so is the stroller.Very easy set up nad a very smooth ride.
Although it is a bit heavy but we always knew that about travel systems so no complaints about it.
One thing it needs is a head support in the car seat.
Our baby was very small and used to kinda roll in there without a head support. When I checked other brands and models they all seem to have one.I wonder why this one does not.
Overall love the product and will recommend it to others.
    :-))

  52. J in AZ on June 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We bought this travel system mainly for its looks and size. The pattern and colors are nice and neutral for parents who don’t want cartoonish animals or neon pink seats adorning their vehicles. We also liked the weight limit of the car seat and feel that we will definitely get our money’s worth. The size of the stroller is great. Not too big, but not too small either. We have traveled several times and the stroller has worked perfectly for every type of outing. It also fits well where we need it to. We have an SUV, but we also have a smaller Audi A4 and it fits perfectly in the trunk, just to give buyers an idea of size. Another pro is that the stroller is big and durable enough that we will be able to use it well into the toddler years.

I love the system overall. If I had to pick a con (and the reason the system only gets 4 stars), it would be that both the car seat and stroller are extremely heavy. It doesn’t look it, but the car seat is tough to transfer and move around without being attached to the stroller or a shopping cart. Also, this may be pretty picky, but it has a pitiful "neck support" included with the seat. When we bought a Graco system with our first baby, the support was much better. This time we bought a J. Crew neck and body support, which fit and matched the seat perfectly.

  53. Colby's mommy on June 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I had a VERY hard time picking out a travel system, and I am SO glad that I decided on this one! I call it the "Cadillac of strollers"! The stroller is wonderful; I love how easy it is to fold (you can do it one handed!). In my opinion, the stroller is easy to lift, also. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have no problem getting it loaded. The only negative thing I have to say about this system is that the car seat is getting very heavy with baby… my son is only two months old and it is getting hard to lug around.

Overall, I am in love with this travel system and I would purchase again in a heartbeat. And, I would definitely recommend! πŸ™‚

  54. Mama Duchess on June 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this set. It’s stylish and love the soft fabric. It’s easy to put together. It’s so easy to open and close the stroller. People complain that the car seat is too big and I have to disagree. You want your little one to be safe and it’s an average size compared to some other car seats I seen. The car seat base is very difficult to install. We used the anchor method and you need someone with muscles to push the base down to get it very secure. Overall a great travel system!

  55. brandnewmommy on June 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love this travel system. It was easy to put together, and provides a nice smooth ride for my month old son. Very nice, neutral colors. Looks sleek and stylish. I can’t lift carseat yet with him in it since I had C section, but I’m sure it won’t be bad. He seems comfortable in it.

  56. first time mom on June 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My husband and I loved this travel system! The stroller was very easy to maneuver and had plenty of storage. We also loved that the carseat had a 35 lb weight limit instead of 22. However, if you don’t have a large car, suv, or van I wouldn’t recommend it. We had to return it because we could not fit it in our car without pushing the front seats really far forward. Because of the 35 lb weight limit, the carseat is naturally a little larger and longer. Other than that we loved it, but unfortunately we had to return it and get a smaller one. We chose the Chicco Cortina instead, which fit in our car perfectly.

  57. First Time Mom on June 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love how easily this stroller folds..the color/pattern is very sleek..the car seat snaps easily into base making getting in and out of car a breeze..I also like how the carrier fits effortlessly into the stroller…my only complaint is its too heavy to use as a carrier on a regular basis-but as a car seat/stroller combo its a good buy.

  58. Jasy's mommy on June 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Follow the intstructions and its very easy to put together. The strollers easy to manuver, The canopys aren’t cheap fabrics like I have seen on other strollers/car seats. The car seat bundle is easy to put you just need a man with muscles to tighten it up πŸ™‚ I did buy cushions that go on the straps as my little girl has chubb cheeks and were rubbing her. Love the cup holder and storage box for her paci, love the neutral color as I plan on using it on baby #2. Love the grip handle but the stroller is very heavy I am 5’2" and I own an suv so I have a hard time putting it in the back of my car I need help from my 6′ hubby. If you want good quality for a great price get this set although you may need to start lifting weights before you use this stroller. Basket access doesn’t bother me, the problems my big diaper bag not the basket.

this travel system is perfect for me! i was so worried it was gonna be bulky and a big pain to take the car seat in and out and it’s actually really great. it holds up to 35lbs and the carseat is lightweight as well (atleast i think so, i dont travel very much) and it’s comfortable for the baby. i also like how the stroller itself isnt wobbly or anything it’s very smoothe to push and take with me wherever

  60. Caleb's Mommy on June 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. It is a wonderful color and looks very sophisticated in our car. Every time my son gets in it he falls asleep. It is like his safe haven. It is a little heavy especially right after birth. Also would suggest an additional head support because his head would’ve flopped around otherwise.

  61. Alyssa on June 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is great. Only used the stroller twice with a little girl I babysat but it rode so smooth on asphalt (like butter) everything is extremely easy to put together. Very gender neutral. A little heavy but this is because it holds a larger weight than most other strollers.
    We love it so far!!!

  62. first time Mom =) on June 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love the color of this… great for a boy or girl. The carseat is heavy and it does not fit well in shopping carts. My big complaint is that the canopy on the carseat always falls down when I am carrying the carseat… other then that great product

  63. Excited Grandma on July 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Although we haven’t put this to use yet, I bought this as a shower gift for my daughter. […]we had no trouble whatsoever setting it up. It is sturdy, moves easily, and we love the fact that it "grows" with the child. I used feedback/reviews before purchasing, and found that it was everything that previous buyers said it was.

  64. baby mama on July 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is a great product. The stroller is really smooth and easy to maneuver with only one hand which happens a lot when I am shopping and going through doors at the store. The stroller bed folds down all the way which is great when they are little and need to nap. I picked this because it felt very sturdy and seems like it will last a long time it also folds very easily and not awkwardly like some of the others. And because of the fold down handle it fits great in the back of my toyota prius. The car seat is great, however, it is larget than most of the other travel system seats and wider. It does not fit in restaurant booths or on highchairs situated upside down. Most often it does fit in a restaurant highchair sitting up the correct way as it seems the bottom of the carseat is longer than most. This inconvenience bothers my husband.

  65. Mommy-To-Be on July 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I recieved this travel system for a shower gift. The overall look is great and I love that it can be used for both a boy or girl. I was concerned that it would be too big for my car, but it fits perfectly into my 2007 Ford Focus with room to spare. I couldn’t be happier with this item and would highly recommend it.

  66. Daniel's Momma on July 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This travel system is great. I was having a hard time finding a carseat that little one was comfortable in. When we got this one he quickly fell asleep. Although it is quite bulky for our Ford Escape. The straps are getting a little tight for my son (19.6 lbs). He’s a [*]. As for the stroller I love it. I’m a little under 5 feet tall and I have no problem putting it in or taking it out of the car. It’s easy to open and it reclines all the way to a lying position. The material is easy to clean. I honestly have no complaints about this stroller.

  67. Macy Jean's Mom on July 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My husband and I bought this set for our daughter and love it. The stroller isn’t too bulky, is easy to fold and nice that it has a latch to keep it from opening when you’re moving it. There’s room for a coat and diaper bag, and a covered spot for my keys and phone.

The car seat isn’t too heavy, fits well behind the driver’s seat if my SUV- and I’m 5’8. I love the latch, and the easy strap adjustment, which make it easier to get baby in/out of the seat.

The pattern is very nice, gender-neutral and will never clash with baby’s outfits πŸ™‚

  68. New mom on July 14th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I really like the style and color of the product. We didn’t find out what we were having, so it was nice to find a neutral stroller. It seems to be a smooth stoller and is easy to set up. The car seat also works well and my son seems to enjoy being in it. The one thing that I don’t like is the difficulty in accessing the storage under the stroller.

  69. Atreyu's Mommy on July 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Overall I really like this travel system. I absolutely love the pattern.

The car seat is great. I like that the shade can move all the way down.

I really like the stroller. It is very sturdy, has a smooth ride, and a place for your cell phone and keys. I also really like that it has a foot cover that pops up so an infant can’t slide out.

The stroller is very heavy though and it is difficult to access the basket. It can hold shopping bags or sweaters but you really can’t easily use it for a regular size diaper bag. So I just hang it on the handle bar.

  70. anydaynow on July 22nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Our little one has yet to arrive but I wanted to comment on the size of the carseat. Before buying this travel system we of course looked over the reviews and to be honest were a little anxious about the carseat size. I drive a 4 door honda civic and we were worried that the carseat wouldn’t fit! But, it does!! Even with both front seats all the way back. I won’t say there’s a lot of room now between the front seats and the carseat but it fits and I can easily get it in and out of the car. So for other small car owners I wouldn’t be too afraid of the size relative to your car.

Also, assembly of the stroller and installing the carseat bases were fairly simple.

I will post another review and comments once I have ‘officially’ used these products!

  71. megsmom on July 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Our baby is now 6 months….

We picked this carseat/stroller combo because it is gender neutral and very nice looking! We knew we were having a girl, but she is our first and we wanted to make sure we don’t have to buy everything twice if our next one is a boy! Also, we went with this one because it holds your child longer (up to 35 pounds in the carseat/up to 50 pounds in the stroller). We feel like we will use the stroller a lot longer than the carseat, so we wanted to make sure it held a bigger child. So far so good. The stroller was easy to assemble, and the carseat was easy to install.

While I love the carseat/stroller combo that we chose, there are a few flaws with the carseat that we have just learned to deal with:

    1) The carseat itself is pretty heavy. My husband and I were lugging that thing around all the time at first when our daughter was 6-10 pounds. It was fine then, but now at 17 pounds we say no way – which is okay since she wouldn’t be content sitting in it for too long anyways at 6 months…

    2) The carseat is a bit bulky. We have found that it doesn’t fit in booths at a lot of restaurants, and it is too big for some of the smaller shopping carts. Honestly though, it wasn’t that big of a deal, because the first 3 or 4 months (when you actually want to take the carseat in with you) we made it work. Now she won’t sit in it for very long anyways outside of the car. So we take her out and carry her, put her in the stroller, or she now rides in the shopping cart seat and loves it!

3)The canopy falls down all the time – it drove me crazy so I took it off! Now I no longer have to deal with it, I just left it in the car in case it is raining some day. πŸ™‚

Overall though, we are pleased with the set! I like the style, overall comfort, and the stroller lays back so she can even take a nap while we shop! Oooh… good cupholders and compartments for parents too!

  72. Lisa on July 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love the pattern but the stroller is very difficult to steer – I always need 2 hands because it drifts to the left big time. Going to return it and hopefully either exchange or get a different one.

  73. Stephanie, First Time Mom on August 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My husband and I received this stroller as a gift and we really like this car seat/stroller combo. My friend has the Graco Quattro Travel System in the Nouvelle and that one has more options. This one is missing the temp gauge which isn’t a big deal, has a smaller basket on the bottom than the Nouvelle, and the canopy used to block the sun is attached to the stroller handle where on the Nouvelle, it’s not attached so you can move it out further to block the sun easier. Also I think the wheels are wearing down faster on this one than the Nouvelle. The basket is hard to access if you have the inside of the stroller laying down for the carseat or if the baby is sleeping. If I didn’t spend so much time with my friend, I would have gotten the same stroller.

  74. Ghorbaghe on August 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very sturdy, reliable and easy to fold/open up. The weight is just the same as any other stroller, and operates as intended design-to last for a long time with no history of breakdowns. We checked many strollers, much more expensive ones and come to conclusion the unit is durable and well worth the price.

  75. Lexi's Mom on August 9th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am a first time parent and liked the idea of a car seat and stroller combo. I liked the gender neutral-ness of this set. I have a little girl but since it is black and gray a little boy would easily fit right in.
The car seat and stroller are pretty heavy. The car seat is big and doesn’t fit well in shopping carts or restaurant booths or upside-down high chairs. It is really bulky. We have a car with a pretty roomy backseat and it is difficult to fit the car seat in the middle seat with the driver’s seat positioned for my husband. He is 6 feet tall. For me in my car it is no problem. I am 5 foot 3. I drive a Forester and the stroller takes up most of the room in the back. As our daughter gets heavier (15 lbs at 4 months) it is getting more and more difficult to haul her around in the seat. I had a C section and it was impossible for me to carry her around for the first 6 to 8 weeks because the seat is so heavy. I have washed the seat cover once and now the straps come out too far though I followed the directions to a T for putting it back on. The basket under the stroller is hard to get to when the seat is reclined. I like have 2 cup holders for me and a place to store my keys and cell phone. Assembling the stroller was easy. Installing the car seat base is also easy. I prefer the seat belt method as opposed to using LATCH. I think if I had to do it again I would get a smaller car seat.

  76. New mommy on August 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am totally happy with this product! I would recommend it to anyone. The stroller folds up easily with one hand and the car seat is very comfortable to carry. I also love the pattern on the material and it cleans up well. I also like that I havent seen one person in public with the same stroller and carseat as me. Alot of times I see the same strollers and carseats over and over but thats not the case with this one. Its totally cute! It was a great purchase.

  77. Very Efficant on August 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Good design, plush, and easy to handle. The only thing I did not like were the multiple safety stickers that are permanennt and you can see them over the design of the car seat and stroller. (Bright Yellow).

  78. aly on August 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I received this set as a gift and thought it was very cute, until I started using it!! My new born looks very uncomfortable in the car seat and has no head support, his head is sideways by the time I get out of the door. I should have read the reviews before I opened it. I had to go spend more money on a head support when I should have returned it and got a better set that included one. The stroller is very bulky and heavy also. Not happy with this product at all:(

  79. mom to be on August 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This travel system is adorable! The colors are gender neutral and stylish. I was able to put stroller together by myself in less than 20 minutes!!!! Can’t wait to use it With my baby boy when he arrives!!!

  80. The Boysmama on August 18th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I like the travel set up. Its great to click on the car seat to the stroller, but it really only fits on the stroller perfect. It is a huge car seat- its bigger than a standard Graco seat. It doesnt fit most shopping carts and only fits into the base it comes with. It is soo heavy everyone complains about it (babysitter & my husband). It does however still fit my 8 month old- who weighs 22 pounds & 31 inches long— perfectly still. So if you want a seat that last for a while and dont mind the weight- its perfect. It washes up great and I love the design. I plan on using mine till he cant fit any longer- plus its still in perfect condition. The stroller is nice too, nice big basket for shopping and it lays down all the way for when they sleep. I like it better than the Graco my friends have- there babies outgrew by 6 months old or as soon as they hit 20 pounds. It still makes my life easy when he is asleep and I dont want to take him out of his carseat & wake him up. Plus my son has always slept soundly and never fussed in it. He was a preemie barely weighing 5 pounds when we first used it.

We were clueless when we registered for baby gear. I have been a mom for the past 10 weeks I wish I would have done more homework when picking everything out.

Things I like about this product:
-Stroller is sturdy and easy to use. Fits easily in the truck of my small sedan and easy to fold.
-Stroller is easy to push. I walk 2 miles at least 5 times a week and am glad I got the better quality stroller for that reason. I have put on miles and enjoy the storage space under as well as by the handle.
-Neutral colors and fabric easily wipes up (spit up stains for example come out)
-Easy to put on the base in car and also on the stroller.

    Things I don’t like:
-I registered for and recieved this travel system and a baby trend jogging stroller. Hello! I should have got the same brand so that my infant car seat could go on the jogging stroller. Live and learn. Seat only works with Graco.
-My baby’s head is not supported and we have had to put receiving blankets on the sides to support.
-Car seat is heavy and larger than some. My friend and I had lunch in a booth. Her Baby Trend infant seat fit in the booth and mine did not. Mine was wider, not good.
-Not as stylish as some that I have seen. My friends bought a lot of stuff online and found cuter stuff at a more reasonable price.

  82. first time mom on August 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We love this set. Love the colors. The carrier is heavy but its also bigger than most other carriers so I don’t expect something thats feather-weight. The stroller is easy to fold/unfold…it too is heavy but it is manageable. Again, I don’t expect it to be really light for what it is. For short errands, etc, I use the Graco Frame Stroller instead…no need to get this thing in and out for quick trips. For our newborn, we bought extra head support (we used Eddie Bauer brand) but he was also so tiny to be in such a big seat! Our little one seems comfortable while he’s in the seat.

  83. Rachel on August 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Easy to set up, easy to open/close, not too heavy for me and very cute print. I liked this stroller system because it’s not too bulky but doesn’t feel flimsy either. It’s just the right size for what I wanted to use it for.

  84. Coopersmom on August 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We got this stroller for our son, and I love the fabric on it! It is more of a tan and black. The picture makes it look like it’s light gray. It is a great design! Very easy to push, and it looks great! I like that it goes up to 35 pounds. It will meet our needs and then some! And I think it’s a good gender neutral color! The stroller is large, but that is how most travel systems are! It is easy to fold down, and I like all of the storage it has! Since as a parent, we know we are packing alot more items these days:)

  85. Jessica the stay at home mom on August 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Me and My husband are both tall so we loved that we could get a larger car seat because obviously our son is going to be big. We love the stroller and the car seat. Even though it is larger then standard ones it still fits in my Honda civic, although no one can really sit in the passenger seat when he’s in there with me. It won’t fit in most carts or booths in restaurants and the microfiber that’s on the inside of the car seat is super hot in the summer, but hopefully will keep him warm in winter. We do wish it came with more head support since we had to buy some when he was a newborn. But all in all we’ve enjoyed it, it is heavy but it has been worth it to get the larger snugride since my son is 5 months and his feet are already at the edge.

  86. "New to the game" on August 31st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I’ve had this system for 6 months and have been very satisfied with it. The stroller is so easy to open and close. It rides smooth as long as you’re on smooth terrain. The car seat is bigger than most, but that’s one of the reasons I chose this system – the seat will last longer because it has a higher weight limit. The canopy on the seat does fall down the back sometimes when you have it collapsed. It’s a bit annoying but it’s manageable. There is a lot of padding and the material doesn’t breathe well, so my son gets hot and stays hot in it. When we pull him out, his back is always sweaty. Also, you can’t access the basket when the stroller seat is reclined.

  87. New mom on September 1st, 2010 at 12:00 am

The most frustrating thing is that this car seat is wider than most. It does not fit in flipped over high chairs at restaurants like most car seats or even in a lot of booths. I don’t know why they made the knobs so bulky. Also, when it is clipped into the stroller the cup holder part in the stroller that it clips to comes loose. It is easy to fold up which is nice and spit-up comes out of fabric. I just wished I would have looked longer, because I am sure there would be better out there for the same money!

  88. chunkeymunkey on September 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We bought the graco travel system after reading a ton of reviews, thinking we were getting the best bang for our buck. Pros: A good deal is the only pro to this product. (Yes it is safe, but all car seats have to pass the same fed regulations, so I’m not impressed by that.)Cons: It is so bulky. We had a a hard time getting it in and out an Explorer. My babes is already 16 pounds, and together with a bulky carrier that is hard to grip – forget it.Also, the stroller is heavy, hard to collapse one-handed, and doesn’t maneuver well. Even on a walk on smooth pavement was difficult. Oh, and my baby sweats his little butt off on a warm day.The handle adjust between two positions, not great. […]

  89. Upset Mommy-to-be on September 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I just recieved this and I am already starting the return process. Its the first time I have bought anything from babies R Us and I wont make that mistake twice. I am so disappoited that I impatiently waited for this, and it is not NEARLY what I had expected. First, the color is nothing like the picture. It is a gross color of brown/tan, not grey like the picture shows. Also not shown in the picture, are these AWFULL adhesive "safety" stickers covering both sides of the car seat. I understand they have to be there by law, and I would simply remove them and place them in a better position, but thats not an option. They have been ironed on to avoid removal. I have multiple complaints so perhaps I should just stop. I couldnt keep this thing if I wanted to. Its bulky and doesn’t even fit into my car. I guess I get what I paid for.

  90. soon-to-be Mommy Em on September 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Baby hasn’t been born yet, but we just received this stroller and car seat as a gift. It is a gorgeous stroller. It is very stylish looking. Great for boy or girl. Compacts easily. Corners great. I love the adjustable height of the handle because I am short and my husband is tall. Only two negatives – it’s a little bit heavy, but nothing I can’t get used to; and the underneath pocket is hard to access when the stroller is in recline position. But that isn’t always an issue for everyone. It does hole a lot though!

This system has been wonderful for me and my little one. As a first time parent it has everything I would want. It’s easy to take out of the car and put into the stroller, and easy to take out of the stroller and into the car! Our little one does get very hot in it because of all the padding, but it was a VERY hot summer. I’d rather have a hot baby on my hands than an unsafe one! It’s very easy to clean when our little one spits up on it. My only negative is that one of the wheels doesn’t always ride smoothly. This is NOT an "off road vehicle" in the slightest. It will ride smoothly at the mall or at the supermarket, but not on the street for walks.

  92. Kat on September 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I picked this travel system for the pattern (gender neutral) and the overall sturdiness of the car seat. I am unhappy with the canopy, it falls down all the time and is quite annoying. Also, the material is like suede, so very hot for the baby outside in summer months (but it might be nice for the upcoming fall/winter!)

  93. First Time Mom on September 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is not only stylish, but comfortable for my baby. It rides pretty smooth and has enough storage spaces for me to put extra items. I am very happy with this stroller, and think it is as good as the stroller my friend bought for over $300. It is easy to put together. I didn’t even need my husband’s help. πŸ™‚ It is easy to fold together and store, as well as opening it up to use. The carseat has been wonderful as well. No complaints.

  94. mommy on September 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This travel system is great. Love how smooth is rides. I love the fact that its great for girl or boy. I have a little girl and adding a pink blanket when the daughter is in it looks great. I have gotten great compliments how how stylish this system is.

  95. Holly1276 on September 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this because I loved the pattern. Neutral, just in case we want to have a second child. The car seat is a little bulky and heavy. Our little girl was born in April and is approaching 15lbs so it gets pretty heavy to carry around. Soon we will just be leaving it in the car and taking her in and out of it.
Other than that I am very happy with the system, it seems very sturdy and the stroller is very easy to open and close.

  96. KL on September 21st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I absolutely love this system. It rides great! I have had it everywhere; from malls, around town, bike/nature paths- NO ISSUES! Easy to set-up,open and close. Style is very neutral and will always be "in" Granted it might be a bit heavy and bulky but that’s why one buys a snugride 35 vs the normal ones- so to me that’s a given. You can’t think a system that will hold your 35lb child wouldn’t be. My son was almost 10lbs at birth and now almost 22 1/2 (and I have back issues requiring surgery and I do just fine lugging him around in it- so it’s not so bad). With that said it has to be bulkier to handle the extra weight. I would prefer the outside handles to be built into the seat vs where they are now, simply because you can’t EASILY put it into a highchair at a resturant but that’s why they made slings- ask for one. The trade offs in the end are SO WELL worth it. The basket is terrific – holds a lot-haven’t had any issues. The warning labels- although needed are a bit LOUD but you don’t notice them after awhile. So my only true/valid wish to make it PERFECT (which no stroller is entirely) would be a double canopy or a window shield- the sun does hit his poor bald head from time to time-but then that’s why there are hats made. In the end NO REAL COMPLAINTS that can’t be fixed – We love it!

We received this travel system as a baby shower gift and we absolutely love it! The stroller could not be easier to use. It is so simple to fold up and down, and can be pretty compact. The carrier is comfy and convenient to get in and out of the car. Everyone who sees it compliments us on it. It is also rated the most safe system by consumers.

  98. Jen the student,mom,wife,worker,armygirl on September 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Easy set up,and this system is what others say it is.
Yes it’s bulkier/heavier than other car seats b/c it holds 12 lbs more baby! I have a 2 door car and I can manage to get him in and out myself.
The stroller is bigger even folded down but I like that its so sturdy and I have taken it everywhere.
    Mall- rides and maneuvers excellent.
Pavement- still excellent even while running
grassy areas- bumpy where ground is bumpy
The basket is relatively easy to get into while seat is fully reclined. And the colors are neutral, which I like for the future.

  99. First time mom on September 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I was very excited about this travel system after reading the safety ratings and comparing prices. After months of using the system; if I could do it over again, I would get the comparable Chicco.

The car seat does not seem to recline enough; so, my daughter’s head would always flop forward (especially in the first few months). I would literally sit with my hand holding her head in place the entire car ride. You can get the head positioners to keep it centered from side to side, but it will not keep your child’s head from falling forward like my daughter’s did. I found that Chicco model is just around the same price and is slightly more reclined so that this does not happen. It seems like a real safety issue to have adequate head/neck support!
Also, the Graco is a bit more bulky than the Chicco– we have found it combersome when out and about.

  100. Stacy on September 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller has been great for us. We love that the seat reclines flat and the large storage bin underneath. The infant carrier is durable and cleans up nicely. The only con is that both the stroller and infant carrier are on the heavier side, but it is still a great set.

  101. 2nd time mom on September 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love the carseat and stroller system, except for one thing, my 8lb son cant hold his head up when the carseat is in the base. It sits up VERY sraight! Its very comfy and i love the pattern, but now im searching for something extra to hold his head back. If his head wer going side to side that might be easier to fix, but it falls straight forward! So now i’ve ordered a baby snuggler to try to help our situation….we’ll see!

  102. babygenius on September 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

When i seen this travel system I immediately fell in love with it. I roleld the stroller around the store and picked up the carseat and carried it around as well. Once my daughter was born and there is actually a baby inside it isn’t so great. It is extremely heavy and I have stairs to get into my house and I have to stop mid-way because it is very heavy. Also it does not fit on the standard carts at most stores; examples […] even Babies and Toy’s R US. Another thing about the careseat there is not enough cushion support for the baby’s head, I had to buy the head support pillow because her head always kept slumping over. I like the neutral gender of the color but the bulkiness of the carseat is not worth to buy. The stroller works great and was easy to put together.

  103. mhutchins on September 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this travel system for our little girl because we wanted something we could use again if we had a boy. It is very gender neutral. It was very easy to instal in to the car. It is heavy, but all infant seats are. The picture doesn’t show what the seat really looks like, but I knew this when I bought it because I bought in the store. It’s a dark grey with black and white pattern. I love the darkness of the grey because it hides dirt, etc.

  104. marg01 on September 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I hate this carseat! I have a Toyota Rav4 and it barely clears the back door. It is extremely heavy and hard to get in and out of the car. The canopy falls off and gets caught every time I move the seat. It is not made for any mom that wants to be mobile with her newborn. I have resorted to leaving the carseat in the car and using baby carriers. Wish I had known before we put this on our registry!

  105. 2nd time Mom on October 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I went to the store with my husband to look for a new travel system. When we saw this one we decided it was perfect being we didn’t know what we were having. The color’s were neutral and the stroller rolled around the store well. I only wish I read the reviews a little more carefully. Our son was born at 7 pounds and 13 ounces and his head keep’s falling forward in the car seat when it’s in the base. We purchased an additional head support, however, this car seat sit’s VERY straight. Our old infant car seat by Eddie Bauer had a much better recline to it. I also have the same problem as other’s with the canopy falling down all the time, very annoying! If it wasn’t for these 2 issue’s I would rate it much higher. I love the color and I find it easy to maneuver and fold up.

  106. 4 Boys Busy Mommy on October 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

When I first saw this system I had to have it. So got it. Now that I’ve actually put some use into it I don’t care for it much. I’ve only had it for about 2 1/2 months. The material gets dirty way too easy and looks horrible. Even water will make it look dirty. However, YES it’s very smooth and light that I love and can’t complain about. The basket is way too small my diaper bag barely fits I have to shove it in.

  107. Busy working mommy on October 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The product is great. The colors are versatile, and easy to clean. My daughter is super long and fits in the seat well. Easy to adjust and easy to move around. Would buy again!!

  108. Julie on October 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This has it all- the car seat, stroller and room to grow. The stroller is so smooth when you’re pushing it that it requires minimal pushing. The wheels turn easy and it’s simple to add or remove the car seat. There’s plenty of space underneath for storage & a handy dual cup holder.

  109. First Time Mom on October 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I read many reviews of this item and decided to give it a try. It was worth it! To address the "cons" – it is bulky and heavy, but the infant seat is a SnugRide 35 which goes up to 35lbs… it has to be bigger than a typical infant seat to hold a bigger baby for longer! The stroller is heavy but sturdy. It rides smooth, so I use it for long walks with baby and I will use it for travel, etc. when the time comes. In the meantime I have the Graco infant seat frame to use for shopping and quick trips – it’s super light and easy to use (the infant seat clicks right into it). Also, I’ve read that some other babies’ heads have fallen forward while in the infant seat attached to the base – this didn’t happen to me until today when I put her in the seat without the insert that I bought separately for comfort, just to see. Her head fell forward and stayed that way – so I put the insert back in. I bought a JJ Cole body support insert, which works great and baby’s head (and body) stays comfortably in place!

All in all, this is a very stylish and practical system if you buy a few accessories to tweak its performance. If you are worried about the bulk of the infant seat, try looking for a travel system with a SnugRide 30 or 32.

  110. Green Mama on October 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We used the travel system feature until our daughter was about 5 months old or so (we still could use it that way, but our daughter just likes to face forward better than have her carseat snapped in the stroller and face us). We loved the travel system feature. So easy to use, so convenient. LOVE LOVE LOVE the pattern, perfect for a girl or boy. Fabric on the sides of the carseat is soft and comfy. Nice and roomy seat. Is a bit big for our cars (Accent and a Santa Fe) when rear facing, but that’s why we got it because max weight was bigger than other carseats. Stroller is easy to maneuver and LOVE the one handed closing feature. Although, you can’t open it one handed if you are holding your child, but that’s no biggie. Stroller is a nice size and doesn’t seems fragile and doesn’t squeek or anything. Wheel glide along nicely. We have been using our travel system for 9 months now and LOVE it. Great purchase for us!

Love the pattern – stylish and neutral so I can use it the next time around. The harness is SO easy to adjust in the car seat. Easy to click in and out of the base and stroller system. The stroller has a window in the sunshade and cup holders/compartments, a major plus! If you put both the sunshade up on the car seat and the stroller, you have almost 100% coverage over your baby.

  112. Mom of 1 on October 25th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The carseat is heavy, and the sun shade always falls down. It gets annoying. The basket on the stroller doesn’t have a support bar so it sags down quickly.

  113. MOM OF ONE on October 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am completely satisfied and so happy that I registered for this travel system. Not only is it attractive but its sturdy and safe. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have something heavy that won’t tip over. I’m more concerned about my child’s safety than convenience for myself. It’s a smooth ride for the little one inside. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the storage basket beneath could be a bit bigger for my taste. In my opinion its the Cadillac of travel systems.
