I did a lot of research before choosing this stroller, and I’m glad I did because I am IN LOVE. It is the perfect stroller, in my opinion.

It’s good-looking and yet way more affordable than the luxury strollers out there, and more versatile to boot.

I don’t need a separate bassinet attachment or car seat attachment for my 6 week old because the seat reclines fully. It is light and easy to carry. The way the it folds is the easiest and fastest I’ve ever seen. The canopy is huge and offers amazing coverage. And when pushing it, it handles like a dream and turns on a dime.

My only gripe is that the cup holders and child trays are sold separately.

  2. New Mom on November 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller is outstanding, it glides like its on ice skates, and it has plenty of storage under the stroller for your handbags, toys, etc. The quick fold technology is amazing! You will have to try it for yourself to see how simple and light weight it really is. Forget about using travel system, those are a thing of the past!!!

  3. MOM2X on November 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

i love this stroller, its sooo convenient and there is alot of basket space in the new stroller as well as a netting behind the seat for extra baby essentials….!! Very smooth ride and great huge canopy. my only complaint is the lack of back support for the child. But it doesnt bother him too much.

  4. Aidan's mom on November 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We bought this stroller to replace our Chicco Cortina Travel system, which was too bulky for our car. We wanted something that folded easily and that wouldn’t take up as much trunk space. This stroller has met all our needs and more! I love the way it folds, and it is easily manuevered. Plus – I am 6 feet tall and it is comfortable for me to push without hunching over! I only wish we had bought this first!

  5. Marie on November 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Perfect. smooth ride. easy to handle. superlight. sturdy. great for long walks and for in store tight space handling. Super easy to hold baby in one hand and scoop up stroller in ONE HAND, fold and throw into the car truck. If I had all the money in the world I’d have this stroller for out and about and a BOB for our long walks….but I don’t…so this is a perfect match. Oh, and the canopy is amazingly huge, great for keeping all of the baby shady.

If you’re hesitating on what stroller to buy, you’ve just found it! The City Mini is incredible! We couldn’t be happier! It folds so nicely, it’s light weight and we get tons of compliments from other parents! We also bought the infant seat adapter along with one of the recommended infant seats and it works out perfectly! It was so easy!!! You won’t be sorry with this stroller πŸ™‚

Awesome stroller. I did alot of research and went through a few strollers. Im 5’9 and nothing was confortable. I love love love the handle and the way it just glides. Worth the money. We have the parent tray and child tray attachments. Replaced our graco quattro and I love it! The one hand fold it the greatest! So easy to pop in the car. The child tray is a little high, so we don’t use it yet for our 16 month old but I love the parent tray. Has enough room and storage. A great investment. I also love the color. I have the sage and charcoal, alot darker in person. Perfect for boy or girl.

  8. K on December 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I did the most research anyone could do for a stroller. I had a long list of pre-reqs for a stroller: affordability, light weight, easy fold & maneuvering, great canopy, ample storage, a stroller that can be used by someone who’s 5′ or 6′, and full recline. This stroller is the only stroller that meets all of those expectations. There is also a infant car seat adapter so you can use it w/ your infant seat. Its highlights are the super easy collapse, maneuverability, and canopy. You must test it out to truly appreciate it. All my girlfriends wished they’d gotten something more light weight and user friendly than the strollers they own.
    Must buy separate cup holders

  9. Mommy T on December 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller becuase my graco broke down on me and i rushed into B-R-Us for a new stroller. I really like the stroller except few things disappoint me. The seat doesnt sit at a straight up 90 degree angle like the graco does for example and thus my baby has a hard time staying straight up. I bought the separate tray but it snaps in at such a high position that its uncomfortable for my baby. And the snap in tray always gives me a hard time snapping in and out. The under basket is tiny. Theres no mommy tray or cup holder either which upset me after I got used to the graco mom tray. Anyway wouldnt buy this stroller if i was thinking more clearly that day. The stroller that i wanted at half the price was sold out and I couldnt walk out with out a stroller.

this stroller is PERFECT for jogging.
it’s not bulky, glides like it’s on ice, and my sons head never falls onto the side or slouches. we jogged about 2 miles in this thing and his head while sleeping for most of it never slouched. there was so much support i’d buy this for that alone. it’s awesome the way it folds up SO EASY it’s truly worth the money, no need to spend hundreds on a bob this is where it’s at. affordable(in comparison to a bob). convenient
i don’t know why anyone would say it’s not good for jogging because it’s perfect light weight, glides, and it has great sun protection. my son and i love it! i owned a travel system stroller that was annoying compared to this, had i known what i know now i would have skipped the travel set and bought a convertable car seat and this jogger stroller.

  11. First time mom! on December 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller is absolutely amazing. I am an average weight/height woman and can easily fold this up with one hand. The stoller only weighs 16 pounds and most stollers weigh 24+ pounds. It glides so easily and has an infant recline option as well. I cannot say enough about how amazing this stoller is. You will NOT be disappointed!

  12. Rachel on January 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is the best stroller i have ever got. i love it, its so quick and easy to open and close and you really only need one hand to close up and put a way and open. super light and its styliest. i wish for the money it came with cupholders but i spent extra money to buy the attachment cup holders.

  13. Jenna on January 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this product. All of my girlfriends have purchased after seeing me hold baby in one hand and pop it open with the other. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this item. I can even fit my large diaper bag in the "small" bottom basket. I have the infant attachment and it’s also great. My one complaint would be no cup holder. Other than that it’s amazing.

  14. hillary on January 18th, 2010 at 12:00 am

IF YOUR LITTLE ONE WANTS TO SIT UP STRAIGHTER IN THE HAMMOCK STYLE SEAT: cut a board out of an old box or similar and you can insert it into the back seat- there is a velcro tap that opens on the back top of the seat of the minis and elites (doubles and singles) and you slide in your homemade board and VIOLA! they can sit up straighter like other strollers πŸ™‚ baby jogger sells a board they made for this but this was is much cheaper πŸ™‚ hope that helps all slumping fussy babies like mine…

  15. Sam on January 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller folds up so easily, you don’t believe it until you try it. I love it. It’s light weight, folds FLAT and is easy to use. What a great option for a lightweight stroller!

  16. b the world traveler on February 9th, 2010 at 12:00 am

we travel with this extensively and have had no problems. the only drawback is the snacktray attachment is a little high if you have a short toddler. once she got used to it, it was great.

  17. Mother of 1 on February 18th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller! It is so light weigh, easy manuverablity, easy to put together, disassemble, open & close. I love how I can recline the seat once my son falls asleep. The coverage from sun exposure is also excellent! I totally recommend this stoller to any mother out there.

  18. Rachel on February 22nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is absolutely amazing!!! Literally, it folds with one hand, is so lightweight, and maneuvers extremely easily! I love it and would never use another stroller!

  19. Bigdoggpinc on February 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

How you use the product – I sell this products at store 5680 and online.
Things that are great about it – easy enough to use, reclines for infants to be placed inside. Has an adapter setting to use most of the top brand infant car seats. Excellent canopy with peek-a-poo windows on top. The movement of this stroller is effortless. 17lbs total weight and easy to break down, makes this a very useful item.
Things that aren’t so great about it – at store 5680 we have only one color. It is not a bad color but some customers wish we had at least 2 choices.

  20. Kara's mommy on February 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I spent my time researching strollers and figured out that this one was the right one for me. I was sold as soon as I saw a video online of how easy it was to fold and how compact it was. Plus, it’s a 3 wheel stroller, which I liked, and it looked pretty comfy for baby.
After I got the stroller in the mail, I assembled it myself, and thought it would work great. It looked pretty sturdy, but also AMAZINGLY easy to maneuver.
We used it for the first time when my daughter was only about 2 weeks old, and it worked well. However, after the first use, the front wheel has been squeaking. Another downside for me was the fact that the storage basket was relatively small – don’t get me wrong, it does say medium basket, but I just wish it could have been a bit bigger. It does fold down all the way for a newborn, so that is nice, and I’m sure it’ll be nice for the summer because it has an option to have just a mesh backing if the child is laying down, which will keep her nice and cool.
Overall, it does appear to be worth the money, but I’m not sure how long it’ll last, since the wheel started squeaking almost immediately.
Oh and it will fit into ANY trunk – it’s tiny when folded!

  21. 2nd time mom on February 28th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I liked the amasing way it folds – the best.

I liked how easy it is to push and turn

I did not like that my baby could not sit upright (it does not come up to 90decrees

The tray did not snap all the way and kept coming off during ride – very annoying and distracting

I could not get to the basket that is under the seat – it is too far forward

The tray is too high and was blocking my baby’s veiw. Also my baby couldn’t see what is on the tray.

Handle not adjustable, no cup holder.

  22. Mom on the go on March 1st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I believe that this is the best stroller for the money. It is semi light weight, easy to push, easy to fold. I have three stroller and this is my pick. I take this stroller every where. The only problem I had is it does not push well in the sand however, most stroller don’t.

  23. Brook's mom on March 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

A good stroller but to hard to turn.

  24. JR on March 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We used a basic Graco stroller base and popped our infant car seat on there for a while and started to use this City Mini when my son turned 5 months. We tried to put him in here at 2 months and it seemed okay, but I felt he was more comfy in the car seat stroller facing me.

I looked into a lot of different strollers, such as the Graco, the Quinny and even the Bugaboo. I was just so impressed with how easy this Baby Jogger was to fold and how lightweight and compact it was. I also like the style and colors they offer. I will agree with the other review below that the storage compartment is pretty small. However, I always hang my diaper bag over the handle bar. The large sunshade is really nice as well. Can’t go wrong with this stroller. Overall, this is a GREAT stroller. No stroller is perfect, but you wont be dissappointed with this.

  25. Orlando Mommy on March 18th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Amazing stroller! I’m not sure why someone reviewed this stroller as "hard to turn"…it’s the easiest to turn out of every stroller! You can actually turn and stear with 1 hand! In addition, it’s got the "quick fold" technology that just takes 1 hand as well. I wouldn’t have any other stroller!!! I have also used the Quinny and this stroller is much better!!!

  26. Clara on March 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Great light weight travel stroller, easy to maneuver with one hand and collapses flat for storage with just 1 leveler u grab. Also good for infants since it reclines flat.I was giving the car seat adapter and never used it. The only downside that I found is that it has no cup holders but u can buy the parent accessory for like $20.00 and works well.I must say I love this stroller..

  27. Nolan's Mommy on March 20th, 2010 at 12:00 am

My husband and I are hard core Baby Jogger fans because of this stroller! It’s a perfect size; it has the easiest folding technique on any stroller we’ve seen, and with the car seat adapter it can be used from birth and up! It has the best sun shade, too!
It does not come with a cup holder, but we bought the parent console made for it, which I think is a must!

  28. High Expectations Mommy on March 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

After LOTS of research, this stroller has been such a great experiance to own! I can fold it with one hand while still carrying my baby girl in the other. It handles like a dream and is very comfy for her. We are trying for our second and I’m thrilled that you can attach a kick board to the back so she can stand and ride when she is old enough!! AMAZING stroller.

  29. Whit Whit on March 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I had been wanting this stroller for awhile and finally went ahead and bought it. It seemed perfect for everyday use around town, easy to fold (which it is) and easy to maneuver in stores, restaurants, etc… It worked for about a day when the front wheel starting sticking. I had it in swivel mode but it would not turn. I took the wheel off and noticed that the lever that locks the wheel into its straight/non-swiveling position was getting stuck. I tried a couple of times to re-install it but finally had to call Baby Jogger’s customer service. The representative I spoke to asked me to try WD-40 to loosen the wheel but that wasn’t the problem. She told me that they could send me a new wheel but that I’d have to call back because her system was down. It was hard enough to entertain my 8 month old to make the call and wait through all the "press 1 for this, 2 for that" menu options, but now I have to keep calling back to place my request for a new part? How about "We’ll take YOUR number and call YOU back"??? I paid [$] for a glorified umbrella stroller- the least I expect is good customer service! I had heard great things about this stroller and really wanted to love it. Perhaps I just got a dud (it happens, I realize) but the lack of service added insult to injury.

  30. AshleyS915 on March 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I ordered this stroller because I have played with all the ones in the store and really wasn’t interested in the whole travel system. I wanted a light weight stroller that wasn’t a light weight stroller. The fold is amazing and the huge canopy will definetly cover baby completely! I can’t believe how compact it folds and it really is a one hand fold, not to mention so easy to assemble! Really love it.

  31. Kickit on March 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Excellent Purchase. With my first child I used the Graco travel system and I remembered how much I hated the stroller. I did my research this time so I wasnt stuck in the same predicament. When my stroller arrived this time, I couldnt wait to rip it out of the box. It was like Christmas. I could not believe how easy it was to put together. Especially how easy it is to fold and stash. The size is perfect and It is so light! I showed my friend that has a bob revolution and she is selling her bob to get the City Mini. I recommend this stroller to all moms out there!

  32. Always running on March 31st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. It lays flat, it’s easy to steer. It has a great sun shade and an amzing one hand fold. The storge is nice size. Long walks with the stroller is really nice. I also like that the stroller isn’t tippy like my mac is. I do wish the stroller stood on it’s own when folded. I also wish the parnet tray/console and car seat adapter were included in the price. I still do think the stroller is worth the money and the parents console is a must have for the stroller. This could be the only stroller you every need. This and my Mac.for me.

  33. Daddy on April 1st, 2010 at 12:00 am

Rented this for a week while in Orlando last May and now looking to buy one for our return trip this summer. The quick-fold was perfect for those Disney busses and our 15 month old seems to like it too.

  34. TXMomma on April 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I cannot stress how much I love this stroller. We have been using it since ours was 6m & he is now 2 1/2 and he still loves it. The handling is wonderful, the ease of folding is unbeatable. I get alot of jealous stares when other moms see me fold it AND put it my trunk with one hand while holding a squirming 2 year old in the other. It thardly takes up any space and is lightweight too.

We are expecting another kiddo soon and I can’t wait to hook the car seat adaptor in so I can use it with the infant seat!!!! And they are coming out with a ride on board too so my 2 yr old can still use it.

  35. Gavin's Mom on April 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Easy to fold and open. Light weight. Love the color. We bought the attachment for the infant seat and plan on using this as our only stroller….so far no complaints. We are an on-the-go kind of family and this stroller keeps pace with us. LOVE IT!

No cupholders….this may be it’s only downfall but honestly we bought the attachable cup holder and haven’t even used it. I keep a bottle of water in the baby bag.

  36. tdq on April 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is great!!! it is very lightweight and easy to fold and put in your trunk. I love the fact that you can fold the stroller with adapter(for the car seat) attached to it. Its great for long walks, shopping and traveling. So happy I got this stroller as it can be overwhelming to chose one.

  37. Ari on April 12th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is really nice overall, it does’nt get easier than this when it comes to folding and maneuvering a stroller, and it could be done with only one hand!. My only complain at the beginning was that the basket was kind of hard to reach from the back of the stroller but i found out that it has better access from the side.

  38. first time mom on April 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

    folds easily,moveable

  39. Sam on April 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Nice handling and maneuverability, a little over-priced when you have to buy the cup holder and front bar separately.

  40. Avid Online Shopper on April 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because its lightweight and it can handle going over rugged terrain a lot better than the average everyday stroller. It’s not a jogging stroller and I didn’t get a jogging stroller because they tend to be a lot heavier. I needed something lightweight in NYC when we plan to move there. I’ve heard you need a lightweight stroller if you plan to use the subway.Overall, its a great stroller but I wish the weight capacity was higher and that it came with a baby and parent tray.

  41. AnonMOM on April 18th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller! It’s lightweight, folds up super quick, easy to use and attractive! I use this stroller all the time – shopping, walking, the mall, the park, you name it. I have the parent console & the car seat adaptor and would highly recommend both. This stoller is hands-down the best bang for your buck! You won’t be disappointed!

  42. Mom on the go. on April 25th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have been in the market for a new stroller for a long time. I’ve been researching and trying to find the best fit for me and my little guy. I have the graco travel system stroller that i haven’t used since my son was 4 months old it’s too big and heavy, and i have the Maclaren quest sport that I do like but feel like the wheels are too small it’s fine on flat surfaces but for the hilly and bumpy roads it’s way too bumpy. this stroller is amazing! It’s still light and folds so easily and very compact, has a big basket and with the add on parent compartment and child tray has all the features of the big travel system stroller. It steers so easily and my son loves it! Wish I got this a long time ago!!!!!!

  43. Busy mom on April 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The box itself say NOT to jog with this stroller. The front wheel does lock, but it is not a jogging stroller. Great everyday stroller though.

  44. Natalie on April 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I find it very frustrating that this JOGGER stroller is not to be used for running! It would’ve been nice if the site had mentioned it, as I got this specifically for running. Also, my daughter is constantly slumped over it it.
However, it is great for busy sidewalks and super easy to fold and easy to put together.

  45. OC New Mom on April 29th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller after several weeks of resarch […] My daughter at the time was 8 months old and out grew her snap ‘n go (which I loved!). […]. I wanted something easy and light. Here are my thoughts on this stroller:Positives- price is great, love…love the EASY fold down, seat reclines back, great turing radius, decent basket underneath for storage, good accessories (parent console is a must!), amazing sun shade.Negatives – straps not easy to adjust, the seat does not sit up right so my daughter looks scrunched and has a very hard time seeing out, no support for the seat, the optional tray is of NO USE because the baby sits far too low (tray is at her head) this may not be a issue for older children.Overall a great stroller for the price and I do recommend it to friends.

  46. Jacob's mom on May 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I ordered this stroller because it said it was compact and boy is it! I was immediately impressed with how small it folds up… really surprised actually – I think I gasped (in a good way!). I put my 7-month-old in it for our first walk yesterday – it strolled nicely and my son loved it! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I would not find any instructions on how to use the little basic rain cover that is included. I think I will buy the separate rain cover because the one that comes with the stroller is really basic and I can not figure out how to make it fit well. I wish it came with cup holders… I will be ordering those! It is also SUPER easy to use the one-hand-fold option! I love the stroller!

  47. busy mum on May 10th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I absolutely adore my Teutonia stroller system, but found it to be a bit bulky for everyday use. I shopped and shopped for a perfect lightweight stroller and this, by far, is the best! Great canopy, brake lock, recline, snack/cup tray (sold separately), peek-a-boo windows – TWO, storage basket … did I mention its great looks?? yeah, it has everything and more!

  48. New mom on May 11th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. It is so easy to set up and it folds up so easily and quickly, too. I had such a hard time finding a stroller that had everything that I really wanted – lightweight, maneuvers well, can be used with an infant car seat, looks good and is not too pricey. This stroller accomplishes all of them. I like that it has a lot of available accessories, the only bad thing is that they’re a bit expensive. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

  49. onepinkandoneblue on May 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

After months and months of research I purchased this stroller online not having tried it before hand. I bought this to use for my infant son and two year old daughter. I needed a light weight stroller with a full recline, something that could be pushed easily over most terrain, and something I could steer one handed(my daughter walks pretty much every where). After testing a double jogger I knew I needed something that would glide easily. This is it! The sun canopy is by far the best, both my children are comfortable in it, I can put my Graco infant seat in it, and the one handed fold is amazing. My husband was not thrilled about me spending so much but after a trip to the mall with this stroller he was sold! ALSO baby jogger customer service is outstanding. About a month after purchasing I noticed a rattle to the front wheel, I called the company told them the problem and they sent me a new front wheel overnight no questions asked.(they didnt even ask for proof of purchase!) I could not have asked for anything better! *only downfall is that there are no accessories included, you must purchase these.* I purchased the belly bar and that works in place of the carseat attachment. I am also looking into purchasing a buggy board for my daughter to ride on as the 2010 models are compatable.

  50. On The Go on May 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller is amazing. I have a few a strollers. This is the only one I use now. Wish I had got this stroller from the start. I don’t have one bad thing to say about it. It has a great sunshade and the one hand fold is the best part. The stroller is great for walking and hitting the mall, zoo ect. I did get the parent consol which we love. The extras are not cheap but worth the expense. There is no perfect stroller. But this one comes really close to perfect.

  51. JulieP on May 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. We took it to Florida and it was easy to carry, fold & maneuver. I was able to push the stroller with one hand and enjoy my snack with the other hand. It was so easy to get in and out of the shuttles, and on some of the rides were a stroller was permitted. The stroller folds up so small it was great. my son was very comfortable and enjoyed being in the stroller. the material was easy to clean/wipe off. My ONLY complaint was the basket on the bottom. It took a little bit of an effort to get my purse under there. but if you have a small bag it will not be an issue.

  52. mommy on June 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I just got this stroller last weekend to use with my 22 month old. I’m sorry I waited this long! This pushes so nicely over all kinds of terrain, even one handed! Grass, gravel, woodchips, old uneven sidewalks, you name it!…it does it all with very little bumping and it didn’t get stuck once! The sunshade is amazing and it reclines almost completely flat. It’s very light so I can quite easily fold it and put it in the car with one hand. I do wish the toddler tray and parent console were not an additional expense. I already had a Jolly Jumper Stroller Caddy which works well with this stroller (cheaper than the Baby Jogger one too!) No, it isn’t a true "jogger", Baby Jogger calls it an "urban terrain stroller", which I think is really accurate. It says very clearly all over Baby Jogger’s website that this model is not for jogging so that really shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who has looked into this stroller.

I researched strollers a ton before choosing this one. It is the only stroller you will need. It has an attachment if you want to make it a travel system for newborn. It is lightweight like a umbrella and super easy to fold/carry. It is well made and has great tires for walking anywhere. I take it on hour long walks in my neighborhood and my daughter loves it! It reclines almost flat for napping. It has a huge sun canopy that covers most of my baby. It doesn’t come with a cupholder or bar, but those are available to purchase separately. I would definitely recommend to purchase this stroller. My husband commented the other day while holding our daughter and folding stroller with one hand, "this is an awesome stroller. It was our best baby purchase!" That says it all.

  54. nwkent25 on June 5th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I started looking at this stroller for one reason only–the canopy. It rains so often here that the canopies on every other stroller (and the one I already had) never do their job and my kid ends up soaked. Or when the sun comes out I have to slather her in sunscreen because she’s completely exposed. Neither of these are an issue with this great stroller. My husband was a little hesitant to pay so much but we tried it out several times before we bought it and each time he realized something about it that was better than our old one.
It’s easy to turn especially one handed, the canopy is awesome in rain or shine, the quick one handed fold is great (especially in the pouring rain!), and the recline is great for when my daughter needs a bottle. I put her in this stroller at 5 months and didn’t have any slouching problems with her, as I read in other reviews. Also, the front wheel locks for long walks so maybe the people that are having a hard time turning it should check the front wheel…

I love this stroller. Lightweight easy to use. Can take anywhere. Just wished it had a cup holder/storage area for parents.

I like the fact that this stroller can be pushed with one hand. OMG. this is one of the best features yet. Also the shade for the baby is perfect as well as how far the seat there isn’t any sun in her face and she gets to sleep comfortably. I like the straps which strap in the baby from top to bottom unlike other strollers that give less security, lol but around the shoudlers it doesn’t seem to be snug enough. She is 6months and I guess we have to give her a little time to grow into it.I think we should have gotten this stroller in the first place and the carseat along with it. What a shame it took us 6 months to get the perfect stroller for her. She had a regular stroller at first, from cosco. Didn’t have a handle to carry after it was closed and was basically the exact opposite to the baby jogger. My only complaint would be that you have to buy accessories for it, the cupholder for me and for me those are a must have, even though I don’t really like for anyone to put anything inside. I guess its ok though bc I wont end up paying 800d for a stroller in the end.HAD IT FOR 3DAYS NOW AND I DO LIKE IT A LOT. WORTH THE MONEY and I can even change her in it if im out and about.

  57. mom on June 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I really did love this stroller, the canopy, 3 wheels, the stylish design, easy fold…. however I had to return it for a few reasons. It is NOT for tall people, I am 5’10 and was constantly kicking the bottom. Also the front wheel shakes and has a pretty bumpy ride! I opted for the baby jogger city elite and am much happier… although it is much bulkier, I guess you can’t have it all. But I live in the city and a smooth ride was important for me to navigate through the rough streets and the easy fold is so much better than other high end strollers that offer the smooth ride, bugaboo, uppa!!!

  58. empearls on June 17th, 2010 at 12:00 am

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this stroller! Have had it for almost 2 years now. After having it for two years, the folding mechanism was starting to give out (and it almost collapsed with my kid in it) – I called and they sent me a new frame immediately, for free!
I have purchased the carseat adapter bar (great for the Graco Sungride 32), the belly bar, parent console and just ordered the new basket (which is bigger than the old model).
One handed fold, great for long walks or quick trips, baby is comfortable, shade canopy is unbelievable. I only use the harness in the 3 pt mode and it is a big cumbersome to set it up that way but I think a 5 pt harness is for first time moms πŸ™‚
I have also owned a PP Aria, PP P3 Pliko, Chicco umbrella strollers, snap n go’s, Graco Quattro double, Baby Trend umbrellas, Bumbleride Indie and this stroller replaces ALL of the above strollers (except the double since I just have the City Single).
Can’t beat the fold or the maneuverability.

  59. Gurnee Mommy on June 25th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller after deciding that I was sick of lugging my Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe around for playdates and trips to the park. I was torn between this one and a true jogger and I’m so happy I chose the City Mini. If I had chosen a jogger, it would have been mostly used for walks in our neighborhood and playdates and I would have had to buy a seperate lightweight stroller for shopping, errands, etc. I love that this stoller is the perfect compromise between the two. No need for a second stroller now, this one is lightweight, folds up small and is so easy to maneuver in stores, even those with tiny aisles, and at the park. It’s also handled grass, gravel and uneven sidewalks that made my Graco stop in it’s tracks! So great considering that it’s much more affordable than the popular BOB strollers.
I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately, no stroller is entirely perfect. My 6 month old does slump a little bit, but she’s really small (14 lbs.) so I’m guessing that she will be better off when she gets a little bigger and I do miss the cup holder (although it’s nice to have the option to buy one if I decide I really need it).
All-in-all, a fantastic choice for the family that only wants to have to buy one stroller (even moreso considering that a car seat attachment is available).

  60. New Mommy on June 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We wanted a lightweight stroller that would be easy to travel with and this stroller has been great so far! We love the ease of use (ie the quick-fold feature, how light it is to lift etc)and it is so easy to push. We love it and everyone I know who has it loves it too!

  61. Obi Mama on June 30th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I put the stroller’s wheels by myself in no time! I didn’t even need to read the instructions because it was that easy to assemble. We’re taking our stroller to NYC this weekend; can’t wait to walk around the busy streets and parks in the city.

  62. Jennifer on July 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

THis stroller is fantastic….wish we had gotten it sooner. It is the perfect cross between jogger and "umbrella" stroller. My 2yr old son (who hates being in a stroller) happily climbs up into it. Its easy to maneuver, amazingly easy to fold and doesnt take up a ton of room in the car. I think a mommy definitely designed this product! My only (minor) complaint is the storage basket…a bit challenging to get items in/out…but I can live with that!

  63. New Mom on July 8th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I did a TON of research before buying to find the perfect swivel stroller for our needs. One big reason I picked this is the swivel wheel and that it is adaptable with a baby car seat. I LOVE how easy it is to fold this stroller up. However, my swivel wheel stopped working after just a couple uses. You have to push the button up to go to "swivel mode" and the button keeps falling down as we walk… I have ordered another one and am hoping this was just a one time error since the swivel wheel was a big determining factor for getting this stroller. The under basket is a little difficult to get things in and out of also. I love the color and am looking forward to using my new one!

  64. monica on July 15th, 2010 at 12:00 am

very satisfied with this product. The back support is not strong enough, but it doesn’t bother my baby.

  65. Ced's Mommy on July 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I did tons of research before buying a stroller. This one is very compact when closed, so it fits easily into the trunk of my tiny Saturn Ion. It is SOOOO easy to close and operate – that’s the main reason I wanted it. We looked and looked in the stores for something, and all the other strollers took forever and an owners manual to set up and take down. I’m fairly mechanically inclined, but didn’t want to have to deal with that while holding a baby. The quick fold technology is so simple and wonderful, I don’t know why every other stroller company doesn’t jump on the band wagon. It manuevers wonderfully around things. I’ve taken it to the crowded zoo and children’s museum several times with no troubles. My ONLY complaint is that the basket underneath is rather small and somewhat difficult to get to. You need to pack light or have a diaper bag that can attach to the handles of the stroller (luckily we do). I can fit my purse under easily enough, but that’s about it, maybe lunch and a snack cup. Also, be aware that you do not get a snack tray, which, now that my son is older, I wish it had. You can buy it seperately, but they are currently out of stock everywhere I look (contacted company and they wouldn’t be in stock until September!). Someone mentioned it’s not for tall people, but my hubby is 6’3" and doesn’t have trouble with kicking the bottom. He does, however, push it with one hand b/c it is a LITTLE low for him. (Frankly I just think he thinks he looks cool pushing it with one hand, but it goes to show you how easy it is to maneuver when you can push with one hand!)

  66. Working mom on July 26th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We use this stroller daily. It is incredibly light and easy to maneuver. Also, it is the easiest stroller I’ve ever closed (you really can close it and load it into your car with one hand). The sun shade provides ample coverage. The only "drawback" is that it does not include a cupholder (the line has several add-ons available for purchase and a tray/cupholder may be an option).

  67. New Parent on July 27th, 2010 at 12:00 am

The easy folding mechanism had my husband sold from the moment he saw it demonstrated! And I like the styling and smooth push of this stroller. Even my mother, who insisted we get a small umbrella stroller for her to use because she didn’t want to push anything large, admitted that this lightweight stroller was perfect!

  68. calvixen on July 31st, 2010 at 12:00 am

Bought this stroller a year ago for my toddler, the only reason I do notgive it 5 stars is because it does not come with a tray or place for a sippy cup (there is an attachment but I have heard it is oddly placed), and the storage basket is hard to get to and not very large. Its pro is tha is it VERY easy to collapse, can easily be done with one hand, fits well in the trunk, it is a smooth ride, easy to stear, and my daughter has no complaints on the ride.

  69. Jenee on August 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

We have been through so many strollers and were just not able to find the perfect one. Till we bought this one. We love this stroller. It’s light. I love the one handed fold. My son has so much room in it. The basket is big enough to fit our diaper bag. I love how far back it goes for naps.

The only down fall that I see to it, is the fact that it doesn’t sit straight up.

  70. new dad on August 3rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very nice stroller, easy to assemble, easy to push, simple folding/unfolding, lightweight, and "cool". Have taken our newborn on multiple short walks, it is easy to push and she seems content. I have 2 questions/complaints. Not enough room to put the diaper bag in the bottom basket, the elastic is too tight and makes getting things out of the bag a pain which leads to my other complaint. With the baby carrier attachment the stroller feels a bit top heavy and unstable, hasn’t fallen over yet but gotta be careful when turning. This top heavy feel makes it impossible to drape the diaper bag over the handles also (and it says not to), so where do put the bag?

  71. Kelly on August 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Love this stroller…It is so easy to load in the car. It folds really easily. Plus, it’s great both at the park and in the mall…and it’s cute! πŸ™‚

  72. no fuss mom on August 9th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Great stroller. Very easy to use and the shade is wonderful. Child can lay down almost completely to nap.
Only complaint is my daughter still at 17months doesn’t sit straight up in it. She likes to sit up high and see everything. This has the child tilted back a bit in their "up right position". Other than a picky child I love it as a mom. Easy in and out of car with one hand. Only 16 or 17lbs.
Don’t forget it comes with NO accessories if you want a shelf for cheerios etc.

  73. MT on August 16th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This is an awesome stroller. We recently took a trip to disney world and this stroller was perfect. Lightweight(15-20lbs), folds easy, maneuvers great. The stroller recline is flat which my son loves since he is a tummy sleeper. Yes all of the accessories are extra. We bought the sunshine kids cup holder for $10, which works great for this stroller. I have had 3 strollers since my son was born and he is only 5 months. First I started with the graco snap and go, which worked out pretty well until my son started to dislike the graco car seat. We had to move him into the large evenflo triumph car seat. We then tried the Peg Perego Vela stroller, which was ok, the steering feels a little cheap and wobbly, not exactly what I would expect from Peg. Overall this stroller is an excellent choice if you are looking for a lightweight, easy to use, stroller.

  74. New Mom on August 22nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

Very easy and light to maneuver around the city. Does not bring the adapter for the car seat, however. That is an "accessory" that needs to be purchased separately and I found it very expensive for its quality. Stroller good for older kids.

  75. Mommy to Marilyn&Mikey on August 23rd, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have had a few strollers as this is my second baby. I have a pricey peg perego which I love just alot heavier and bulkier. I now had a c-section and the peg perego was to heavy for me to carry in and out as well as the baby car seat. I bought this as friend has one and red reviews. I totally love this stroller!!! Very light weight to carry as well as the ride is smooth. Fits everwhere and the one hand open close is amazing. It does have some cons like the underneath storage is small and hard to ket things in and out of basket. Does not come with any accessories which for the price it should. You can buy nice one’s but are not cheap when you add the belly bar/snack tray and cup holders that’s an extra$60-$70. Also, when you close the stroller it does not have a stroller close lock to lock the stroller in place when closed. And the last thing I dont like is when you turn the stroller the wheels dont turn very easy and it makes a noise and it is very annoying because the wheels in the front dont turn very easy. Pros, light weight and practical and price is average. Easy to open and close with one hand. I like the sunshade covers baby completely and the seat reclines to a sleeping possition. My baby love to sleep in it. If it was not for the cons I found I would give it a 5 star.

  76. ADD on August 24th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love my city mini. It is such a great stroller – best features are that is more compact than the BOB, turns on a dime, is comfy for my kiddo, and closes with one hand. Only complaint is the basket underneath is too small to fit my diaper bag, but that is not a dealbreaker. Probably not meant for a person who truly wants to jog, but great for walks and shopping because it is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room like most joggers. TIP – Don’t buy the city parent console for $30 – the sunshine kids one for $10 works just fine.

  77. international mommy on September 4th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I have had the stroller for 2 months – my baby is 9 weeks – I used it when my baby was brought home from the hospital with the car seat attachment for graco – we loved it for that. we also used the bassinet with it – but our son didn’t like being in the bassinet so much. at 8 1/2 weeks we started putting him in the regular stroller and he loves it!!!

i have been in 4 airports with it – we moved from over seas to NY when he was 1 month old. it is so easy to maneuver around the airport and so easy to fold. also it was very durable during the trip – and we did not use a traveling case.

I love pushing it because it is so light and easy to manuver – the best parts are the easy fold and the large canopy. I use the subway a lot and its kind of challeging with a small baby to hold him and fold it ect. but the is the nature of any stroller. I guess an umbrella stroller is better for subway use, however, you loose the good shock absorbent wheels when you go that route. I have the maclaren volo for when he starts walking to take on the subway – but I think my city mini is the best walking stroller and what i like about it is that its fashionable, with out being flashy.

  78. Mom of 2 on September 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

We LOVE this stroller! We got the double as a gift and loved it. We were planning a trip to Hawaii, and didn’t think we needed the double as my 21/2 year old loves to walk. Neither of the umbrella strollers we’ve picked up over years recline enough for my 7 month old to sleep in, and our big stroller seemed unwieldy to travel with. My husband nearly fell over when I told him I was buying another stroller, but we are both in love with it and are selling all the others! It folds easily with 1 hand and is compact. The travel bag (sold separately) is durable and the wheels come off easily. Storage is pretty generous and it’s easy to maneuver. The huge canopy is big enough to protect your kid from the sun, and it reclines almost flat which allows for comfy napping on the go. Couldn’t ask for more.

  79. newmom on September 6th, 2010 at 12:00 am

Great for walks. Not great to hang diaper bag on handle or to store bags below when shopping.

  80. syncere's mom on September 7th, 2010 at 12:00 am

This stroller folds easily but its not that light weight in my opinion. My son likes the sun shade however he dislikes the fact that he is always slauching. I bought a body supprt insert separate and still use it with this stroller. It does move freely and easily however, I wouldn’t recommend it for children under 9mths of age, it really does a number on the developing spine. We are actually selling ours,

  81. Mom on the go on September 13th, 2010 at 12:00 am

It’s super light weight and easy to handle. It doesn’t take a lot of space in my trunk. Everything is washable, great for messy toddlers. My 18 month old loves it, he actually stays in secured and seems very comfortable, when he falls asleep, it reclines almost flat.

  82. Akele on September 19th, 2010 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller! I ultimately got it because of the easy fold up with one hand when I tried it out in the store. Fits in my mini SUV trunk as well as my husband’s compact car. It does have a small storage basket, but I just hang my diaper bag over the handle bar. I did get the infant car seat adapter…works well with my peg perego car seat. Overall, it has worked great. I’ve had it for four months now and look forward to many more. = )

  83. newmomma on September 21st, 2010 at 12:00 am

I use this product for my newborn. I have the car seat adapter and I could not be more impressed with this stroller.

It’s lightweight, cute, EASY to fold up, easy to assemble, easy to maneuver…

  84. Peyton's Mommy on October 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 am

*Folds very flat in one movement! You only need one hand!
    *Very light weight
    *Can become a double stroller
    *Machine washable
    *Extra long shade
    *Lays down flat
I love this stroller! I’ve tried the larger travel systems as well as jogging strollers and this surpasses both by far! This stroller has everything(except cup holders)!
