Love, love, love this stroller! It is great as a single stroller but with the simple second seat kit it easily becomes a double stroller. I have a Bugaboo but with the second baby on the way, this is the perfect solution. It maneuvers well even in tight spaces and I love the durable wheels. So far we haven’t had any problems and don’t expect to with the great construction. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Even though it can get pricy as you add on the extra’s, it’s worth it as we use it every day and you definitely get your moneys worth!

It came down to City Select, Peg Perego Skate or the Bugaboo Cameleon. What sold us was the fact that it can convert to a two seater stroller.

After 1 month with the City Select all we can say is wow we are so happy to have selected this stroller. Easy to fold and store in our small SUV, easy to use on the streets.NYC has some of the worst roads and we never had a problem navigating the City Select

I really didn’t want to spend the money but I have to say that it was well worth it. I love that the wheels detach easily. I love that my daughter can face me or away. Folding is a little cumbersome and you have to have the seat in a particular position. It is a bit heavy. The ride is smooth for my daughter and pushing is easy for me. It’s great for walks outside on all surfaces, grass, pavement, etc. Also great for shopping at the mall with the large storage basket. I’m looking forward to turning it into a double stroller in the future!

Most reviews I’ve read discuss the strollers use as a double. I’m focusing this review more on its use as a single stroller.I agonized over which stroller to buy for weeks. I was debating between the BJ City Select and the UppaBaby Vista. I only have one child, and am not sure if we will have any others, so I was concerned about using this stroller as a single since its best feature is its ability to add another full size seat. I took the plunge and am so glad I chose this one! It weighs 28 lbs with the seat on, but it doesn’t seem that heavy to me. It fits easily in my Rav4 and surprisingly takes up less space than my Chicco Cortina stroller. I have no problems folding/lifting this stroller and I’m 5’2 and of average weight. It handles like a dream and even though it’s a tad longer/wider than other strollers, I have had no problem navigating tight spaces. It is not an all terrain stroller, but it handles well over thick grass, gravel, mulch, and uneven surfaces. The front wheels can lock forward for really rough terrain. Don’t let the name fool you, however; it is not a jogging stroller.I love the front or rear facing option, and it is easy to switch between the two. My baby is 10 months old and of average weight/height and she fits comfortably with plenty of room to grow. One feature I love that I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere is how easy it is to adjust the seat straps. Instead of having to thread the strap through the back of the seat to adjust the height, this stroller uses hooks and loops. No more threading! The canopy is nice and large. The storage basket is HUGE! Plus the back of the seat has a small mesh pocket to store cell phone, glasses, keys, etc. There is no cup holder or parent console, but there are available accessories made by baby jogger and other companies that you can purchase separately. Also, there is no belly bar or child console, but they are also available to purchase separately. We haven’t found that we miss it, though. I doubt we’ll purchase.Although the diamond color is beautiful, I was hesitant to order it because I thought it would get dirty easily. (I didn’t want black because it is too hot for FL, plus it shows spit up, etc. just as much as the lighter colors.) The color is actually more of a stone color and not as light as is looks in the pictures. Also, it wipes up very easily and the seat cover is removeable for washing. I’m glad I chose it. I’ve had several compliments on the color. As much as I love my stroller, I do have a few gripes. 1) The canopy is tricky to adjust. You have to actually pop it off of the seat and reattach it higher or lower. The clips used to hold it on are easy to remove, but a little hard to get back on. 2) I’ve also found the foot rest a little hard to adjust up and down. 3) I hate that it doesn’t have a standing fold. Even with these minor complaints, I would not hesitate to purchase this wonderful stroller again. I highly recommend it.

When I was pregnant, I bought a used Graco storller / car seat combo from a friend, and it was great for the first few months but I really wanted a stroller where my baby had the option to face me AND that could grow to accommodate two kids. I started looking around and found this product. I love love love love it!!! I want to go on eight walks a day just so that I can push it around. Things I love:*The option to face back or front*Its awesome ‘steerability’ (even with one hand)*Its really smooth ride*The sunshade that has two attachment positions and actually shades my child*The adjustable foot rest for the baby*The super easy to use folding mechanism*The fact that the second child attachment will not be underneath and behind the other child (Who wants that view?!)*The fact that it is the best stroller ever created.[…] It is totally worth it!

Amazing stroller! It is a luxury stroller that actually is easy to use! So many convenient features! Folds with such ease and is a dream to push. The basket is WONDERFUL!!! It doesn’t get any better than this! It’s comfortable for my son and has so many options for when we have another baby. Truly a state of the art stroller!

I’m a mother of twins and I love this stroller! It can be used many different ways and each seat reclines. Its a bit on the heavy side but most double strollers are. Above all I LOVE it!

  8. Mommy to be =) on May 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

    Why I love it:
+ seat can be switched so I can face the baby (great for her development)
+ easy folding mechanism (you don’t have to remove the seat like similar strollers such as Bugaboo or Maxi Cosi)
    + Large basket
+ It is made very well and it is easy to set-up

    Why it could be better:
    – You need to buy the accessories such as the cup holder and rain canopy separately (it can add up)
    – I use the rain canopy frequently, so it would be nice if it were permanently attached to the seat, instead of something separate
    – The seat doesn’t fully recline so it is not suitable for newborns (you have to purchase a separate bassinet or use your car seat adapter – I have a Chicco KeyFit)

Just got this "sold out" stroller last week. For some reason when something is sold out it makes me want it more even if it’s "not that great." Well, this stroller is great. We have a 3 year old and a 10 month old and used it already this weekend and they were both very content in it. The set-up was easy, the steering is AWESOME and it takes up much less room in the trunk than I imagined. The con is that the stroller itself is a little pricey to beginw ith and you have to purcahse the 2nd seat seperately which is another $160. So far, totally worth it though.

  10. Unhappy mom on June 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very heavy, when folded very long, bad locking system when folded, very hard to turn and steer with two seats on it. Plus, great underneath basket and wide seats.

  11. New mom on July 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is everything I expected, easy to assemble(10 min), easy to use, even my husband loves to push it in the park. I bought it mostly for the option to add another seat later, but I enjoy all the features, like the big basket, easy to fold, easy to maneuver. A+

  12. Mum2Niko on August 9th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We love this stroller. It is a bit on the pricier side but well worth. We got this stroller b/c I wore out my kolcraft stroller walking too much(the "rubber foam" on the tires wore off). I decided it was time for something a little more heavy duty. The quality of this stroller is amazing. I also have a the chicco cortina travel system and it doesn’t even compare. My 23 month old fits great in this stroller with room to grow. I love that it has the 2 levels and that you can flip the seat. Also the adjust-ability of the seat position is great it reclines to 4 different setting including one that is completely upright which my son loves. The footrest also adjust not only in length but in position. I look forward to getting the second seat and bassinet for baby #2. On a durability note I’ve already had to wash the seat cover twice just from messy situations like after blueberry picking and I discovered that my son had smooshed about 2 dozen blueberries in the footrest. It washes up like new(I washed with straps and all in cold and hung out to dry). It is more difficult to fold when seat is in parent facing position but I usually remove the seat anyways when folding it makes it more compact.

  13. NY Mama on August 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I am in love with my stroller! I started with a full size Graco, thinking that the cheaper materials wouldn’t make a difference, and boy was I wrong! My son has such a smooth ride now. I took a week and a half’s groceries up the hill with my son last week with no problem!

    The warnings:

The footprint is big, but that seems to be par for any high quality stroller these days.

The fold is tricky, but if you un-clip the seat first, it is actually quite compact.

    The pro’s:

    The canopy is exceptional.

Having my baby face me is invaluable.

The tires (not wheels – tires!) will never go flat.

If you want a mall stroller, this probably isn’t necessary. But for someone who walks EVERYWHERE, and who might get in the the car once a week, this has been wonderful!

I did a TON of research on strollers when I was expecting. I didn’t want to spend a fortune so I opted for "normal" stroller and it was a great stroller but I regret not splurging on an expensive stroller that had the extra options like the baby able to face me and a bassinet. It actually worked out because now the city select is available with baby number 2 on the way, I decided to buy this stroller to use now as single. I did buy all the accessories, this stroller is very versatile and has a lot of options for the seating, the basket is large, the additional snack tray is great for my 16 month old! I am overly impressed. The only thing about the stroller, is that as with other double strollers, there is limited room with certain positions, but I still highly recommend it.

My husband and I use this stroller whenever we take our daughter out. We LOVE it and always get compliments. Strolls VERY easily. Love the fact that we can turn the chair to face us or away from us. Convenient hand brake. Huge storage basket. Chair can recline completely flat so that our baby can sleep. Folds and unfolds easily. Quality construction and materials. We have yet to see a stroller that we like better. If something happened to our stroller, we would buy another one in a heartbeat. The only negative is that it’s a bit heavy.

  16. lulu's momma! on September 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stroller! It is like a bugaboo done 100000000000 times better! EXTRA large basket, easy fold, comfortable, drives smoothly!

  17. MoLo's Mommy on September 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Perfect! Everything I wanted in a stroller for my 2 month old twins. Fits perfect with both of my Britax infant carriers with endless options to choose from regarding which way the seats face. Had a hard time finding a stroller that would accommodate two infant carriers, now we dont have to buy another stroller when they are big enough to ride in the seats it came with. Worth the money!
