  2. 1st time mom on December 17th, 2007 at 12:00 am

This is a great travel system and will work for a boy or girl. The stroller is easy to handle with one hand. Takes a few tries to open/close but is easy once you get the hang of it. Stroller is light enough for mom to lift.

  3. Chris on December 24th, 2007 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system. The stroller is so easy to fold up. You push one button and its closed. The wipe dispenser is great and the 2 cup holders. There is alot of room to keep your wallet, cell phone and other things. Its an alsome travel system.

  4. Blessed mommy on December 27th, 2007 at 12:00 am

First off, setting the stroller up was a breeze for me and daddy. Instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. It looks great! My favorite of all the strollers I seen on this site and it was worth the money…I highly recommend this product. I know my baby will love it!

  5. first time mommy on January 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller for my first born daughter! I looked for months going back and forth between different brands til i came to this one. The car seat is really light and easy to hold..also it doesnt show in the picture but the stroller does have a peek a boo look on the top to watch baby. Print is beautiful for both sexes.

  6. William's Mommie on January 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

With this stroller we got what we paid for and more. It’s very dependable, and very high quality, and the most important thing is that our son loves it.It’s nice, cozy and every comfortable for him.We just love it!!!

  7. Expecting mom on January 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We looked at many travel systems online and in stores. This one tops them all. We were told that we are having a little girl, but wanted something neutral in case the ultrasound tech was wrong and if we have a boy in the future. This was one of the only ones we thought would work for both. Many strollers are done in neutral colors, but still lean one way or the other. This stroller is very easy to assemble and use. There are grips to hold on tightly to your beverages, a big basket at the bottom to store things, a container to hold wipes, a small pouch below the drink holders for item storage, also the flap at the bottom folds up for when the baby is lying flat so he/she does not slide out of the leg opening. Car seat attaches easily and securely. Overall a great product.

  8. Excited Mommy2Be on January 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Its so cute and is very secure when put together. I love the rubber handles and it has a holder for not only cups/bottles but for WIPES as well…I am a mother to be and I am so excited to get the chance to use.

  9. Picky Momma on January 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We bought this stroller for our son that we are expecting in May. We have not got to use it yet, but I know that I am going to love it! For the price you can’t beat it, it comes with so many easy to reach compartments and add on’s. It was Sooo easy to put together and it rolls great! I would truely recomend that anyone buy this stroller!

  10. Busy mom24/7 on January 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Just received this product and it was a breeze to put together. The cup holders and wipe dispenser is great when you have more than one child. Stroller is not bulky and Dad feels comfortable pushing without running into things.Great for girl or boy.

  11. boys mama on January 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller is great. The little things like the cup holders and wipe dispenser are great. It was easy to put together and worth the money. The print works for both girls and boys. Easy to maneuver and not heavy.

  12. Kristen on January 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I fell in love with this travel system in the store, and loved the price even more. I got home put it together, and it was a breeze! The one button to close it, is going to come in handy many times. Also the colors are very neutral. If you dont know what you’re having, this stroller is perfect for you

  13. Grandpa and Grandma on February 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

After looking in many stores I walked in to Babies R us to the stroller area looked at the strollers on display. Then I saw the one that I was looking for. Great price and looks. I took it out on the floor, wheeled it around, two hands then one hand. removed the infant seat. Folded it with just one hand Really checked it out.As an older woman I found it extremely easy to handle. I am vey upset that I did not have this item when I was a new mom. But as my 4 children have their children I know I do want them to have this Perfect addition to babies collection of items needed.

  14. Danyell on February 5th, 2008 at 12:00 am

It’s the easiest moving stroller I’ve every encountered. I can literally hold my newborn in one hand and steer the light weight stroller with the other. I love it!! Highly Recommended!!

  15. tired mom on February 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Do yourself a favor and buy something else. The only good thing about this stroller system may be the price, but have you people felt the material and comfort of this stroller? It sucks. It is all plastic, unstable, not padded well enough. and lets say the color is real ugly. Who needs wipes on the stroller anyway, thats what diaper bags are for. Do not buy this..please. I cant understand how people can rate this 5 stars.

  16. Mom-to-be on February 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller system is wonderful! The car seat fits/slides easily onto the stroller or carseat base. We even purchased another base for our second vehicle, so that we can alternate between them without any hassle. The stroller is easy to open and close and steers nicely with one hand. It feels like it is made well and will last a long time. It was very easy to assemble. Definitely a bargain for the price!

  17. Blessed with a 3rd boy! on February 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I went to the store to purchase my stroller because having 2 boys ages 5 and 3, my TOP priority was ease of handling so I needed to give it a test drive and boy does this stroller exceed in that dept as well as many others! The one handed stroller collapse was very easy to preform, not like others I have dealt with that involved a lot of jerking and twisting. The one handed steering worked great as well. If you have ever tried to walk with one child and push another in a stroller, especially in a doctors office or some place small like that, you will really appreciate how well this particular stroller maneuvers! The material used was cute (in my opinion) and softer than most stroller and car seat material I had seen in the store. Also, with the colors being mostly beige spit-up will not be a stain as for with darker colors! Not to mention the car sear is LITE!!! You think the car seats are all light until you throw a 15Lbs baby into it! I think all in all it is a great buy, for price and for features! Oh I LOVE the cup holders and baby wipe dispenser…I mean really with kids, when do you NOT need a baby wipe on hand (without digging into a massively over packed diaper bag!)?

  18. Up all night dad on February 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Has anyone noticed the way the stroller moves. I went to the mall for the first time with our new baby and the wheels wobble like a bad shopping cart. Is this normal?? I called Evenflo and they were nice and sent me a new pair of wheels.. Put them on and the stroller and it still rides like a bad shopping cart.. Like the car seat though.. Has this happened to anyone else??

  19. First Time Mommy!! on February 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband and i went to babies r us a million times looking for the perfect stroller , when we came across this one we totally fell in love with it . It is so easy to use not heavy at all and perfect colors for either a boy or girl!!it also steers perfectly and its easy to fold and pack in the car even if you have a small car! Theres enough room for diaper bags and any other things you want to bring along!also the price is great for such a great stroller!!

  20. Soon to be first time mommy on February 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this product and can’t wait to put it to use when our son is born in May. It was so easy to put together that my husband couldn’t believe that I put it together all by myself. We love the color and pattern on it just in case we have a girl in the future.

  21. Paola M. on February 20th, 2008 at 12:00 am

So easy to assemble, it’s unisex and im sure my little girl will love it.
Not heavy at all, it has a bunch of compartments for you and the baby.
    My hubby loves it too.

  22. New Mom to be on February 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

The car seat is very easy to install and fits very snugly using either the seat belt or the anchors. The base has adjustable tilt on it with a level so you know it is adjusted to the proper position before adding the seat. Great product!

The stroller is so simple to set up and even simpler to collapse. It collapses with one button and locks in the collapsed position so you don’t have to fumble with locking mechanisms. Great product all around!

  23. First Time Mommy on February 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I searched for many weeks to find the perfect stroller, I read reviews for carseats and saftey was important for me. I bought this after reading the great reviews and Im glad to say that it was the best decision. I brought him home and i felt so safe. His head was protected by the pillow that attaches to the carseat so he wouldnt flop around. The height adjustments clearly let you know what level you are set on so his head doest forward. The stroller is the best. I keep antibacterial wipes in the wipe compartment for when we go out and cant wash our hands. the glovebox is great for keys and cell phones. also there is a pouch underneith that you can keep notepads and pens and gum lol. I can carry my baby in one arm and with the other hand i can unfold the stroller. I wouldnt have it any other way, this stroller is the best!

  24. Laura - mom of 3 on February 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Overall I’m pretty happy with the stroller. I loved the print. It collapses very easy and fold as compactly as the rest on the market. I love the adjustable base!

As for flaws – the wheels are pretty flimsy and wobbly. They also have a habit of getting locked into the straight position when folded.

My big upset with this system is that the car seat HAS to be used with the base. If you have an emergency and need to put the seat in a different car without the base there is no way to secure it. I wouldn’t have bought it if I had known that and wouldn’t recommend it just for that reason.

  25. Jrbaker4 on February 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I thought this stroller was a nice top-of-the-line model, but I was sorely disappointed. The canopy on the infant seat isnt very big, and the stroller is SO cumbersome I have just quit taking it out. I got rid of the car seat because my daughter got to be 18 pounds, and it doesn’t fit. Overall, I wouldn’t buy this stroller EVER again.

  26. Mom to be on March 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Great travel system! It’s gender neutral, steers easily and got great ratings from Consumer Reports. The carseat snaps in/out easily and the stroller folds down easily, too. Hubby and I are thrilled!

  27. missy on March 11th, 2008 at 12:00 am

i gave it as a gift the family was very happy with it. it was every thing they wanted for there newborn

  28. Anaysha's Mommy on March 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Stroller is wayyyyy to heavy to be lugging around when you have an infant. I am not a small woman, and I felt this stroller was too heavy for me, I can’t imagine a small woman lugging this around! I thought I was the only one who had wheel problems, but since reading the other reviewer saying it rides like a bad shopping cart, it does! I used the stroller maybe 3 times, because I hated it! Atleast it was a gift and I didn’t waste my money on it. The carseat isn’t so bad, but I would never buy Evenflo ever again. I recently bought a new lightweight stroller since my daughter is older now, and I use it all the time. Next baby I will definetly be going with Graco.

  29. first time mom! on March 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is perfect for any mom or dad! It’s one handed steering works great, the large basket is wonderful! The ease of getting the car seat in and out of the car and the stroller is a snap for anybody! The gender neutral color is fabulous. Plus the cute little animals give my child something wonderful to look at! Absolutely love this system! Would recommend to anyone!

  30. Mommy #1 on March 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

when I register this stroller I was very confident that it was top of the line and gaurantee saftey. NO…the base of the car seat was not secured at all. When I put my son it the carseat, he would literly turn when the car was turning. The carseat didn’t even come with hooks where you can strap the seatbelt through. It didn’t matter how tight the belt was, it’s just not secured enough for me.It was not worth the money and definitly a waste of my time.

  31. Arvin's Mom on March 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The neutral animal print is what first attracted me to this stroller system. As stated by a reviewer one of the things I don’t like is that the base of the car seat does move sometimes during a turn in the car. Also, I think the infant seat should recline back more for babies during the early months, it has a recline adjuster on the base, but it’s still not enough because my sons head still falls forward sometimes. as for the stroller, it’s light, easy to open and fold away.

  32. Mom of 3 on March 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. The first thing that drew me to it was the cute pattern. (It is also very gender neutral if that is a concern for you).
Of course anyone who has looked at other strollers probably realizes there are a lot of duds out there. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!
This stroller is EXTREMLY user friendly. I love that I can push and maneuver it with the ease of only one hand, (a big bonus to anyone with more than one child). You can also fold this stroller only using one hand! Try doing that with some of the others.
There is also a ton of storage from the basket under the stroller, to cup holders, wipe holder, and a compartment where you could put nuks, keys or cell phones. The car seat is well designed and safe. It is also very maneuverable to carry.
If your looking for ease of use,it doesn’t get any easier than pushing and collapsing with only one hand—plus the car seat easily attaches and detaches from the stroller.
I would also like to mention my husband is rather tall and can push this stroller very comfortably. I am a little on the shorter side and also push it very comfortably.
Bottom line—I would not only recommend this to any perspective parent in the market for a travel system, but would definitely purchase it again in a heartbeat!

  33. New Dad on March 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Nice Stroller for the first few months. After that it was all downhill. The Seat does not sit up all of the way so my son has to hold on to the cup holder to sit in it. The Wheels feel like they will fall off any day. The great cargo net is so flimsy it tore the first time we used it. Buy something else. I gave it one star because it would not let me give it zero!

  34. New mom and dad on March 31st, 2008 at 12:00 am

This system is perfect expect for on CRYTICAL flaw. It kept our babies head too far forward in the car. We are intelligent and handy people and tried all of the recommendations to rectify it. Towels under the base to change the angle, etc. We then went back to the store to see if it was our mistake in installing it and found the Chicco travel system, our problem was instantly rectified. Baby is comfortable as could be. We bought the Evenflo based on good reviews but keep this in mind, spend the extra $100 and get the Chicco, it is worth it.

  35. Mom of 5 on April 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We looked online and in stores for a couple of months for the perfect travel system. After seeing this one, we traveled an hour to buy it only to find it sold out. We were so set on purchasing this one that we made another trip to the store. We absolutely love it so far! The colors are great and the design is wonderful. The stroller is very easy to open and close and we love the safety features on the car seat. It was definitely worth all the extra effort in several trips to the store to finally get it. It can be used for a boy or a girl. I would definitely recommend it.

  36. first time mom on April 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We recieved this stroller and car seat set for a baby shower gift, we were very excited about it, but the excitment didn’t last long! After hauling it up 3 flights of stairs, my husband put the whole thing together, only to find out, that for the life of me, even with both hands, i could not get the stoller to fold down! It is an attractive set, i really like the design on it, but both pieces are very bulky, and the fold down system DOES NOT WORK! We had to take it back and exchange it for a completly new set. I even tried the display stroller in the store, and that one was a little eaiser to put down, but not by much! So, if you have a strong husband that will always be there to help you fold the stroller down, than this would be a great stoller for you. If not, than I would not suggest it!

  37. Lorraell on April 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Bought a shower gift for my sister and it was sent to her home>>> […] Needless to say I was happy as was my sister ..

  38. First time mommy on April 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

i must say i love this stroller and car seat. i recieved it for a gift at my baby shower and wouldn’t want any other. its so light and folds very easy. i had/have no trouble with folding it and all you others who think its hard-you must not be doing it right. i would definately purchase this for one of my friends.

  39. First time mom on April 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I went to the stores looking for a travel system and once I tried this one I fell in love with it. I purchased it before my son was born 10 months ago. It is very easy to use. I am able to carry it, fold it and unfold it without any problems. The one handed feature for pushing the stroller is very convenient. I have gone to the supermarket and have had one hand pushing the stroller and the other hand with a basket of things to purchase. My son has out grown the car seat but I still use the stroller at least for a while longer. It is a bit bulky but almost all travel systems are. This one is wonderful. I highly recommend this system and would definitely purchase it again.

  40. Savvy's Mom on April 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

[…] There is no problem with the new ones, I’m a little overly cautious. This product is fabulous! The car seat is very sturdy, both in the car and on the stroller. It is easy to set up and has a beautiful pattern. Tons of storage space below, and I particularly like the wipes dispenser, makes for easy clean up.

  41. Gary on April 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller is alright, but the quality could be better. After traveling across country two times it seems to be falling apart. The stroller is very big, even when folded, and is difficult to have in the car with suitcases or other big items. It is easy to collapse with one hand, and the one hand steering is nice.

  42. Kaylee's Mommy on April 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is by far the best stroller and car seat I have ever used! The ride in the stroller is so smooth, and car seat pops right in and out! I love it! It folds so easily too! I was so excited to use it even before our little one was born, and the excitement just grew once she was here and in it. I use it everywhere. . the grocery store, the department store, everywhere! And its so sturdy, I feel so safe putting my child in there! You will never have to buy another stroller again!

  43. bergamot on April 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is nice enough. The car seat is awesome. Our baby actually prefers to sleep in it versus her crib. The problem I have is with the stroller. While it is sturdy and drives like a Saab, it is heavy and bulky and I feel like I’m wrestling a hippo trying to fit it in my trunk. It folds and unfolds just fine. It’s just really large and heavy. I guess if that’s what you’re after it’s a great travel system. It does fit in my VW Jetta but only if my trunk is completely empty and I angle the stroller just right. The print is cute and the storage space is ample. The drink holders are business. It’s almost impossible to get a coffee mug in and out. The wipes case is handy as is the secret zip pouch under the handle.

  44. Erin on April 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is a great travel system, especially for the price. Works very well, car seat clicks into place easily in both the car and stroller. Baby falls asleep easily in either place, seems comfortable. Really cute design for either a boy or girl, so we’ll keep it for our other kids later on. My only complaint is that the stroller is a bit wide and is pretty bulky even when folded up. Other than that I love this, and would buy it again.

  45. agent starling on April 19th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We have a 3 month old and the only qualm i have about this stroller is it’s supposed to be easy to fold up and it’s not. It’s sturdy, and we have no other complaints than that one. It’s not the easiest either to undo either. Other than those two things it’s an ok stroller for the price, but i expected more for the price we paid. Their is a holder for wipes and 2 cup holders on top really nice to put your water bottles in.

  46. Alaskan Mama on April 20th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I loved this stroller in the store!! It has so many nice, useful features like the dual cupholders, one-handed steering, storage compartment w/ lid, etc. BUT, once we actually used it, I was dissatisfied almost immediately. It broke before our daughter was even born (while I was trying to fold it down). And maybe ours was a defect, but the one-handed folding mechanism has never worked easily, the button gets stuck and you have to wrench on it to get it to work. The car seat itself is fine, no problems there. This item is definitely intended for carpeted/tiled floors, not the outdoors. Even on a sidewalk, this is a very bumpy ride, not to mention in snow/ice/and slush. I would definitely not purchase another one, nor would I recommend it.

  47. Teacher and Mom of 2 on April 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love the stroller/carseat combo. It is wonderful for my son. I like how easy it is to adjust the straps. You can make adjustments with child in the carseat. The base is easy to hook into but only down fall unlike other carseats this one has to hook into a base. You can not just hook a seatbelt around the car seat. So everyone who may pick your child up from daycare or where ever has to have a base. This can get quite pricey. The stroller is easy to use and folds down so it can be stored in the trunk of a car with out problems. Love the color too! Would work for boy or girl. Also like how it the stroller has an extra attachment for the carseat so it doesn’t just click on the stroller it also has a stap that attaches.

  48. Nick's Mom on April 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is ok. It is heavier and bulkier than expected. I wish the sunshade on the carseat was larger to completely shade the baby from the sun like other travel systems I have owned. Also it would have been nice if the handle on the stroller was adjustable because I am 5 foot 1 and it is a little high. It also takes a try or two just to fold the stroller. Other than that, it is a nice system.

  49. mom of 4 on April 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I used the car seat and stroller everyday for a year. I loved being able to put the car seat right into the stroller. I used it everywhere I went to save my back from carrying those awkward infant car seats. I only used this product for one child – the last of 4. I wish I had had it for all of them! The only thing I didn’t like was the inside flaps of the stroller. When not being used with the car seat , they keep folding in. What are they for anyway?

  50. Always on the go on April 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller and car seat. The stroller is truely one handed and is not that heavy. I have had no problems lifting it in and out of the car after it is folded. The single release to fold and open is perfect when you only have a split second to get something done. The car seat is great too. This sits perfect in my car and my son loves it.
I would recommend this stroller for the price and what you actually get is worth it. All the little cubbies help out when you just want to go for a walk and take only a few things with you.

  51. jessica on April 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

the stroller is not well made the foam handles tear very easily and the front wheels squeak i have only had my stroller for three months and this is all ready happening to it . the car seat does well except for the canopy is very little and does not cover the baby very well.

  52. Paola M. on May 1st, 2008 at 12:00 am

the car seat and the stroller are great my baby girl loves them!! the car seat comes with a little pillow which its so comfy and the stroller folds down quick and easy and its very secure, my hubby loves the handle and all the compartments are awesome we love the cup holders.

  53. Yvette on May 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller when my husband and I were searching for the perfect stroller for our little angel. We selected it in our registry. The stroller rolls well in comparison to some of the other strollers we played around with at the store. My son loves his car seat, he always falls asleep in it. It was fairly easy to get the car base installed. The only downfall is that the stroller is big and it takes up almost all of the trunk space in my Saturn Vue, and it is heavy to put in and out of the car. So it was impossible for me to move it in and out of the car alone during the first few weeks recovering from having the baby. That said we still love our travel system.

  54. Tawnya on May 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband and I purchased this product. The stroller is so smooth to push and the pattern is very nice and neutral. The only problem is that our newborns head did not fit in the seat well, so we had to buy a piece to steady his head, after that is was great. The carseat was not rated well in Consumers Report using the Latch system but got and A+ using the seat belt.

I just got this for my baby shower and while it looks great and I had test driven it in the store, I had not quite realized how heavy it was! The stroller alone is big but I’m glad I won’t be doing much traveling on the train alone with it. But it seems like it will be great for walks to the park. It’s very nice looking though!

  56. TPA Mom on May 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I purchased this item for our second child after our first stoller refused to collapse. Everything I hated about my old stroller is solved by the new stroller. The stroller reclines completely flat which I needed since my daughter was a belly sleeper. With the stoller fully reclined I can still get into the underneath storage basket easily. The car seat easily removes from the stroller. The stroller collapses easily with one hand. It stears well with one hand. The stroller can be converted to a completely enclosed carriage so baby has no chance of falling out. The stroller hood isn’t attached to the back of the stroller so it can be moved forward if the sun is infront of you. The only con is that it is heavier and takes up more room when collapsed. By hey, maybe I’ll build a little muscle and that’s why I own a minivan.

  57. Busy mom of two on May 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I absolutely love this system. My little girl is a preemie & the head support & the pillow on the bottom keep her perfectly protected in the car seat. The handle is great for carrying, much better than the one we had for my son that went straight across. And the stroller is perfect for her. We didn’t realize in the store that you can put the fabric up for the legs & attach it to make a baby buggy. With as small as she is this is perfect for our evening walks. I can just lay her in the stroller & not have to strap her in. The stroller is easy to open & close by myself, I have read reviews stating this stroller is heavy, but I don’t think its that bad. I have used other strollers & its no heavier than any of the other brands. As for the storage for myself I couldn’t be happier. There is plenty of room everything. I wish I would have had this stroller for my son as well.

I use this travel system everywhere i go. It is very useful and I love the size. I feel I made the right decision with this travel system.

  59. Sheena on May 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I read the reviews on this, and I thought, “Ok, I’ll give it a try”, and I have to say that I do love this stroller. I love how roomy it is for my daughter, and how much stuff I can put in it!!! We’re actually taking it to Europe with us next week because it can fit so much stuff in it. The wheels….yeah they are not the best, but they are not terrible either. But the whole thing isn’t that big, and folds easily. If you have a lot of stuff (diaper bag, purse, bottles, coffee, keys, cell phone)…I mean there’s a place for everything. It’s great!

  60. numommi22 on May 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this combo! The neutral fabric is great. I hope my daughter doesn’t get it too dirty so it can be used again! the stroller is a bit big, but thats what you get when purchasing a travel system, yet it is easy to handle. I really like that they tray can unhinge on one side so the little booger can crawl in easier instead of crawling over it. The only drawbacks i can think of: the way to adjust the anlge of the seat is a bit awkward (you can’t really do it while the kid is in it), and if the seat is laid flat (180 degree) and you have a big diaper bag, its difficult to get it out without disturbing the kid, and not a lot of space for anything else.
as for the carseat, the carrying handle is great.

  61. shopping for new carseat on May 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

i got this as a gift so i didnt want to return it but now i’m regretting it. the cannopy is too small on the carseat. when the carseat is in the stroller, the two canopys still dont give complete coverage from cold winds. iw as comparing carseats, as far as seat size, its smaller, but once its in the car it takes up SO much room. it’s designed with a 90 degree angle so baby is sitting strait up. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. my passengers have to ride very close to the dash, and that not even with the carrying bar folded back. the carrying bar is useless. its loose, it wiggles, so i have to carry the actaul seat i fear it’ll break. the stroller wheels are VERY wide. the stroller itself is bulky even when folded. and peices are falling off. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.

  62. Sandy mom of 1 on May 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

DO NOT BUY!!!! First of all bad ratings for carseat and stoller. The stoller rides so wobbely that it needs an alignment!!! Carset is very bulky. I took this back and got a graco!

  63. happynewmama on May 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I think this travel system is great! We tried a bunch of different ones out in the store, and this one suited us best. It’s a little cumbersome, but overall, we really have enjoyed it thus far!

  64. Workaholic now a mom on May 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this combo. I’ve read all the reviews before buying, and I am sorry but for those that have said its bulky and big, that how all strollers/carseats are. This one is actually lighter than most though. My system has been perfect, with no problems. I highly recommend it. I have used others with my previous children, and they sucked-were heavy, and hard to turn.

  65. Campbell's Mommy on May 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I have this travel system in a different design, and I don’t like it at all. The carrier handle is bulky and hard to grip and carry. The stroller is easy to open and close, stores easily in my Honda Accord, but the stroller isn’t the easiest to push around. I am searching for a new stroller, and can’t wait until my daughter outgrows this car seat so we can buy her a new one! I have a hand-me-down Graco carseat that my husband keeps in his truck and I LOVE it. Hope this helps!

  66. New mommy!! on May 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The car seat is great. When my son was first born, the pillows made him fit snug but now that he’s 4 months old and doubled in size his feet are close to hanging over the edge. The stroller is a pain in the butt!! It’s unnecisarily HUGE and hard to manage all by myself. It barely fits into the trunk of my car and is really hard to fold down (especially with anything in your hands).

  67. Aubrey's Mom and Dad on May 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We bought this set for our preemie, and have loved it ever since. Even at only 5 pounds, she fit snugly with both extra padding around both the head and hips. My husband had no trouble installing it – the base has 3 position adjustment to achieve the proper angle. The straps are easy to tighten and to move from position to position. The fabric is comfortable for her and is a very cute gender neutral design.

The stroller is easy to unfold, has TONS of storage, and provided great coverage for her over the winter but is still cool enough for the summer. I love that we can lay her flat so that she can nap more easily on long outings. The one-handed steering allows me to push the stroller myself in my power wheelchair, or in my manual chair I can push the stroller and my husband can push me. It’s also at a good enough height that he can comfortably push it himself, and he is 6′ 2” tall!

  68. First time mom on May 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I chose this stoller because the price was reasonable and it was a neutral color. The stroller is fine for me, but it can be kind of bulky in tight places. The car seat does not support my baby’s head at all, he is constantly slumped over when we do not support his head with something. It looks like the seat should lay back further when he is in it.

  69. Bell on May 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This item is cute and thats it… We had to put a towel under the car base because the seat sits straight up and my new borns head was all over the place the ‘towel helps lay it back’ The wheels on the stroller seem like they are going to fall off and it is so big that it takes up my intire trunk… […] Don’t waste your money…

  70. Turtle's Mom on May 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I wish we didn’t get this brand. The stroller was great in the beginning in theory. Cute fabric, but that’s about it. I thought, wow just clip in go. How easy is that. But boy was I wrong. You are required to take the base with you to strap it into other cars. It was hard enough trying to install it in one car in the first place. It also does not clip into other lighter clip in go stroller frames. Big minus. The stroller alone must weigh 30 lbs without the baby in it. Trying to manuever this huge thing in the supermarket or even in retail shops is impossible.

  71. MonstersMommy on May 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Just put this stroller together this past weekend. Very easy to understand instructions. Seems very sturdy and reliable. Easy to steer with a 2 1/2 year old, I’m sure it will be just as easy with an infant.

  72. Sal on May 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I really like this product better than the Graco ones. I have both and the carseat and and the carseat base are not bulky at all with the evenflo… the handle is easy to hold but the graco one is easier. The stroller the evenflo is so much easier to unfold and fold. They are both about the same weight but the evenflo one is a little lighter. The evenflo stroller has alot more storage. I never really used the baby wipe holder yet maybe i will in the summer, but i dont think i would be using it, i use it more storage (under it).
One more thing i did not like about it, when you put the handle on the carseat all the way down to the floor, it sticks out alot. The good thing about that is that when you put it down all the way and you put the carseat on the floor, it does not tip back which is a problem with the Graco that happened to me many times while the baby was in the carseat on the floor. All in all I really like it!

  73. Happypanda4life on June 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We bought this product in feburary of 08 because we had a hand me down car seat and wanted a combo. We absolutley love it. The stroller is SO EASY to close even with one hand. Just push the yellow button on the handle and down it goes. The only place i have had a problem with going is to a church that wasen’t pews but chairs everywhere. Good manuverability and the big tires aloow for going pretty much anywhere. The carseat has good padding as well seeing as that was one of my concerns as well. Knowing i wouldn’t want to sit in a hard seat. ABSOLUTLEY GREAT BUY.

  74. newmom on June 5th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This carseat/stoller works great for my one month old. He fits snugly in the seat and it sits well in the car. (Check the base for the leveling button… his head bobbed before we realized you could easily change the incline). The stroller has great storage and pushes easily. It’s really easy to fold and unfold.

if you are a new mom or mom of many you would not want to get this stroller,it take up too much space in trunk and weighs a ton, i used it once with my first son, and now i have a new born and i use the graco frame with the car saet and it is so much better!

We use this stroller/ car seat combo at almost every outing. It’s so easy to put the car seat on the stroller. Stroller drives nicely too. Definitely worth the money. Assembly was a little difficult, but that could also just be because my husband did it. 😛

  78. New Mom on June 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Easy to build right out of the box takes 10-15 min! Stroller folds and unfolds without a struggle.
Car carrier easy to install in car. Attractive, neutral fabric. It’s an all around great product! I highly recommend this product. Enjoy!

I am a first time mom and did a TON of research on strollers and I registered for this one. It was soo easy to put together, the directions were very clear. It is a little big, it does take up most of my trunk but that is how travel system strollers are. I love the extra padding in the car seat and the handle makes it easy to carry. There is so much storage in the stroller, it is very easy to fold and open. I did have a problem with the front wheels so I called Evenflo and they sent me 2 new ones right away. It works great now and I love taking my 3 month old out and about!

My husband and I fell in love with this system in the store and were so excited to receive it as a gift at our baby shower. However since we have used so many other infant seats/strollers with nieces and nephews we never put the seat in the base until our baby was born. That’s when we found out that the base makes the seat too big to even fit in our midsize SUV let alone our sedan. Unfortunately, we didn’t keep the box because we loved the system too much so we’re not sure what to do because after taking a road trip this past weekend we have realized that the carseat is completely useless since it doesn’t fit in our cars unless we pull the seats all the way up to the dash. I’m curious what kinds of cars the other reviewers drive that love the carseat so much! Also, we have had the same problem with it sitting to upright and the baby’s head wobbles…but it doesn’t seem any worse than the other seats I’ve used.

However, we do LOVE the stroller. Our baby is only a couple of weeks old so we’re not sure how well it works without the carrier, but we feel that the stroller is sturdy and drives really well. I personally think it drives better than any other stroller I have used.

We are going to contact Evenflo to see if there is any other base we can use…if not, I guess we’ll have to spend the money on a whole new system 🙁

  82. Katie on June 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The best thing about the carseat is the headrest. I always see other peoples baby’s all hunched over with no support for their head and neck. The unique shape of this headrest works great. She’s 3 months old and her head has never slouched to one shoulder or the other. The best part about the stroller is the canopy. It’s not attached to the back of the stroller so as you change directions you can push it forward to block the sun. Plus the pattern is so adorable!

  83. New Mom on June 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

It looks nice and it is easy to use for a travel system. It was the lightest and easiest with the best features. The cupholders are perfect and there is lots of storage. It even has a wipes holder! It is bulky and I have a hard time getting it in my trunk even when my trunk is empty. But if you use it in the neighborhood for everyday walks it is PERFECT.

  84. Chrystal on June 19th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this carage because it hold everything, but there are a couple things I don’t like. First of all its so big in the trunk i had to go to a bigger suv just to fit my food shopping and the carage. Everyone always struggles to close it, and for some reason the seat won’t go all the way up my daughter lays back most of time because it wont go up any further.
It is a pretty set but wouldnt buy for any other kids i may have.

  85. Carmensmommy on June 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I bought this product for my baby who is now 2 1/2 months old. I love the design, it is great for both a boy and a girl! The stroller is great, we have taken it to the beach, the mall, outside to a soccer game, it goes anywhere and it is easier to manuever too! I like the carseat as well. My baby loves it and almost always instantly falls asleep when she gets in it. The only negative thing is like others said, her head is bobbly when it is in the car. Sometimes I have to hold her head up while she is in the car!

  86. New Mom on June 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

My daugter is 7 weeks old and I absoultly love this system. It is a little bulky and takes up a lot of room but it’s so easy to use and has so many features that it’s sooo worth it. I love how the base for the car adjusts so no matter what car we are in we can adjust it the right tilt. The only thing that has been a little bit of an issue is that the infant carrier is really wide. But other than that I LOVE IT!!

  87. First time Mom on June 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I registered for this travel system and received it for my baby shower. The pattern is adorable and everyone loved it. Yesterday my husband and I installed it in our Honda Pilot, which is a large SUV. Once installed, the car seat is so bulky that you can no longer put the front seats back. No matter where you install the car seat, whether in the side or middle, it sticks out so much that the front passengers have to ride up next to the dash. Considering we have a large SUV, we can’t figure out what car/SUV this car seat fits in. The manufacturer should provide some sort of information regarding this so that people are fully informed when purchasing. We have returned this travel system for a Graco. While returning it to our local Babies R Us, we found out a tip. Babies R Us will allow you to take the car seats out of the store and try them out in their parking lot. You can try out one car seat for each drivers license you leave with them. This was extremely helpful when making our decision on which travel system to get after returning the first one.

  88. New mom on June 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Absolutely love it! very gender neutral and light weight. i have to disagree that the item is bulky. compared to many other travel systems available, i think that it is the most practical. not too big not too small. Overall very pleased with the product.

  89. Owen's mommy on June 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Seat too vertical in car, my son’s head flops forward even with full angle adjustment. Evenflo website suggest putting a towel under the base to make it sit back more. Why did I pay all this money to have to ‘rig’ the seat to keep his little head back. Front seats needed to be moved far forward to be able to lower the handle to the ‘car’ position. Now everyone seems to be pushed practically to the dashboard. The stroller is nice but is kinda bulky and heavy to lift. I’d look elsewhere before purchasing this product.

  90. Melissa on June 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My daughter would cry bloody murder every time we put her in the car seat. I thought she was just “one of those babies” When I felt the back of the car seat, I noticed that it digs into her back which was extremely painful for her. […] The change is night and day. I now can take her anywhere and she NEVER complains. It breaks my heart that I put her through that. Please do not do the same. I emailed evenflo and they were gonna send me a pillow for the area!!!…What good is that?!?! If I pay good money for something I expect it to work correctly and not hurt my child…they are doing absolutely nothing for me and I don’t think I’ll be investing in Evenflo ever again due to how they handled the situation. I believe this item should be taken off the market. While it may not bother some children…are you really gonna want to take the chance? If you really like it, just do me a favor and run your hand down the whole seat first, then do the same with a Graco….which one would you sit in???

  91. Holly's Mom on June 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I like the stroller/travel unit as a whole, however, I don’t like how the straps in the “bucket” carrier get twisted. I find myself having to unfasten the staps from the bottom to untangle them often. I love the stroller. It seems to be lighter than some of the other systems I checked out. I love the one hand collaps as well. It is a great stoller for long outings and trips.

  92. Julia's Mom on June 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this system. The pattern is adorable, my daughter loves the seat and stays in it with no fussing. The car seat straps adjust from the front! I believe that if you read the instruction manual throughly you will love it too. As with anything, you need to know how to operate your equipment before using it.

I want to address a few concerns brought up in other reviews:

    1. Wobly or hard to steer…There are 2 switches on the 2 front wheels that make the stroller go inline or able to be steered with one hand. Flip the pedals up to steer one-handed and you can literally turn the entire stroller around in perfect circles without have to maneuver wheels etc…

    2. Child is too upright in car… there is a button on the front of the base that adjusts the height and angle of the car seat. For infants, raise it to a 3 and the baby is laying back more. When they are older lower it as necessary. This is a great tool to get them through the many stages of their first 6-12 months.

    3. Bulky…Once you close the stroller, make sure you collapse the bar that holds the car seat in place. Then put the stroller in your trunk with the wheels facing you and the handle on top. It makes for easy moving in and out of the vehicle. I used this stroller with a Chevy Prizm so it will definitely fit most vehicles.

With all of that said, there is one reason that I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. I have a very small sedan (Prizm) and the car seat itself is a little too bulky for using in the middle of the back seat. The handle for the car seat sticks out an extra 3 inches from the seat when put down so it takes up a lot of room. We got a midsized sedan (Camry)recently and this is no longer an issue.

  93. JD on June 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

When you place the car seat handle in the driving position it cause the front passanger and drivers seat to have to pull up, which mean your to close to the wheel to manuver, being 5’3″ sounds like it wouldnt be a problem, but it is. The stroller rides like a bad grocery carriage, front wheels wobble unless you lock them to drive straight only. When you close the stroller it hits you in the legs as it roles and it dose not store standing up when your not using it. the material is good quality and works for a boy or girl also has one hand driving, great zipper storage.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS PRODUCT AT ALL!!! I bought this item because it was on sale and I made a big mistake by getting it because it was cheaper than all the others! You really do get what you pay for!
The car seat is big and bluky and it is very heavy by itself, even worse when my baby was in it! Also, on the way home from the hospital I sat in the back seat with my baby and I felt so bad for my baby because the carseat sits streight up that it looked like her neck was going to snap! I had to put a towel underneath to make is recline more!
Also, I had a C-Section and trying to get the BIG stroller out of my trunk was almost impossible! It took up all my trunk that I couldnt get shopping bags in the back with it!
I got so fed up with this whole system that I just went out and got the Alfa Omega Elite car seat and the Combi stroller and my baby couldnt be happier! She is only 2 1/2 months and everything is great now!

  95. New Mom on July 1st, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller was easy to put together, it’s light, and it’s easy to open and close. The infant car seat has added cushions for when the baby is small and then they can be removed as the baby grows!

  96. JuicyMom on July 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We chose this one because the steering was fabulous. The one handed feature is very smooth. Our baby hates the carseat but I don’t think it’s the carseats fault. The fabric is nice for the weather here in Florida. I don’t have any problems with the baby’s positioning he seems fine not too high or wobly. If you properly install the base the carseat should not be inclined too high. It’s a large stroller no doubt about it. so be sure to check that it fits in your trunk when it’s folded.

  97. Mom of Two on July 5th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Hate It!!! The carseat is heavy and has no padding. Both my girls hate it. Also my children are tall so they outgrow it before they are old enough to turn around so we needed a convertible carseat. The stroller doesn’t ride on any surface that isn’t completely smooth. The carseat visor broke when my first daughter was two months old. The visor on the stroller broke shortly afterward. The infant seat is too large for my Dodge Durango. I can’t have a front passenger anymore. The stroller is also too large to fit in the cargo area of the Durango with the third row up, so no passengers there either. The stroller is heavy and too wide to use in a mall, the only place smooth enough that it steers. I thought the “Z” shaped handle would be a benefit but once the baby hits about ten pounds it feels too flimsy. Only positive remark is the seat is large enough that in a pinch i can fit both girls in the seat next to each other. so it stays at grandma’s house.

This travel system is great, I’m 8 months pregnant and put it together myself with ease in about 10 minutes! Some reviews say it’s too bulky but this being my second time around, I can tell you they are all bulky! This is a good product and great for the price.

  101. Barb on July 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love the Oh So Big system. I have been reading the viewers with suvs saying that the car seat is too big along with the stroller. They have the whole system on display at the, and should have known better. Everything fit fine in my little Cavalier which is a lot smaller than a suv vehicle. Anyways, I love it, has tones of storage and my baby always falls asleep in the car seat, which is the perfect size. He is 3 months old, 13 lbs, and 25 in long, and fits in it just fine.

  102. Kellie on July 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The seat has no problems, but the stroller is falling apart already and my daughter is only 2 months old. We have only used the stroller a handfull of time and the latch to fold it is not working and the basket underneath is tearing.

Cute design but car seat is VERY heavy and not fun to carry any where. stroller does dont stay closed and is also pretty heavy it self.

  104. lucas'mommy on July 22nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

i love this stroller and it’s a neutral color which can be used later on IF you have another in the future. I’m a short person and if you’re weak and can’t carry the stroller or car seat, it can get heavy, especially when the baby starts to grow and weigh you down. The stroller alone is excellent to maneuver a bit heavy as well but again other than the weight situation, I do recommend the stroller. It has great compartments a big basket on the bottom and assembly was a piece of cake. I assembled it and I was 34 weeks pregnant! The pattern is great, there’s a secret compartment under the wipes and the wipes is very convenient to clean those quick messes.

I love this. I think it is awsome. I havent used it with my daughter yet cause she isnt here, but the storage is “WOW”. I saw that some people were complaing about the car seat being too big for a SUV? Thats hard to believe, because we have a Maxima and a Tundra and the carseat fits great. So, whoever said that lie. I also like that the stroller has a zippered compartment under the parent tray. You can ues it for you cell phone, Keys all kinds of stuff. I think its great!!! It is heavy though. But you will be pushing right?

I initially really enjoyed the entire system as a new mother, but there are some serious flaws in the design of the stroller. Specifically, the extra compartments and carriers that look so neat and handy snag and tear easily when you open and close the stroller, even if you are being careful. Also, the stroller has a tendency to pop open when you are trying to carry it in the folded position. The entire stroller is very heavy and bulky, when all I’ve really needed in my trips with my daughter has been the bottom compartment to stow my diaper bag. When my husband and I had to travel, we definitely left this stroller at home and took a small umbrella stroller with us instead. In fact, now that our daughter is older, we prefer the umbrella stroller because of its size, ease of use, and mobility. This big stroller was nice when Claire was a newborn because of the padding and the move-able hood. Otherwise, a smaller unit would have been preferable, even from birth.

The car seat does take up a lot of room in a small car. I have an ’01 Corolla, and this creates extremely limited legroom for the front seat passenger. I chalked this up to having a sub-compact car and a standard baby seat. However, we have a little bit of the same problem in our Honda Fit. The entire car seat was a bit confusing to use at first, but that has not been a problem once we got practice. The seat is very heavy, especially with a baby older than a few months of age.

  107. Amy on July 31st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. I use it all the time, I walk about 5 miles every week with my baby and the stroller is holding up great! no problems at all. It moves well in the grass and on other bumpy surfaces. The car seat fits well in my Cobalt (I don’t see how it wouldn’t fit in an SUV) and the stroller fits well in my trunk. In some small cars it takes a little more wiggle to get the stroller in, but once you figure out the best angle it’s not a problem. The stroller and care seat are a bit heavy but it’s not bad…it just makes me stronger!

  108. Donna, the petite mom on August 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I Found the stroller to be VERY heavy, and a bit
too LARGE for some car trunks. As far as the car
seat itself, I wish the sun shield head cover was
a bit larger. If I pull it back, the sun gets in
my sons face, and If I pull it down, the sun gets
on the top of his head. It should be able to do both at the same time.

  109. Tiss_5 on August 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This system is GREAT!!! People who can’t fit this in an SUV musty not know how to pack a car, because this has been in my corolla trunk since a month before my bella arrived she is now 6 months!!! I also have loaded 4 persons worth of luggage into the trunk with it and it still fit and we are not light packers!!!! As for the seat, my husband is 6 foot 4 and he sits very comfortably in my car when the seat is in, in fact my car is the only one me and my friends can take 2 babies in and still have leg room!!! The headrest is amazing it lasted up till 5 months then my pumpkins head got too big! haha! AGAIN I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ITEM!!! Oh and the print is adorable!!! I have had more compliments on my stroller than any of my friends who got the more expensive ones!!!

  110. First time mom on August 9th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The stroller is great for walks, easy to maneuver. My biggest complaint is the head rest for the infant car seat does not support my baby’s head very well when driving. It works fine with the use of the stroller. Also, the “one hand comfort fold” to fold up the stroller requires 2 hands. You really have to push down really hard to fold the stroller. It is quite heavy and takes up more than half of my trunk space in my SUV. Overall, once you get used to how it works, it’s a decent travel system for the value.

  111. Jenn on August 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband and I picked this because we wanted to get neutral patterns so we could use it for a girl or a boy. it ended up being a great product all around. The stroller folds up and out very easily and is not too heavy compared to others we tested. It has big wheels so its good for a little off roading…but the wheels sometimes get in the way when packing up and putting in the trunk. I have a lot of space for it in my car, but if you have a compact car it may not fit…the car seat is great and offers great support in all the right places. My son loves his carseat…

  112. Jean C on August 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is great. I have no complaints. The stroller rides smooth and is very maneuverable. It is large, however, so if you’re looking for something compact, this is not the one for you. I love that the stroller has so much storage space. It folds easily and is lightweight for its size. The carseat snaps into and out of the base easily. The pattern is very cute, and works for a girl or a boy.

  113. Busy Mom of 2 on August 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I have been very happy overall with the travel system. I’m not sure where many users are coming up with their complaints (compartments that rip, bulky car seat, hard to close stroller) other than user-created problems.

The stroller is very easy to close. It may take a few tries at first to get to know how to click the yellow button and then the red to have it all fold smoothly. But once you get the hang of it, closing is a breeze. The only thing is that it closes so fast, I’ve scratched up the plastic edges a little bit.

The car seat is great, especially the ergonomical handle. It gives you the option on how you want to carry the seat. The clip system to dislodge it from the car seat base is simple and quick to use. The car seat may seam a little large, but for newborns/infant seats, that’s about the average size. Sorry for front-seat passengers! But my son’s safety is far more important that tight leg room for a small while.

Overall great product. Would definitely recommend it (and already have). It’s great quality for the right price. You just can’t expect it to be the Wonder Seat. Nothing is perfect, so you can’t treat it like it’s uncorruptible.

  114. Shiloh on August 20th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love the pattern of this product…can be for boy or girl. The stroller is big but I can fit it in my trunk (VW Jetta). The carseat it hard to install and it is so bulky my passenger seat is all the way forward. It is also very heavy and my daughter leans so far forward in it while its in the car but I just read another review on how to fix it so I will try that. Otherwise it’s okay.

  115. Heather on August 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I got this for my baby shower and its perfect! i love the design,i have a lil girl and she absolutly loves it too! although the head rest in the car seat is kinda iffy, we got through that, (her head fell when driving for the first month and a half), the stroller is soo easy to use too, and for the price i’d say its a great deal!

  116. VAnewmom on August 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

This car seat is very bulky, I don’t know if they are all like that or not. The handle in the ‘car position’ sticks too far forward so that the front car seats have to be very far forward. We have a small SUV and also a large luxury sedan. The reviews that say SUV owners are lying about it not fitting probably use the car seat with the handle in the wrong position. If you drive with the handle up (which is wrong) then it fits fine, but the proper position requires car seats to be too far forward. I am 5 7 and I have average length legs. I am not sure if all car seats are like this, but it seems to me that the snugger the handle is to the car seat, the better it would fit in a car. This handle is pretty far from the car seat. Also, my baby’s head flops forward sometimes.

We have the car seat in the middle for the SUV and behind the passenger in the sedan. The sedan leg room for the passenger in the front seat is OK, not great. The leg room for the driver in the SUV where the car seat is in the middle is barely enough for me (5 7) and my much taller husband cannot drive the SUV with the car seat in the middle.

I like the pattern and I like the stroller. It might be heavy, not sure compared to others, but that doesn’t bother me, and I like the way it collapses and I like the car seat Z handle.

  117. VAMom08 on August 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I got this system as it had good reviews and a cute print…BIG MISTAKE. Within days of using it the wheels started to squeek (even WD40 didn’t help) and I soon realized the recline mechanism is very cheap and poorly constructed. The car seat is okay, but has a lower weight limit than others on the market, the Z shaped handle makes it more difficult to carry, and the handle MUST be placed all the way down while in the car (according to a car seat tech)and it must be used with a base, not good if you find yourself in a bind. I sold this system at a consignment store and bought a Graco Quattro Tour with the SafeSeat and love it. Yes, its a bit bigger but well worth not having to deal with cheap construction.

  118. Love being a Mommy on August 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this travel system. My husband actually chose it in the store, and everytime we use it I tell him what a great job he did. I love all the parent features with this, the cupholders, wipe holder, zippered storage pouch, and a huge under basket. I love being able to go out and not have to carry anything, there is a place for everything. It folds super easy, I love that the instruction sticker is by the handle, that way when Nonnie and Papa take him out they can figure out how to close it too. It opens easily also, just one latch to press. Have I mentioned I LOVE it? Also, the two sunshades means I can go out on the sunniest of days and baby stays shaded. It must be comfortable too, he almost always falls asleep as soon as we start going somewhere. It is bulky, but it has wheels and pushes, it’s much better than carrying baby and anything else too. I have whipped this stroller in and out of the car, up and down a step, ran into things, and it is in perfect shape.

  119. Happy Tired Mom on August 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I loved the pattern to begin with, it looks great for a boy or girl. I have a little boy and he looks great in it. We actually took out the head support that comes with it and instead put in full head support and that’s worked great for us. He fits great in it, no slopping or leaning problems. When in proper ‘car’ position it does eat up some of the room for the front passanger even in our Tahoe. The stroller is kind of bulky but I love that because when we go for walks or to the store it’s able to hold alot of bags, drinks, keys, etc.

  120. Bethany on September 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We registered for and received this as a gift from my husband’s family for out daughter.
The seat was a tight fit for our very small SUV but was a good fit in the larger one we bought when she was few weeks old.

Unfortunately, this weekend we gave this child seat the ultimate test. We were involved in a serious accident involving a drunk driver. According to the paramedics and ER Doctor, the quality of this seat and it’s correct installation are the reason my daughter is alive and unhurt. The seat in undamaged visably (but will be replaced as a precaution) and held up amazingly well. I will be replacing the seat with another Evenflo.

On a less important note, the stroller is great too. Our baby loves to ride in it and can sleep like a rock no matter where we take hr in it. It’s a perfect hieght (not too short for 6’1″ hubby or 5’2″ me) and steers easily with one hand. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone I know.

  121. Ethanpants'mommy on September 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I use the product everyday. Me and my son go for strolls in the park with it (since he was 2 weeks old, he is now 4 months) and it is smooth. However, i tried running with it (not supposed to really) and the wheels rattled like crazy. I agree with the bulky for the backseat, but in agreeing with another consumer, my sons safety is more important. It doesnt fit in my compact trunk very well (Kia Rio) i feel bad because it tore up the rim of the ‘hood’ on the stroller. its kinda tough to squeeze into the trunk. All in all though, i love the pattern and the product : ) And so does my son.

  122. steph on September 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system! The stroller is easy to fold and unfold, and the carseat fits well into the stroller, very durable, and good on bumpy sidewalks. It is a little bulky, the stroller takes up almost my whole trunk.

  123. Busy mom from SC on September 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This system is not only beautiful, but it is also practical! The stroller is so easy to open and close, and it has SO much room for storage. Also, my baby LOVES the car seat, in fact, she wouldn’t sleep anywhere but in her car seat for the first 3 weeks! This system is a great value for the money, and I am so happy I purchased it!

  124. Jen on September 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My daughter was born almost 4 months ago and I have nothing but great things to say about this travel system. It has been very durable, fits in all cars (including my Camry and husband’s Silverado), and is an adorable gender-neutral pattern. When I registered for this item, I brought a new mom with me to help me look for important features. She said she wished this product was available when she had her daughter because she likes it even better than her own!

The ONLY thing I would consider an improvement (though it may be against safety standards and I don’t know it!) is if I could securely attach the infant carrier in the car without the base. I’ve been stranded when we did the carseat base swap and somehow I was left without one in my car. There aren’t any holes to put the seatbelt through to tighten down!

Otherwise I would recommend this product to any new parent.

  125. Loving the MOM Life on September 9th, 2008 at 12:00 am

It did its job 🙂 pattern is great, for both girl and boy. Car seat could be better with weight limits, I had a little trouble with my daughter and the head rest it came with. But the stroller its-self… lets just say my fiancee’ used it as a shopping cart for cookware and had me carry our daughter… couldnt be better!

  126. Mom of 2 on September 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My fiance and I bought this for our son before he was born because of the adorable design. We played around with this travel system in the store before we bought it and I thought it was great. However, we’ve been using this since he’s been born, four months ago, and I have noticed some design flaws that I can not stand. For one, the carseat with a baby in it is very heavy for me to carry. My fiance has to carry it to and from the car and where ever we go. I’ll add that I’m not a very petite woman, and I am not out of shape. The second thing that bothers me about this travel system is how the stroller folds up. My travel system I had for my 4 year old daughter was a Graco and I loved it. The carseat was much lighter and the stroller folded the appropriate way, wheels on both sides for even weight distribution. This Evenflo stroller folds in such an awkward way. It folds so that all the wheels are on the same side. It makes it extremely difficult and heavy to lift up because it becomes top heavy…or bottom heavy..which ever way you lift it. I am 5’3 and I find it so difficult to get the stroller in and out of my SUV due to how awkwardly it folds up. You definately could not just whip it out of your car with a baby in your arms. My fiance, once again, is the one who has to get the stroller in and out of the car. I guess I’m very lucky he works from home because I’d be having a hard time moving my son around while I’m out and about everyday. I just wanted people to know that this travel system is just too heavy and not very well designed for a, perhaps, “shorter” mother without a lot of upper body strength. I’m definately going with Graco next time.

  127. Keilias mommy! on September 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I like this, but it is a little too heavy… I am 5’2″ and this is a little too heavy for me. I also had a C Section and was alone for a few weeks and just could not get the stroller in and out of my car, the carseat is a little heavy too. Othervise, i think it is great!

  128. Nana, the first time granny on September 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We ordered the product for our first grandchild and began putting it together. The instructions were great for that, but after we got it put together, we put it down to see how easily it goes up and down and then we couldnt figure out how to get it back up again. The instructions for folding and storage need explained in the booklet. The product is great and does so many wonderful things. I found out at the baby shower that we could order more car seat bases for all our cars. Cool !!

  129. Rip on September 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

this item looks very well made. It has everything a Mother would want in a car set and stroller. The car set and stroller are light weight also.

  130. army wife on September 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller is too big to take anywhere! You cant get around stores in it, its heavy to pull out of the trunk and takes up so much room in my suv. The car seat is nice, but the fabric is coming off of the edge and ends up inside the seat with my baby! I try to pull it back over and have done it so many times that the fabric is torn now! I wouldnt have choose this combo… we bought a $20 stroller thats lightweight and it works great!

  131. Bobby's Mommy on September 20th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I got this system before my son, now 9 months, was born. The fabric is beautiful and neutral for boy or girl. The stroller is easy to move around and lightweight enough for everyday walks. It folds up nicely and fits perfectly in my trunk :o) My son has grown out of the car seat but he always seemed very comfortable in it. It is very easy to adjust the straps and the product itself is very durable!

  132. Busy mom of 3 kids! on September 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I recently bought the Aura Elite Travel System, Oh So Big Mocha and I would like to make a complaint. The handle on the infant car seat is very wobbly and unstable, the visor to keep the sun out of the child’s face is too short and covers up to their forehead unless you take the whole visor apart and move it down, and also the carriage is very flimsy and doesn’t work with the 1 hand steering and also you can’t fit the rings with the toys on the handle either. I spent [$] on this travel system and I’m very upset about it. My daughter’s only 2 months old now I have to try and find money to buy a new one that’s more sturdy because I don’t trust the car seat handle at all. I love evenflo and always have but I should never have to worry that my child’s in danger and I will have to do so until I can get a new one. If I could have returned this in the store I would have. I’m just very upset that I spent this much money on something and it made very poorly.

  133. Mom of 8 month old on September 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

Spend a few more bucks and get something much, much more safe. Now that my son is too heavy for the car seat, we have moved on to a Britax. This I recommend. It is “expensive” but your child’s safety should be priceless. I can’t believe I put my son in this Greco car seat. By 6 months, it was already falling apart. You must have a base for this car seat. There is NO safe way to buckle a child in the car without a base with this car seat. The stroller also has given out on us, with only 4 months worth of use. Pathetic.

  134. baby's mom on September 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I like this product well enough. I would not buy an ergonomic handle again and the handle on the car seat has been very wobbly, but has not seemed like it was unsafe. The wheels on the stroller seem kind of the same way–wobbly, but not unsafe.I like the ease of transport with this system. My husband likes the one hand maneuverability. Our daughter was born in February, so we really liked being able to go for walks in early spring and having her enclosed entirely with both shades. We really like the generous storage compartment underneath, too. It has been enough to store all the packages on a trip to the mall or through […].

  135. Momma on September 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Like the car seat… Hate the stroller… Wheels bent on three strollers… DON’T BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  137. Kate on September 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Pros: Stroller pops opens and collapes VERY easily, which is a major plus when you’re alone; car seat is easy to set up and very washable; stroller is lightweight to push even with junk loaded into it; nice cup holders, wipes compartment, below storage; nice wheel locks.

Cons: Expensive (thank goodness I received as a gift); car seat AND stroller are very heavy and not worth lugging around unless you’re going out for the afternoon or something; carseat only goes up to 22 lbs (my daughter’s legs were starting to hang over before this weight); stroller shade that goes over carseat when baby is sleeping has plastic window but you can’t see through well enough to watch baby without pulling back.

  138. Brayden's mom on September 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We love it. It’s absolutely adorable and great quality. Very neutral.

  139. BabyGirlsMom on September 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Car seat does not last long, handle makes it impossible to carry and it must be used with a base. Stroller wheels squeak badly even with WD40. Recline mechanism is cheap and poorly constructed. Returned and bought another popular brand and am much happier. Evenflo needs to step up and get with the times.

  140. Hunters mommy on September 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

i really like the car seat and stroller although we loaded it up so much the back wheels bend outwards. i do not like that the visor for carseat isnt big enough, doesn’t really bother me enough not to use it for my next child. also like that if i have a girl next, i could use it for her. my son is just about grown out of it he is 20lbs and is only 5 months, so i got to get him the next seat.

  141. First Time Parent on September 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned that this would be extremely big and heavy but both my husband and I did not think it was that bad. It is comfortable for us to handle and carry when needed. The fabric is neutral enough that we could use it with future children if we decided to.

  143. Julian's Mommy on October 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We registered for this travel system because the design was subdued and could be used with either sex. We had checked it out in the store before adding it to our registry. My biggest surprise upon receiving this product (as with I suppose any travel system) is how much room it takes up in my car, a compact hatchback. Once installed, there is not enough room for the car seat handle to lay back in the proper position. Also the stroller takes up the entire space in our hatchback area. It is difficult even fitting groceries in our car with the baby, carseat, and stroller. I don’t know what we would do if we were travelling. The point is consider your vehicle size before purchasing any travel system.

  144. Brittany on October 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

cute car seat…the base is a little bulky for some cars. When the handle is in the ‘car position’ the front seats have to be pretty far up in most cars which is a pain otherwise the handle doesnt lock like its supposed to.
The stroller is easy to use/fold/and un fold. Easy to steer and get around. I love all the extra features and the fact that the back of the seat reclines all the way back and I can still use the basket like that!!!

  145. elaine on October 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

the stroller is hard to push, the basket ripped, the car seat has discolored…all in 4 months and about 6 uses. piece of junk!

  146. Jons Mommy on October 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The car seat is too heavy, and does not fit in the car properly.I regret buying this item!

  147. Johnston on October 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My daughter is 7-1/2 months old & we are still using this travel system. It has been fairly easy to use. The stroller is a little tricky when opening, but overall it’s great! It rides very well. Have used it many times… at the mall, parks, walking through the neighborhood, etc. The car seat is a little heavy to carry with my daughter in it, but can be expected. Everything has held up very well. Would recommend this to new a Mom! Great for the price.

  148. mom of 3 on October 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Bought this for our 3rd child. Biggest concern is that as a newborn my daughter’s head flopped forward because the seat sits up too high and doesn’t recline back enough – even had it’s installation checked at a professional car seat safety check. The inspectors told me it’s just the way the seat is made. Additionally, it does have a hard time fitting correctly in our mini van. The passenger seat has to be all the way forward for the handle to be in the correct car position. Very frustrating for what should be a high quality car seat.

Also, the stroller is heavy and a bit cumbersome to open after it’s been folded down. Needless to say, we’re very disappointed. We had another Evenflo travel system for our first 2 kids and were very happy with it but this one isn’t worth buying.

  149. Love my baby on October 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband I tried out so many different strollers at Babies R Us when registering and this was by far the easiest to use. I have used it numerous times and Looove it!! Our baby fits perfectly into the seat and I love that I can just snap the carseat into the stroller. I am able to collapse and set up the stroller with one hand. Also, I love that it’s unisex because who know’s what we’ll have next. I recommend this to any new mom!!

  150. Carmano on October 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My son is about 6 months old and i took him to the drs with me and while waiting i sat him on my lap. i went to sit him in the carseat to move to another room about 15 feet away and the handle on the carseat unlocked leaving my son falling face first onto the floor. he was still on the floor so it wasnt a far drop but could of been worse. then the handle came unlocked again just a few days later. also stroller is junk fabric is bad and dosnt line up with lock to close. DONT BUY THIS!

  151. her mom on October 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

we love this stroller and car seat combo. my favorite part is the piece of fabric that goes behind their legs when they’re old enough for their legs to hang out of the stroller? yeah, that attatches to the cup tray, and then you can recline the back of the stroller all the way down so that it’s pretty much a bassinet. That’s how we took our baby on walks for the first few months of her life when she was too little to be comfortable in the five point harness. my only complaint is that the quilted cushion insert doesn’t retain it’s shape. it’s all floppy and pressed into the corners now from the stroller being folded up all the time. I’m wondering how this will hold up for our second child. it’s a real smooth ride too. my husband likes to take our daughter “off roading” in it (onto grass) because it’s so gentle on the baby 🙂

  152. Britt on October 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Everything about this product is great. The carseat and stroll are both very easy to use and extremely versitile. The seats ergonomic handle saves you from arm and back stress. Baby always seems comfortable and snug in both his seat and the stroller itself. I’d buy another if I had to but this prodcut seems like it will last!

  153. New Mom on October 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We picked this travel system so that we could use it for our little girl and hopefully later on for a little boy. We love it. The stroller is easy to fold and unfold, my husband loves the pistol grip handle. The cupholders and wipe box are great too. The carseat is soft and beautiful. I love that the base gives 3 positions to recline the baby.

  154. first mom on October 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I spent months researching travel systems and decided on this one. I loved how it had everything important for safety but still looked so nice. The design was adorable and could be used for a Boy or Girl (I planned on saving it for my next). The Car seat is great, very light weight and easy to put in and out of the car and the stroller had the option of fully reclining which was a Huge deal to me, BUT the stroller is the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. I have only used it a few times and it seems like the wheels are going to come off every time I move it. It Bowes in the center of the back wheel and shakes when pushed, it feels like you are pushing through grass every time! also it is impossible to collapse with one hand unless you want to loose a foot. The harness in the stroller took me 20 minutes to adjust even an INCH, not user friendly whatsoever and if my son got any bigger (he is 20 lbs) I am pretty sure the harness would not even be able to hold him in without cutting off the circulation to his head. Maybe I just got the bad egg but I would never spend almost [$] on this stroller. Very depressing knowing the fact that babies r us doesn’t exchange something unless you have the original receipt or its on your registry and your registry disappears within a certain amount of time so you cant prove you got it from there as a gift. Cute as ever but junk. !

This travel system isn’t worth the price. The quality is poor. It was good for like 2 months, and then the fabric started to rip on both the stroller and the car seat. The handle on the car seat is really unstable and seems like it’s not locked. The stroller reclines all the way down, but it doesn’t go all the way up, which is really bad when the baby wants to sit upright. I would not recommend this to anyone. The price is very high for this poor quality. It’s crown price is [$], not more.

My husband and I love this travel system. It’s easy to use and durable. And our baby (who was born six weeks early) fits safely.

We received this product for my baby shower. It is a nice stroller but you get what you pay for. The great thing about it is that it has a lot of storage space for parent things like cup holders and underneath the wipe case there’s a place for keys. If you are planning on taking this stroller shopping I suggest you purchase the stroller swivellers that hook on to the handle because the underneath basket can hold a large diaper bag and that’s about it. It’s very easy steering with the regular handles and the one hand steering as well. However the wheels are slightly cheesy and get locked easily. The stroller is fairly easy to one hand close however it’s slightly hard to open. My boyfriend also can’t stand how the evenflo handle is curved it makes it harder to carry. My advice is to really try things at babies r us before you register for them it will help you. All in all it’s not a bad stroller I just feel we could have spent slightly more money and got something a little better.

easy to assemble, very cute, useful stroller and car seat, managable.

  161. Hard to please mom on November 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is exactly what I was looking for. The stroller part has a lot of storage for shopping. The fabric is very cute and works great for either boy or girl. The system is very big, which a lot of people have complained about, but I think the huge size is inherent in having a travel system. It is rather big, but I knew that coming in. There are some smaller ones, but they didn’t offer what I was looking for.

  162. Rednekkchikk on November 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I was very happy with this product until yesterday. I was pushing the stroller portion from the house to my vehicle with no weight in it, there is some gravel but nothing that the lowest of low rider luxery cars would not drive on. I was loading the stroller for a day outing and baby was already in the car. Just before I got to the car the “easy” steer handle in the center snapped off. I have used this stroller maybe 3 times to walk my baby, for the most part it sits in our rec room as a place for her to sit/lay. With no weight in the unit I am at a loss to figure out why this happened and the retailer is less than helpfull with this issue even though we bought it maybe 6 months ago

  163. h on November 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I received this as a shower gift and it is very bulky and big! It’s easy to maneuver and smooth riding. It’s easy to open but hard to close and its hard seeing where your going because you could be running over peoples feet without even seeing them.

  164. abc123 on November 8th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The car seat has barely any padding, it is heavy, it takes up my whole backseat so if you are tall forget about driving safely in the front seat because you need to have your seat too far forward (i drive an SUV!) and the head support is awful too. I bought a new britax convertible car seat and cant believe i ever put my daughter in this piece of junk!

    love the stroller though!

  165. kalina on November 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I am very happy with that stroller. I live the color too. Is fit perfectly in my car on the bag sit. BUT is too heavy and I live on the 3 floor with no elevator.( I get outside 2 time a day with my daughter.

  166. Raenay on November 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I went shopping for an all-in-one system and loved the cute design on this combo car seat and stroller. I was having a boy, but thought I could use it in the future for a girl as well. The biggest problem I had with this car seat is the Z design of the handle. The handle is so long due to the odd shape. Due to the handle shape I had to move the front seat up so far that on one can sit there (I drive a big SUV which should not have had a problem with space). Over the past 6 months the handle was so long it began to scrape the leather on the passenger seat from the handle being put up and down. Also the stroller is so cumbersome and heavy, I never used it but bought a snap-in-go stroller instead. The stroller is hard to use if you are alone. Overall…cute but not user friendly or worth the money. I would buy a Graco next time. I will not be using this in the future for my next baby.

  167. RaeO on November 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller is awesome.. It fits well in my cars trunk which isn’t very big and it isn’t too heavy to lift it up. The steering is very good and the ride is pretty smooth for baby. My husband loves pushing it around since it is so easy to manuever. My only complaint is that the carseat is very large, not heavy though. It takes up so much space behind my passenger seat that no one can sit in that seat when the arm on the carseat is down where it is suppose to be. But otherwise I would highly recommend this to anyone.

  168. JJ's mommy on November 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I really don’t know what the other moms are talking about… I love this travel system! My son is 6 months old and over 17lbs and we are still using this system with NO problems. Yes, true in my car I can’t recline my seat all the way back because of the handle on the car seat, but it’s not the end of the world. The stroller is easy to use, both to open and close, and it’s super easy to attach the carseat to the stroller and go! I have had no problems with the fabric on either the carseat or the stroller (and I’ve scrubbed it a lot due to spitting up and poopie accidents) in regards to it falling apart. And the design works for either a boy or a girl. I plan on using this product for my other children as well!

  169. scarecrw on November 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I was a little unsure at first to get this for my son or not after reading some of these reviews but i went to my local baby r us and checked it out. Overall it’s iffy you either like it or you hate it. The stroller is big and practically takes up the truck but its so easy to set up and effortless. The print is rather cute too and its not gender related so you can use for boy or girl. The handle allows two or one hand steering and handles both well. It has a few of compartments to stash stuff away if you need the extra room. The car seat’s head protector they give you is useless but I just bought a different one and I have no problems. The Z handle is awkward at times and long so its hard for someone in the front seat to sit comfortably cause i had to push the seat up. It snaps real easy into the base and the stroller so transferring of the baby is fast and easy.

  170. Cassie on November 19th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This product is great! I love the smooth steering, all of the storage and the canopy for the baby. A store clerk actually called it our limo! It’s practical luxury! One thing I would change is the latch to keep the stroller closed. It folds beautifully, but sometimes the fabric gets caught in the clasp, and it doesn’t latch shut.

I really love this travel system. it is easy to take my son in and out of the car without disturbing him. i like the like the harness system,i love how i can just place him in the stroller and shop. It is very sturdy and i am confident that it will last for a long time, we use the stroller almost every week and it is great! It is easy to clean, and my son is comfortable in it. The few things i would change about the product is the installing of the car seat base, it’s difficult to get it in the correct spot. I would also make it easier for the 1 step open/close on the stroller. Sometimes it is really hard to open. This combo is great and i would buy it again if i had to

  173. Dee on November 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We love this travel system! I’m only 5 feet tall and have absolutely no problem folding and unfolding this stroller or putting it in the car. I love the handle on the carrier, as it’s the only one we could find where you didn’t have to turn your wrist awkwardly to carry it. We’ve installed it in both a Honda CRV and a Chrysler Van without any of the problems with the handle getting in the way of the front seat that others have complained about. There is tons of storage and it’s easy to click into the car seat holder and the stroller. All and all a great product. Would recommend to anyone. The carrier itself is a little heavy, but it was in the same weight range as the other carriers in this price range. It was a great value. We got it on sale at Toys R Us. We love it.

  174. tysmomma on November 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel stystem is good for showing off a new baby at work and thats all. Its to big to take shopping, and lots of work to get into a car. It has made me ban travel systems altogether. If you don’t have a bodybuilders hands it takes forever to get it to fold up which is definately not good when you are in a hurry. On the carseat the visor does not come down far enough to cover my baby’s face. The bottom carriage is too small expecially when the back is layed down.

  175. Always on the go! on November 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I use the travel system for everything but large grocery shopping. I take it into restaurants to allow my baby to sleep while we eat, i take it into shopping malls, I use it when we go for long walks with our dog, and I keep the stroller in the back of my Honda Element. I use all the compartments as well. I put her diaper bag under the stroller, I put my keys and phone in the compartment under the wipes holder and I love that it is easy to turn with one hand. It is also easy to collapse, once you get the hang of it. My baby girl finds it comfortable and the infant car seat fits in the stroller with no problems. Some of my friends are jealous of my stroller because of all the different features. My only complaint is that it is too big.

  176. inexperienced and lucky on November 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband and I are first time parents. We love this stroller. I go walking, shopping, and everything else in between in it. There is plenty of room for groceries or whatever in the bottom storage space. Plus, everything is easily accessible because there is a little fanny pack thing attached to the handle bars. And I love the one handle. My son is very spoiled and I usually end up holding him in stores so I only need the one hand to steer the stroller. Plus the neutral colors are great incase I have a daughter next time. All in all I love this stroller. After being parents we regret alot of the stuff we have purchased because we didn’t really know what we needed but this stroller is not one of them. It has all the space, it is totally safe, and it really isn’t that heavy. It folds up very easily and fits in my little corolla trunk or my husbands f-150 bed. Plus the fabric is really easy to clean. The one thing I do have to say is my son is very tall and at 4months we are looking for a new convertible car seat. But everything else is great. I will continue to use this stroller even without the seat. I honestly wouldn’t want something smaller.

it was okay… not to great but okay

  178. outnabout on November 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Pros: z-handle, one hand steering, cute neutral pattern, good headrest, great cupholders/wipe pack, easy to use car seat, easy to push/pull stroller, hood on car seat and stroller

Cons: stroller is large, but fits most trunks, car seat is 7 and a half pounds (average weight), car seat does NOT fit most shopping carts, folding/unfolding is a pain (wish is was a one hand unfold)

Overall I’m happy with this travel system, but I would def. try it out at the store before buying (as I did) because that is the best way to know if it fits your needs

  179. ava on December 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

The handle is so long that no one can sit in the seat in front of the car seat. The handle ruined my leather seats by leaving a scratch mark from 5 months of use in the car. The stroller is super heavy and hard to lift into an SUV or truck. I would not buy this again.

  180. Mandy on December 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I bought this for use with my son, my first child. I had no idea what i was looking for except a travel system that is gender neutral to hopefully use with my second child (barring accidents of course). There are things i do and don’t like about this system.
Pros: The car seat is smaller than most others so if you have a smaller car you will be able to get it in and out. Example, I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse and this seat fits in and out without getting cought on the front seat (2 door car). My brother has one of the Greycos. When he visited his car seat got stuck every time he tried to take his child in and out of the car. Also, if you have a smaller infant they will be secure in this car seat. It seems to have a more narrow inside with the removable padding.
The stroller is nice if you want to go for a strol in the park on a paved path. There are several compartments that aren’t obvous to the casual observer for keys, cell phone, wallet etc. There is even a wipes slot and a hidden slot under the wipes holder. Once you get the hang it truly is quick and easy to open and collapse. Plus, the stroller has a 5 point harness so you can put a smaller child in it if they hate being confined in their car seat like my son does.
Cons: the stroller is HUGE. I call it my land yaht. It’s impossible to take places cause it is so large, length wise i mean. It’s difficult to turn in store aisles while shopping cause it requires so much clerance. We live in a small 4-plex and our entry way isn’t very large. Makes it difficult to get in and out of the house. Plus, if you are taking it on any surface other than completely flat, give it up. You can go for a walk in the park but don’t pull off the path to sit on a bench or picknick table. Seemingly flat grass was like a rumble strip for my poor son. When the stroller is folded it’s still huge and difficult to negotiate. It doesn’t really fit anywhere. I was able to put it in my hatchback trunk but barely, only with the wheels folded perfectly and with nothing else in the trunk. The fit was so snug it scratched the interior of the car. The car seat itself is nice, works great except my son is only 4 months old and allready over 16.5 lbs and 25.5 inches long. By the time he’s nine monts old I’m gunna have to buy a convertable seat as his feet allready hang over the end and the straps are allready on the outer most setting. I’m moving back to the pacific north west soon and i know the parks where i grew up don’t have paved paths so i’m looking at buying another stroller to take my son on walks and another car seat because he’s so large allready. Basically this looks like a purchase for only the first 8 or 9 months of my son’s life (if it lasts that long) and not entirely convenient of one at that.

  181. mtaylo26 on December 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I use this travel system daily. The one thing I do not like about the car seat is its hard to fit toys for the baby to swing at. The stroller is alittle big and also would love if you could move the handle bars to face the baby when she is in the stroller without the car seat to watch her while you are walking. I have had this travel system for 6 1/2 months now and it has not real issues for me.

  182. The Low maitenance mom on December 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Somewhat bulky for the trunk of a corolla, but light weight, easy to use especially with only one hand free. Love they way it converts from infant stroller to toddler stroller. Lots of storage for parents things, too.

  183. First time mom on December 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This system is wonderful! When I was 8 months pregnant, I went to the store to try it out and see if I liked it. Even at 8 months pregnant, I was able to fold it, open it, carry the carseat, and steer the stroller with no problem. We use the carseat almost daily eventhough our daughter is just two months old. She loves it!! It fits easily in our MDX and in my husband’s toyota celica (2 door). The only thing I wish was different with the carseat is the handle. If I hang toys from it, they practically touch my daughter’s face and she’s little (just 7 lbs). We have only used the stroller a hand-full of times, but I have absolutely loved it each time! It is so easy to use and has plenty of room for all of our stuff. It is really big and is heavy to move around when it’s folded, but it’s worth it to me. I highly recommend this product!!

  184. L's mom on December 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We liked the system until it broke! At 5 months, I had trouble collapsing it after a trip to the mall. The next time I went to unfold it, it would not stay open. It always made an awful noise when folding/unfolding, but now something internal must be broke and the warranty has expired.
We did like the zig zag handle on the car seat but that doesn’t override the short durable life of the whole system.

  185. Proud wife and mother in WA on December 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I totally love this travel system! The car seat is lightweight, easy to haul around, and easy to adjust. The stroller folds and unfolds easily, and offers a smooth ride. I also love the design of the fabric. We have a boy now, but we can definitely use this for a girl later on!

  186. Elizabeth on December 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

After reading several reviews, I was ready to return this product before I used it. The carseat is a little big, but we have a small car. The officer who installed the carseat put it in the middle for that reason. He also said the handlebar could be put in the upright position. If anything, I wish I had a bigger car.

The stroller is great. It’s big but so is any travel system stroller. If you unlock the wheels in the front, they will turn 360 degrees for easier movement.

This stroller is great for the price.

  187. Amy on January 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I like the pattern because it’s neutral and the animals are cute. The stroller is awesome to maneuver and I think it works well even on grass/dirt. I took it all through the mall during Christmas shopping and had no issues. It is big but it has to be to fit the carseat on there and it folds up easily once you get the hang of it.

The car seat is a bit heavy and the handle doesn’t really make it any easier to carry. I love how easy it is to lock in place to the base. It even fits on shopping carts. However, it is very wide and doesn’t fit well in the back seat with the handle in the “car position”, even in our SUV, so we just keep the handle up. We did have to buy a foam insert to put under the car seat base cuz the car seat was pitched too far forward in one car but in the other car it’s fine. I guess it depends on your seats. The best thing about the car seat is the head “pillows”. Everyone comments about them and they make it more comfy.

  188. Proud first time mother on January 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

Overall, the system is easy to use. I have no problems folding and unfolding the system by myself. The stroller is easy to drive with only one hand which is nice. A few things I would change: 1.The handle is very large and when in the car position, it extends far from the end of the head of the seat making it necessary to move the front seats of the car forward quite a bit. 2.The car seat is pretty heavy on its own compared to other car seats. 3.The wheels of the stroller get stuck a lot which makes it difficult to drive at times. Also, my daughter is long and the carseat is not very comfortable for her anymore. We will probably have to purchase a different carseat soon.

  189. Landon's Mommy on January 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system! I love the fact that the stroller is easy to fold and unfold. When unfolding you must push the release button in order for it to unfold. I love the colors, great for boy or girl! My son loves it as well. He sleeps better in his car seat than his bed!

  190. VA mom on January 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We just retired the “infant seat” part of this travel system after getting A LOT of use out it in our daughter’s first 6 months. She came home from the hospital in it, she napped in it, and we even placed it in her crib b/c at first she would cry if just in the crib itself (this stopped at around 3 months).

Yes, it is very heavy, right before we stopped using it I couldn’t even pick it up anymore with her in it, and if I HAD to , I struggled. But I never once doubted its stability. We have gone on numerous road trips & the car seat was always fine.

The stroller part I’ve had some problems with I admit; nipping people in the heels, maneuvering, having to use all my strength to put it in the trunk, but I mean it’s a travel system stroller, I didn’t expect it to be compact or light.

Overall *knock wood* I like it. Space for our things, the great “peeking” window when the hood was up in the sunlight or rain, and hopefully it will continue to be a good item itself w/o the great infant seat.

  191. New mom on January 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This car seat would not fit in my VW Jetta. The handle made it impossible to fit it safely. We had a car seat check at the hospital and the car seat technician would not approve this carseat. Not only was it not a good fit but the harness would either stick or give slack when it wasnt supposed to. The technician demonstrated what the harness would do if we were in an accident and basically, the baby would just go flying. Not a safe carseat in my opinion. We are going with a graco.

  192. SweetBee253 on January 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I agree with quite a few Pro and Con reviews on here.
I am happy enough with the stroller, however for future buys I would consider different options, i.e being able to adjust the handle so that the actual stroller is forward or rear facing.
Also I think the recline should be able to be brought on further up, so that the child can sit up straight with support, rather than just holding on the the front tray or falling back in semi reclined position, something that is my current peeve with this stroller.
and YES the wheels are rather wobbly . . . without being able to be adjusted/tightened

All in All I’m ok with the stroller we have, but now with the first time experience of this product, will expect and look for more in future stroller.

  193. Gunner's Mom on January 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this product and then read the reviews about it. I was a little concerned, but decided to give it a chance. It has worked well for us for 5 months.

    1. Yes, it is big. I have an extended cab truck and the car seat only fit in the middle which is safer, but if you have other children in car seats it problably won’t fit. I used the latch system and it was very easy to install and level.

    2. There is an adjustment on the base for reclining so their head doesn’t fall forward.

    3. The stroller doesn’t fold with 1 hand-it takes 2!

    4. Lift the locks on the front of the stroller and it turns much easier! Great for people who shop a lot or take walks on pavement, not dirt. It has a lot of storage room for keys, cell phone, and sun glasses.

  194. new mom on January 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The handle on the carrier is quite large and doesn’t fit in my car well…I have a cadillac SRX and I thought it would be big enough to have the carrier installed as a car seat comfortably, but when my husband is in the car, the handle on the carrier gets jammed into the back of the seat. Wish I would have gotten the jogger stroller that I wanted instead of this one.

i bought this set for the design, very cute for a boy or girl & it didn’t scream baby. the fabric is very easy to clean. the best thing is you can loosen or tighten the harness very easily up front which is very nice in the winter time since sometimes she has her bulky jacket on. i’ve seen on some other that you can only adjust it from the back when the baby isn’t in it. the ONLY complaint i have is that you can’t put it in the car without the base. other carseats i have seen have little seatbelt hooks so we just have to remember to always uninstall the base when we switch cars. this problem could be fixed by buying an extra base. the stroller was very easy to put together and pushes sooo smoothly! it’s actually fun to take her out and about in it!

  197. vanessa on January 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My baby girl used it for almost 10 months, the car seat is a little heavy, but everything else is fine, my baby loves it, and she also has the mini suite of the same model.
Now we have to change the car seat cause the baby grows and is small for her.

I tried this system out before adding to my registry. I found it to be very easy to figure out. The car seat was easy to take out and put back in. It also was easy to fold and reopen. I love the one-hand handle feature, and the stroller is still easy to maneuver using only hand.

  200. Lovin my Gorgeous on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I choose this system because I loved the design very cute however I didnt realize how long the stroller would actually be. I know these strollers are larger but I have the hardest time putting it in the trunk of my 2005 honda civic. As for the carseat itself my daughter looks as comfortable as can be with all the cushions it comes with. The only thing is that my dautgher is now 3 months and the seatbelts fit a lil tight on her…so we might have to move on.

  201. Mother of ACE on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I really like this travel system. The car seat although kind of heavy is easy to move in and out of my car. I can fold the stroller with one hand and flip it open with ease. I use it now for my daughter but if I have a son he could use it too because it’s neutral. It really is Oh So Big because when I’m shopping I find it hard to manuever in between the racks. But overall I really like this stroller.

  202. Christen, E's mommy! on January 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

Though it IS a bulky system, it’s been great for us for five months so far. The base adjusts so the seat can recline more, or sit more. Lots of storage on the stroller, very smooth riding and easy to push. Accidentally got some water spots on the stroller and all it took was a little detergent/water on a rag and light rubbing and it came right out. No complaints at all!

  203. Alex's Mommy on January 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The system worked well while my son was still in the car seat. Since my son graduated to the stroller, I’ve been very unhappy as the seat does not sit up enough. My son seems very uncomfortable and will not sit in the stroller very long because he is partly reclining. I did contact Evenflo and they were nice, but they could not help as that is how the stroller is designed. Wish I would have thought of checking this part out before we purchased this one because then I would have bought something else.

  204. mikey on January 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

good product trusted company but back wheels are a problem. metal rod on plastic wheels causes wheels to wallow out. you pay a lot of money to just buy replacement parts a year later.

  205. mommynurse on February 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this system because I liked the pattern and the fact that it’s neutral. They are both cushy and comfortable for baby. The stroller is easy to set up and fold down, although it does take up a lot of room in the trunk. I really like the compartments it had for parents. It also is a very smooth ride. The carseat is nice, but I don’t think it could hold a 22lb baby like it’s rated for. My daughter is almost 8 mon and approx 17 lbs and is starting to grow out of it. I also love how easy it is to adjust the straps. Overall all I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

  206. Stacy on February 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We love it the car seat is not heavy at all and the stroller is easy to break down/set up. Also it moves very easy too..

  207. MommyO2 on February 8th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We bought this travel system because it looked comfortable. It had the best padding…

The stroller is bulky and difficult to lift into the car. The car seat is difficult to connect to the base, the base is difficult to secure in the automobile…it still wobbles after proper instilation.

From the day we placed our son in it, he hated it. He is now 3 mos old and still screams until we take him out. We have our daughter’s old car seat, a 7 yr old Graco (with no straps) that he loves to sit in. I am looking for another Graco seat for our travels.

  208. Ellie's Mom on February 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I registered for this system because I liked the pattern and my husband liked the way the handle was turned. Well the second use of the stroller one of the breaks broke off. Then, shortly after that the other break broke off. We went back to Toys R Us to do a simple exchange for the same thing figuring we got a fluke… well there in front of customer service was the exact same system returned by someone else earlier in the day for the exact same reason. So, we instead returned it and got a Graco!
    All other features were fine.

  209. Kelly on February 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The Travel System has an awsome pattern very neutral for either boy/girl. It is bulky and does take up a little more room than the norm, but other than that it’s great. I was reading the other reviews on how the brake levers broke and I have to say it’s probably how they are handling the stroller. I have not had any problems with it and my daughter is about to be 11 months.

  210. Alex's Mommy on February 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We put this system on our registry after doing much research on Consumer Reports. This system worked well while my son was in the car seat snapped into the stroller. But, now that our son is older and sitting in the actual stroller it is simply awful. The back does not sit up straight enough and as a result, my son either has to sit up on his own and hold onto the tray to steady himself OR he has to lean back the entire time, which of course results in him screaming. I would definitely not purchase this again. Wait until your child is older before you get one so you can see what your needs will be.

  211. Kirsten on February 21st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I think the stroller is great. It turns easily and is fine in bumpy areas. When folded up, it is a little large. The car seat works fine, but is heavy. I don’t have anything to compare it to, since this is my first child, but I would rather carry her by myself then in the carseat for long. Started to get hard at 13 lbs! Akward grip. Nice pattern and very durable. I did have something come off one of the wheels after a few uses but I put it back on and haven’t had anymore trouble.

  212. First time mom on February 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I haven’t used yet, because the baby’s not due until June. The design is very cute and neutral. It would be good for girl or boy. I can’t say yet if it’s comfortable for the baby, but it seems nicely padded. The stroller is a little large but it has good storage and handy compartments, which is important to me. It’s not much larger than camparable strollers though. Car seat is light and locks easliy into stroller.

  213. MaddenGrl on February 25th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The stroller is very easy to handle which is what I love so much about it. Especially the center handle when I have to walk my dog and push the stroller with one hand. It is a little bulky so I have to take it out trunk when going to the grocery store. Other than that I love it!

  215. vronniem on February 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My daughter is 9 months old now and even to this date I am not crazy about this system. I thought when she got older it might get better but I had to take her out of the carseat and switch her to a convertible car seat b/c she screamed in the car seat. It was very uncomfortable for her and the seat cover would not stay snapped on so you could see the inside foam of the car seat. The stroller is bulky. It maneuvers well but the wheels are too wide so that i don’t fit on all sidewalks that have poles on them and when i go shopping at the mall my girlfriends fit thru aisles with their strollers but i don’t. the seat in the stroller sits back too far. My daughter likes to sit up so i have to usually fold up a blanket or coat and stick it behind her so that she sits up higher. If I had to do it over again, and had the experience I have now as a first time mom I would not get this system. It’s neutral, that’s the greatest part about it.

  216. Maria on February 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My daughter just turned one and we have been using the carseat/stoller since her birth.
Overall, we have been satisfied, but I’ve never been in love. They are durable–my daughter was 10bs at birth and it has held up this long.
The stroller is bulky and heavy…But that is to be expected. My only real complaint with the stroller is that the seat can not be pushed all the way up-i.e. your child cannot sit all the way up. My daughter has had to pull herself forward to be able to sit up all the way. It does have great storage areas, and the seat attaches securely.
As for the carseat, it is VERY difficult for me to install. I have to put all my weight on it and do seeming gymnastics to get it buckled tight enough not to move around on the seat. It is bulky too. The straps are a bit time consuming, but they don’t budge once tightened. For me, I’d rather spend the time and know she’s secure. ALSO, the styrofoam on the back of the seat does not go all the way down and my daughter always has red marks on her back from the edge pushing the clothing into her, and when she was smaller and her back curved alot it was more defined redness. If the seat is not in full recline, her head would fall forward when she was younger. However, she’s never shown any real signs of being uncomfortable.
Hindsight is 20/20, and there are somethings we’d want to be changed, but for convenience, not safety. We will use it for our next child.

My daughter loves sleeping in this carseat! The fabric is so soft and its beautiful and comfy! She perfers sleeping in this carseat over her crib, bassinet, travel bed, and everything else. This wasn’t the travel system I originally wanted, but the one I wanted was out of stock (still is) when my aunt took me to buy this system (i got it as a shower gift) but over all I really do love this system and its so beautiful. I also have an 07 corolla and it fits perfect. The stroller also fits really good in the trunk and theres alot of space left. It is a little bigger than other travel systems. But you no travel system is small. So over all it was a great gift!

  218. Heather on March 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system is wonderful! I love the neutral print on it. That way it works for our daughter, but will be great if we have a son too. It folds up very easy, even one handed. I also love the middle handle that allows me to push it with one hand and use the other hand to walk our great dane!

  219. Lila's Mama on March 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We registered for this travel system and received it as a shower gift. Since we didn’t find out our baby’s gender ahead of time, this was a very neutral pattern/color and its SUPER cute. Our daughter was born 2 weeks early and at just 6lbs she fit in the car seat like a glove… and as she grows, it’s still perfect and comfortable for her.

-I really like the shape of the handle, it makes carrying it easy- you can grip it at different angles.
-I’ve washed the seat cover a couple times and it comes off and goes back on VERY easily.
    -The stroller has great control

  220. Alexa on March 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

When I first saw this traveling system I said this is the one that i’m getting for my baby, it was sooo cute. When i started using the carseat when the baby was born it was very uncomfortable. I was difficult to attach the base to the car and the baby seemed very tight on that carseat and uncomfortable. The car seat doesn’t lean back enough so when i took my baby home the first day her head kept coming down. WHen she was 2mos she didn’t fit in the carseat anymore, it was too tght for her, she hated it. I do not recommend it.
What good is it to buy that traveling system when the carseat it’s so difficult and uncomfortable and will only last you 2 or 3 months?????? do your research before you buy anything for your baby.

  222. Jake's Mommy on March 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this travel system because it was really cute. My husband loves how it has the option of the one handle. I like the zipper compartment under the wipes container for your Keys and wallet or whatever. i love the pattern how its gender neutral. It was really easy to put together and rides around smooth.

  223. kritter265 on March 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Super cute set BUT a lot of things I don’t like after having it for a year!!! This is my second child and do NOT recommend this stroller! The car seat was nice-a little uncomfortable once baby gets to be heavy, but OK. The stroller-yikes! First the good parts-love the wipes dispenser, however you cant put too many in at one time or they dry out, and the one hand maneuvering is great! The bad- first the straps to buckle baby in aren’t long enough. The width is fine (and I have a chubby baby), but when baby tries to sit up she takes the entire back of the stroller with her and the straps are as long as they can get! She HAS to be strapped in because the seat isn’t long enough for her not to slide out of it! Then, to make matters worse-you have to walk, not run or even walk fast with this sroller or the entire thing shakes like crazy if you are moving it too fast with a child in it over 15lbs. The cons out weigh the pros for this one…sorry.

  224. Megan- a walk in the zoo on March 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller yesterday. Absolutely love it! It’s very smoothe and the one handed steering is great! It took me not even 10 minutes to put it together by myself. It’s got lots of room for storage and a baby wipe dispenser that works great. Easy to fold up and open, the carseat is easily atttached. Baby has a head and body positioner which is great! Everything has worked out perfect!

  225. First time mom on March 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

The base was hard for my hubby to put in. He had to stand on the base to get it to adjust properly. Our daughter seems to be comfortable in it though so that is a plus. The carrier is not overly heavy with her in it right now, but she is just getting to 10lbs.
The stroller is comfortable for me to push. It does wobble a bit, but not so much that I would consider it unsafe. It is bulky, but fits all the stuff we need. It took me a few times to figure out how to get it unfolded, but now that I figure it out it is not too difficult. Overall, we like it.

  226. new mommy on March 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

love the stroller. its a great combination. Can’t say much yet my baby isn’t here. but when he is i plan on updated this!

  227. James' mommy on March 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this because of price and the cute pattern. I will never make that mistake again. The car seat was fine until I washed the cover. It must have shrunk in the wash, because it did not fit back on the car seat right. I had to keep pulling the cover down.
The stroller was also a mess. After about three uses, the lock got stuck in the fabric and ripped it. It is very hard to close with the one hand release. The basket underneath started ripping by the time my son was six months old. The fabric on the sun cover got ripped because of the struggles i had to get the stroller in the car. The seat does not sit up straight, so to see over the tray, my son has to hold himself up with the tray. The straps are very short, so if my son had his winter jacket on, I couldn’t get the straps around him (and he is a small kid.)
I would not recommend this travel system to anyone. I going out this week to get a new stroller that doesn’t look like five children have used it instead of one.

  228. First time mom on March 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Both items are light weight which is nice. The fabric is so cute. My daughter cried almost everytime we took her in the car. That leads me to believe that the seat is not comfortable. The stroller is easy to manuever however I do not like the recline. It dosn’t adjust to a full upright position like other strollers I’ve seen. So my daughter has to either sit upright without back support or sit back in a recline position. I would not buy this set again.

  229. Amanda on March 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It’s a great neutral travel system. The stroller is so easy to collapse but when you go to expand, it can be kind of confusing (handles are on the side). Also very easy to navigate the stroller one handed. Husband liked the frame – solid construction, sturdy & durable wheels & said was relatively easy to assemble.

The car seat is awesome! Very easy to adjust the restraint straps & baby seemed comfortable in. The carrier handle is a great design (z-shape). I think we’ll be outgrowing this one soon though – only holds infants up to 22 lbs… I highly recommend this system for moms who don’t want to splurge on an expensive travel system & will definitely get their money’s worth…

  230. sammyboysmom on March 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Great travel system! only downside is its a little big and bulky, but other then that perfect!

  231. Grandma Pat on March 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My daughter-in-law loves this stroller. She says she can snap it into the upright position using one hand and can fold it down also with one squeeze of the mechanism. She was so impressed by the stroller that she bought one just like it for her friend that is expecting 2 months after her baby is due. Alot of times you need to have the baby or a diaper bag or something in one arm, so the “one-handed” ease of opening and closing is a life saver. The padding in the seat and around the bars is very full and will keep the baby’s head safe from bruising as he or she grows and no longer uses the headrest. She hasn’t found anything she dislikes about this product to date.

  232. Chloë's mom on March 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I just love this travel system. Our Chloë just loves sleeping in both pieces. The day my husband and I brought her home from the hospital we had a very bad ice storm, which took out a lot of trees around our area. So Chloë spent the first week of life in her carrier being shuffled around from homes that had power. She is now 9 weeks old and love to be in her carrier or the stroller. I love that she fits and can lay back in her stroller and has lots of growing room. In the laying back position it is difficult to put things into the basket. The one hand release button was hard for me to get until I worked with it to get the combo right and READ ALL THE DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING. I do like the closing combo but if you have any type of arthritis use two hands. Keep in mind that you must pull up one button and push in the other at the same time. You will save your self lots of frustration, or a least reading everything did for me. The ‘Z’ handle is a wonderful idea and works for my husband (6′) but I am only 5′ 3″ so I have to carry the carrier a lot different then is made to be carried. It does seem just a tad bulky, but that is what the stroller is for. Also this system is wonderful if you have had a c-section. It helps with the “No carrying over some many ponds rule” you are given. I would recommend this to anyone. You can have hot thing in the cup holders just make sure that the cup is shielded, no togo cups/ take home cups. Must not be “hot” to touch is best. Also make sure you take every thing out of the storage places, I have left my cell phone and a drink in the cup holder and forgot about it.
Tip for stroller release lever. I have it in the back of my HHR so the release lever is facing out. So as I am pulling it out I hit the lever so it unfolds when being taken out. This make it easier to be quick when it is cold, hot, raining or snowing out side.

  233. stay at home momma on April 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller/carseat combo is great! I use this all the time and the only thing that’s happened so far is the tray on the stroller is cracked (but it still works perfectly) and that is my fault. (I dropped it on the ground). It’s so easy to fold up with one hand, and it fits in the trunk of my car with little effort (saturn ion). If someone’s child screams everytime they’re in the car, its not that the seat is uncomfortable, its that they have a cranky baby who doesn’t like to stare at the back of a seat. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again in a heartbeat. Its really easy to get the carseat in and out of the car as well. Some of the other more expensive stroller/carseat combos I couldn’t fold up with one hand, steer easily, or steer with one hand. I opted for this one because of its easy use and the price was just a bonus!

  234. Alexanders Mom on April 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

My husband and I really enjoy this travel system. It was a great value, and works so well for us. I really like the belts in the infant car seat. They are very easy to use. There is a button in the front of the seat to loosen the sholder straps and one strap in the front of the seat to tighten both of them up at once. It is very easy to use, and easy to get my son in and out of. The stroller is also very nice. There are plenty of pockets to put small things like my keys and cell phone, and a place for baby wipes. It is great for shopping or just going for a walk.

  235. MLS on April 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

After reading some online reviews I was a little nervous about purchasing, however, I am incredibly impressed thus far. The car seat snaps in/out of the stroller and base with EASE!!!! The stroller folds up quickly and easily! The stroller pushes with one hand! I think any bad reviews and difficulties in using this combo unit are due strictly to operator error. The pattern of the material is so adorable and neutral for boy or girl, if you don’t know what you are having. I liked it so much that I bought the play yard mini suite too. I have no complaints and am terribly impressed and think anyone will be getting a great value with this purchase.

Prons : Large storage basket, wipe dispenser to clean messes , easy one hand fold, rich foam in head support…

  237. First Time Mom on April 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We love this car seat. Our only complaint is that you can’t use it without the base. This isn’t a huge problem unless you want to travel by plane (the base makes it a lot bulkier in the checked luggage) or are wanting to put it in another car for a one time thing. It just makes it a little inconvenient.

  238. Jenn on April 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My baby is nearly 2 months old and she is outgrowing it fast. She is a bit bigger (nearly 13 lbs) But that is way to fast to outgrow a car seat. It was very cute looking and that is why I liked it at first. The stroller works great and I love all the features but the car seat is just getting too small. I have the straps on the highest setting and there is barely any “extra” strap for when she grow. Will need a new one before 6 months if not sooner.

  239. First time mom on April 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this system. It’s cute for boy or girl. My daughter is 10 months old, 21 pounds, and still fits in the carseat fine. It’s easy to get in and out of the base and carry around. Of course, now I just get my daughter in and out. The stroller is great for shopping because it holds so much stuff! My only complaint like another one on here is that the back doesn’t go into an upright position. I just put a small pillow behind my daughter’s back, though. It’s been great, and I will pass this along to my sister.

  240. Proud Mama on April 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the little animals and the roomy basket… but thats about it. It’s so heavy and bulky. I can barely get around stores at the mall. The car seat it great. My 7 months old just grew out of it. I am only 5 feet tall and this stroller is horrible for me. Oh and the seat doesn’t recline to and upright position.

  241. Tammy on April 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The car seat is fine, but the stroller is terrible. It doesn’t sit up far enough, if the baby is strapped in correctly she is forced to lie back when (like any normal 11-month old) she really wants to sit up and look around. It also is way to big/heavy and will not fit in the trunk of my car.

  242. marymary on April 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

stroller wobbles and shakes a lot! my daughter is just now 3 months old and about to be too long for this seat. it doesn’t sit back enough, so her head constantly falls forward, and her feet are almost about to hang off the edge! (and she isn’t a bigger baby than most! she’s in the 75% for height and 50% for weight but we are running out of belt to adjust) had i known we were going to have to buy a convertible car seat so quickly i wouldn’t have bought a travel system at all. the one handed stroller open and close function was impossible to do with two hands in the beginning, but now it’s worn in enough that it will work easily (two-handed). the stroller is bulkier than most and difficult to load.

  243. Heather on April 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We’ve been using this travel system since my little guy was born and he’s 8 months old now. The stroller has a great amount of storage which is awesome for shopping trips and outings. My son is just growing out of the carseat and I’m pretty bummed we have to move to a convertible carseat because it is so convenient to just pop out the seat and put in in the stroller and then back to the car when I’m running around. The stroller is easy to breakdown and fits perfectly in the trunk of my small car (Civic). I do agree with another reviewer though that when using just the stroller without the carrier, it doesn’t sit up as high as it should. As we just started using it this way I think we are going to put a blanket behind the padding to sit him up more. All around I definitely recommend this system.

  244. Moleissa on April 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

When my son was a newborn, this was the perfect stroller for us. Infant seat locks in perfectly and with ease into the stroller AND the car. But as my son got bigger, and after testing out my friend’s stroller, I realized that this baby, the stroller that is ;), weighs about 22 lbs! That’s really no trouble for me, because I’m not on car loading duty, but it killed my husband’s back. It BARELY fit into our trunk, but left no space for anything else. We ended up getting a lightweight
(10 lb) stroller at 9 months, and it’s a breath of fresh air! We still use the infant seat for back up though. Overall, perfect for newbie babies, but not for toddlers 🙂

  245. Mom on April 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because I liked the pattern and how easy it was to push the stroller. I wanted a larger stroller with a big basket. However, I was hesitant to buy since it was the 3rd from the lowest price at BabiesRUs. I like how easy the seat can be removed from the base and clicked into the stroller. However, my daughter is now 10 months & 17 lbs and sits up fine on her own. As a result I don’t have to get the seat out of the car much anymore but it’s easy to remove her form the seat. We keep the stroller in the garage and take it for longer trips or rough ground areas. We have moved to an umbrella stroller for quick trips and I now need to purchase another seat since she is only 1 inch from the top of the seat. The seat cover is also easy to wash if needed. I have been very, very happy with the purchase and even though the seat is going into storage for the next baby, we will be using the stroller (with a pillow to keep her more upright) for a very long time.

This stroller is great for the value. We looked at more expensive stroller but went with this one and have enjoyed for almost 8 months now with no problems. I like the pattern and the huge basket underneath. I do wish the stroller had just a lap strap and not just an over the shoulder straps. Overall a good stroller.

  247. Trinacy's Mommy on April 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I just put this travel system together today. I did find how the seat does recline back up to a sitting position. There is a belt behind the seat that you pull down on and it raises the back up. I made sure all the functions on this product worked fluidly, which they do. So far I have no complaints.

  248. mommy-to-be on April 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I had registered for this stroller, but then read comments about it online and was worried about purchasing it. The main concern I had was that I had read from another reviewer that the seat portion of the stroller does not sit upright. I went into Babies R’ Us and asked a manager, who was great about showing me that the seat does, in fact, sit upright. Our baby won’t be here for another few weeks, but so far this stroller/car seat is great! My husband had it put together in a matter of minutes and I’ve found it easy to fold down and put up. It even has a pocket, under the handle that I didn’t know about, to store your wallet and keys! The pattern is great–very neutral. The only reason I didn’t give this stroller 5 stars is the price—I think it’s a little pricey, but other than that, seems great!

  249. JJsMomma on May 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We love this carseat and stoller! We used the stroller before we used the carseat only because our son had to be in a carbed due to having oxygen. But it was great when he was because we just slid his o2 tank and apenea moniitor under the stroller and still had room for the diaper bag. It’s great because it lays back and it’s good when he is sleeping. It’s very easy to change it to the upright position. There is a piece that can come up and hook onto the cup holder so the can’t slide out and that really makes it nice when they are little. The carseat was great too. Easy to adjust and install. Oh and the little head support that it comes with was great even for my tiny guy!

I didn’t know if we were having a boy or a girl, so I wanted a neutral Stroller System. I wanted it gender neutral because I wanted to use the Stroller System for my next child. I love the design and the colors. Very Cute.

I think the carseat is great and very sturdy. My son used it until be was 7 months old.

The stroller on the otherhand, was not so great. At 3 months old, my son’s feet were dangling out of the stroller and I had to remove the shoulder belts. Thats when I started to notice all the flaws and poor quality. It squeaks and is not very stable. The back doesn’t position all the way forward so my son keeps trying to pull himself up and forward. I must admit there is so much storage space in/on the stroller. 2 cups holders, the wipe dispenser, and the secret section under the wipe dispenser and the under seat bins.

If I had to go back, I would not get this stroller system again. I do not think this stroller will make it to my son’s 1st birthday.

the infant seat sits the baby up straight and my daughters head keeps falling forward what to do??? my poor baby always cries when i’m putting her in the seat.

  252. Raquel the new mommy on May 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Very convenient and pretty stroller. Easy to use for the most part. The only down side is that ours seemed to rip and tear on the first use, now it looks like we have an old stroller.

  253. Mom of 3 on May 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We bought this stroller brand new and had it for 9 months and just started to use the stroller without the carseat carrier. Unfortunately the stroller fell apart this weekend. The snack tray had already broken off and was a safety issue for my daughter’s legs. Now the fold down feature won’t work and the basket below ripped months ago. Basically this stroller is useless now. I will be calling evenflo to get my money back or a new stroller. We had purchased another Evenflo stroller for my 2 oldest children and loved it, this stroller is designed poorly.

We had problems with this stroller/car seat even in the beginning. My daughter’s head fell forward as an infant while she was in the carseat carrier. We even took it to a carseat safety check and the police officer said there wasn’t anything we could do to fix it -it was a design flaw. Spend your money on another stroller!

  254. Peyton's mommy on May 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This set was a gift and I loved the design pattern. I wish I could rate this set highly, but I cannot.

First, the car seat is poorly made and small. My son outgrew it too fast. He hated it and usually cried while he was in it. He always looked like he was falling forward.

Second, the stroller fell apart after 10 uses. My husband and I were taking a walk and one of the wheels broke off and cracked down the middle. We could not fix it. It is heavy and is also difficult to setup. The fabric is cheap and shows wear after only a few uses.

Overall, I am very disappointed. Needless to say, we have already purchased and new car seat and are in the market for a new stroller.

  255. grandma on May 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

we are very disappointed that the car seat can’t be used without the base when travelling in someone else’s car. My other grandson has one that has slots for a seatbelt and is very easy to hook up. This carseat also doesn’t recline enough for a newborn even though the instructions say to use a rolled up towel for more of a recline…the baby’s head still goes forward too much. We haven’t used the stroller yet but the reviews for that aren’t very promising.

  256. Rooterbug's Mom on May 25th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Well, I’m going to say the same thing that everyone else before me has said about this product…When my son was a newborn, his head was always falling forward because the seat sat him up too high. Also, if you have a smaller car (we have a two door) you can’t lay the handle down into the car position…we have to leave it up in the carry position. And the handle seemed kinda loose to me as well…My son is now almost three months old and he still has trouble keeping his head up when we’re in the car. He just looks so uncomfortable and he gets very fussy. I also don’t like that we had to waste money on an extra base because you can’t just strap it in with a seatbelt. I liked that it was smaller than most carseats because of our smaller vehicles and the print was adorable…the stroller has held up so far…the only problems for me are that it’s heavy, and I have to remove the wheels in order to fit it into my trunk. But so far, my son loves strolling around the neighborhood in it.

  257. Diegos Mommy on June 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love that the car seat can be removed without the base but it sits to forward and my son’s head leans forward. He crys in the car seat so I have to make sure we go somewhere around nap time or else he will notice his head leaning.

The stroller is great! Its heavy though and I have trouble lifting it into my trunk. It takes up a lot of space too. I do love that it can lean down though so my son can sleep and lay down when he is older. I love that it has a window on the top with a cover so the sun doesnt shine through.
It has a great cover that can be moved into different positions depending on where the sun is.

Overall, this product isn’t worth the money sadly. The stroller is good but the car seat is uncomfortable.

  258. LuvMyDaniJo on June 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

i use the car seat all the time and the stroller atleast once a day. the carseat is a little big, i cant fit it in booths at restaurants, but it fits in my car just fine. its a cutlass, its not a big car… i love it cuz its roomy, she always looks comfortable.

the stroller is fabulous. i absolutely love it and reccommend it to anyone. i say it has four wheel drive because the wheels are nice n big and i can navigate anywhere.

i put the whole thing together by myself (single mom) and it was easy. installing the carseat was also really easy.

i love this product!!!! i would definetely buy an evenflo stroller combo again. <3

  259. Noels mommy! on June 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the stroller because it has alot of space to put things in like bottles, pacifers etc.
I like the fact that it has a handle so you can push the stroller with one hand.
I dont like that the seat cant go up alot.
And the stroller is really heavy.
But its easy to fold and unfold.

  260. Aline on June 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is a great stroller! It is light, easy to push, easy to close, lots of space in the bottom, space for your keys, space to put two bottles and a space for baby wipes, it doesn’t get dirty easily, and very good price. I have one of these in Miami and the another one on the Cape.
I bought a stroller to our home in Brazil, but I regret it. It is smaller, it doesn’t have different places to keep your stuff and it is heavier to push, it is a different brand, it is graco which is a very good brand, but not this pink stroller I bought. Anyway, this evenflo stroller is awesome, you can’t go wrong, and you can use it for a boy or a girl. I have a baby girl, but because we are planning on another kid, we bought something they could both use.

  261. Walking Mama on June 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My major complaint is that you cannot walk quickly with this stroller. The front wheels start shaking everywhere, which is really dangerous when crossing a street. Then it is huge in the trunk of my Toyota Matrix. I like that there is complete shade for baby if she is in the car seat in the stroller. The car seat has been fine, but is not holding up well now that we’re 10 months in. Yes, it’s cheaper, but you might need to re-purchase for baby #2.

  262. Michel on June 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The car seat worked fine. The only complaint that I have is the rear axle would keep bending because the handle would apply preasure to it when folded up. Ordered a replacement part from evenflo thinking it was someting that I was doing wrong. New part did the same thing. Great idea for pushing with one hand but poor construction

  263. Stay at home mom on June 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I never had any problems with the carseat. My son used it from the day he came home from the hospital. His head never fell forward and he always slept well and seemed comfortable. I think it’s important that the base is installed correctly in order for the carseat to sit properly. The stroller is good (as far as comfort, compartments, room, etc.), but VERY heavy. It takes up my entire trunk and I drive a Mazda3, medium sized 4 door car. I’m also 5’9″ and I had a hard time getting this big, bulky stroller in the trunk! I will keep it for bigger trips and special occasions. The colors are very cute and neutral, everything still looks brand new! I will definitely by using the carseat for my next child as well!

  264. Nightmomma on June 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It’s a wonderful stroller for a baby!! However, my only thing is that it does not make the baby sit up straight. At about 10 months my daughter wanted to see everything and I tried to make the back straight up and down and it did not work. She has to recline back at about a 20 degree angle. But otherwise a very good stroller! We still use for walks and my daughter is almost 15 months old.

VERY easy to fold. I can do it with one hand. Even grandma can fold it easily! And it’s small enough that it fits into my neighbor’s very small car and we can still have storage space in the back.

  265. April a particular first time mom on June 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I researched long and hard and played with just about every stroller I came across. Looking it over from the shelf to purchasing it and bringing it home. I have LOVED this system! I wanted something neutral being first time parents. I drive a 2006 Kia Optima and I can have my stroller in my trunk length wise and still fit a round of groceries in there. The car seat fits just fine in my back seat behind the passenger with the handle in the carry position. I have heard reviews complaining that the manuverability through department stores and down aisles is not the greatest. I haven’t had any probs. I have taken this stroller system, with my daughter in it since she was born 3/27/09, into a […] dressing room and into the actual dressing room and did just fine. The compartments are very handy. I love the light color of the parttern because it doesn’t attract heat and also because I have beige interior. The material is EASILY removed and thrown in the washer. I let it air dry instead of in the dryer. I have to say that I purchased mine off of […] BUT, I would have paid the retail price if I hadn’t gotten such a great deal.

  266. Mommy of One on June 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this because of the pattern and the fact that it fully reclines. We wanted something that could be used for boy or girl. I like the pattern but hate how big the stroller is folded down. I drive a Santa Fe and it takes up the entire back. The base of car seat sits about 2 inches off the seat, the handle cannot go in the car position because it sticks out way far, even attached on the stroller it sticks out much farther than the other brands. One of the brake prongs broke on the first use and the little hubcap part that covers the wheel attachment fell off somewhere after a couple uses on flat surface at store (still waiting to hear back from EvenFlo about it). My daughter is 9 weeks old, 12 lbs and 23 3/4 inches long and is already on the highest spot for the car seat harness so she’ll be out of it soon. The stroller seat does not sit up all the way, makes her mad, she is very nosy and wants to see everything. You can’t get into the bottom storage when the seat is fully reclined because it moves baby all over. I do like the cup holders and storage for parents on the handle, a lot of it. Also It does not come with the cargo net according to EvenFlo like it states in the description on this website. I have been looking into getting a Graco. My sister is using hers that is 5 years old now for her second child and has never had a single problem with it and mine already needs replacement parts!! One thing I really liked was the head cusions. It looks like big ears on baby but very cute and functional.

  267. Gina on June 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It’s very nice looking, easy to use, loads quickly and opens quickly. It’s the right height to wheel down a street, no handles to attach, you don’t have to slump down to wheel it.

  268. mom of boy, boy & girl on June 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It is so heavy and bulky. I drive a suv and it still takes up to much room. I also didnt like that when using the carrier you cant block out all the wind. It doesnt cover as well as others can, there were big holes in the side, so now when my little girl is in it asleep I cover it with a blanket and then the canopy.
But, I love the print, and all the places my things can go! I am always on the go with my kids and this gets a lot of use and it has kept up with it all. I havent had any issues with it falling apart.
It is a great item, its just so heavy and bulky!

  269. Mom of 1, another on the way! on July 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

We LOVE this travel system. The infant seat was super easy to carry, our baby slept great in it, and it was super easy to clean. Our baby stayed in this seat until the absolute weight limit, without having to replace anything! The stroller is very easy to open and retract back down, the only thing is that it does take up a lot of room in the trunk. We have a minivan now, though and it works better. That stroller is TOUGH! Never had anything break or come loose, and my husband is very rough on it! All in all, would buy this set again and would recomment to friends/family.

  270. loving mom on July 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Loved the infant seat, my daughter was always comfortable. The stroller was great for an infant when you use the seat. However, the stroller does not sit up enough. My 10 month old did not like to not be able to sit up and see everything. I had to buy a new stroller. Also sides of the stroller ripped. Vary big takes up
    alot of trunk room.

  271. On the go on July 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is the best combo out there. The carseat carrier is very light and easy to use. I have this system along with my sister and friend and we all LOVE it. It has held up well and my daughter loves the stroller and was always comfortable in the carseat. She was a preemie and was 4lbs when she came home and the base worked well. Nothing has broken like others have said. The base fit well in my car and others that I know. The stroller is sooooo easy to fold and unfold which makes taking in and out of the car a sinch! I would recommemnd this stroller to all!!

  272. Rich on July 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought another stroller system (yes a whole new travel system!) because this one was terrible to carry and was really cheap. The wheels were already cracking at about 2-3 months of use.

I will say that the Evenflo personnel were nice when we called because it didn’t come with the headshade, they sent one within two weeks.

  273. Sue on July 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My mother brought me this stroller for me and i never used the stroller part all until i had to take my son up and to hospital all the time and easier to push him in it and put his diaper bag in the bottom it.. he was born in december and we didn’t use it until march one day of used the netting was riped up and month later the carseat didn’t pass the carseat inspection by shieff office held in my local town the handle on it moves too much with in the up right …… Then few weeks ago all the little white straps that holds the seat cover on the carseat broke off .. Me and my Mother are so angery wit this product…

  274. Mom on the go on July 14th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Its a beautiful design, easy to put together but…the stroller is VERY difficult to turn and My son gets very hot in it and sweats! I’m not impressed with it at all! Also, the car seat is difficult to install in a Nissan Altima. It does not get tight and wobbles alot!

  275. Kate on July 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My 3 month old daughter & I use both the car seat & the stroller every day to walk. I love that the stroller comes with a little window at the top so that I can peak in at her even if she’s all covered up. The carseat is sturdy & light & extremely easy to install. We bought 2 bases so we keep them in each car. The stroller folds & opens up very easily.

  276. L's mommy on July 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I use the car seat and stroller just about every day, and even after 3 months, it works like new…and looks like new too! I think that the people who have issues with this system don’t understand how to read directions or are not careful with things. No stroller is going to work well if you are tossing it around. I brought my seat to the local police station to install and the cops told me that I picked one of the safest seats. If you take care of your items, they wouldn’t break. I understand that with kids, its tough, but there is nothing that is indestructible, and you shouldn’t expect this to be. If you read the directions when assembling this and take care of things, this system should last you a long time!

My little one LOVES the seat. She smiles when she sees it and gets excited when I put her in it.

  277. One of the hardest women to ever please! on July 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This system is great, great, great! Now, I can only compare it with the Graco Glider, but I think my review still counts. I have never, ever had a problem with either the stroller or carseat. It’s not too heavy and maneuvers easily. I love the pattern, but that has nothing to do with functionality, obviously. The carseat restraint system is so easy to tighten and loosen, and the carseat itself is super easy to get in and out of the car and the stroller. We actually ran over our stroller and bent the back wheel/axle and had a replacement from Evenflo within a week ($30). You can’t run with it – my husband discovered that trying to be funny. The stroller folds up and down with ease, and you don’t ever have to mess with the tray.

  278. Brooklynn's Mommy on July 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I got this stroller as a baby shower gift and i hate it!! The carseat was fine when my daughter was a newborn however now my daughter is almost 9 weeks old and has already almost grown out of it!! It says it holds up to 22lbs and it doesnt! My daughter is only 11 lbs. and she will probably be out of this seat by the end of next month!! and the stroller is huge and hard move around..i have a dodge charger and the stroller takes up my WHOLE trunk and the base for the carseat sucks!! it moves around alot when trying to lock the seat..the only positive thing about this seat is the pattern..i got it so i could use to for a boy or girl..

  279. Lil' B's Mommy on July 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I got this set as a baby shower gift and yes it was easy to set up and put together the carseat and stroller it self are horrible!! The stroller is big and bulky..the front wheels dont turn very well on the stroller..The carseat my daughter is only 2 mon old and a police officer where i live told me she was too big for the carseat and she only weighs 11 lbs and 22in long!! so i had to return this set up to Babys R Us..thank god they were understanding..Not to mention the carseat made my baby hot and sticky..she would sweat all the time! I went and bought the Bertini and it was worth every penny!!! Cheaper is NOT always BETTER..there is a reason why its cheaper!!!

  281. Gabriel's Mommy on July 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It is a nice travel system. Although, the stroller does not sit up all the way, not so great for a toddler who wants to sit up straight!

  282. Busy Mom of Two on July 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

If I was able to test drive this travel system, I wouldn’t buy it. It was a baby shower gift and the reciept wasnt provided. It was too bulky to fit easily in and out of the trunk of an Altima and Malibu. The wheels kept breaking off but Evenflo did provided one replacemnet after that you have to pay. When maneuvering on grassy terrain or concrete hills and sidewalks)the wheels of the stroller would lock or stick. The canopy on the carrier constantly fell over onto my child. My son at 4 months easily grew out the carrier. The carrier could not be used independently of a base. This is the only seat my son cries in when placed in the carrier. I had to use my sister’s. The harness system was hard and difficult to adjust. Overall not convenient for a single mom of two when sometimes only one hand is available.

  283. Lilys Momma on July 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I had a different stroller on my registry but it was no longer there when my MIL went to get it for us. So she got this one. It is great. It was easy to put together and the stroller is easy to fold up. I read a lot of the reviews and I don’t agree with any of the bad ones. You just cant be an idiot. it seems to me the other reviewers who had problems just couldn’t figure it out.Every complaint they had I was able to figure out why they were having issues. The seat is not to small! my daughter is 9 weeks old and she has a way to go before its to small for her. You just have to learn to adjust it properly, it is fixable. When I take the stroller out of the trunk the wheels always lock up so you have to unlock them or they are hard to turn. I have a normal size car and the stroller fits great in the trunk with extra room. The seat is a little big for the car but it works fine. The pattern is super cute. I love it…

  284. Bennett on August 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I liked this stroller overall. The cup holder tray for the child didn’t last more then a few times of him sitting in it without the car seat. It still worked by holding the car seat in but didn’t look the greatest. I liked the amount of storage space underneath and I liked the way it folded up. I’ve had the stroller for almost a year with a good amount of usage. I will be surprised if my son will still be able to ride in it at the age of three without anything have broken

  285. Stay at home mom on August 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I used this stroller since my daughter was born..shes now 15 months and its still in good condition.. the wheels squeaked at around 6 months but that was a quick fix…. overall a good cute stroller

  286. nursey mom on August 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

the stroller is great! handles well, durable, folds up & opens up easily.

the carseat handle is not comfy in my hand & doesn’t fit in our car (& we have a hummer) with the handle folded down like it’s supposed to be–so we have to leave it locked in the upward position when in the car.

  287. Jake's Mom on August 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The stroller is nice. He loves to ride in it. The carseat seemed a little small though. We ended up buying another car seat because even as a newborn it seemed snug and he’s not a big baby at all.

  288. Karina on August 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love it! I have had nothing break, the netting underneath holds up great, cup holders are great. The size is great. My daughter is 10 months old and still fits in the car seat fine. It’s very easy to open and very easy to fold down – couldn’t be better. All the negative reviews I read I do not agree with as far as my experience goes. The pattern is very cute and can be used for a boy or girl.

  289. Trinacy's Mommy on August 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I really enjoy this system. I love the pattern. The stroller is very easy to use and I have not had any problems with the quality of it. I have a 96 grand am and i am able to fit the stroller and groceries in my trunk. My husband’s car is an 06 cobalt, and it’s tough to get the stroller in (only because chevy made the trunk opening very small) but once in we can still fit groceries in his as well. The base fits well in the car and for all those who don’t put the handle down is it because you don’t have your base in the middle (which is safest) if you have one child. We are able to put her handle down with no need to adjust our seats and it makes the seat even more snug and doesn’t move around like some had a problem

  290. Vivian's Mommy on August 24th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Hubby put this together in just a few minutes. Biggest complaint is how heavy this is when loading in/out of trunk. I would never take this somewhere like an amusement park once my daughter is able to sit in an umbrella stroller. I also have a hard time using the one-button folding mechanism, but hubby gets it every time. I like the durability of this, and definitely like the neutral animal pattern (for the likelihood of baby #2). The carrier is very good, and the head pads are perfect for wobbly newborn noggins.

  291. Mother of 1 on August 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

As light weight as a car seat can get! Easy one hand fold down for stroller and light weight for me to get in and out of trunk.

very very poor construction, unusable after 6 months

  293. Tariq's mommy on August 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I thought I had reviewed the travel systems enough but I guess I didn’t! I LOVE the design but thats about it. My son HATES the car seat, my mother n law pointed out how hard the seat is. So I tired to fix that by putting a blanket under the seat cover and then notice how short the straps are. I would think if you had a chunkier baby, he wouldnt fit. I also found out that the straps are short on the stroller also, I couldn’t use the 5 point belt. (I went to a garage sale and got a $5 stroller and works better) I do like all the extra’s on the stroller but since I havent been able to use it but only a handful of times, that dosent matter to much. It was easy to put together, I did it by myself when I was 8 months prego. Wish I could have took it back, not worth the price at all! My son is only 3 and a half months and I need to get a different carseat one that holds a taller baby! The seat also dosent fit that well in my car and we have a full size car (cadillac) the front seats have to be all the way up and my husband is tall so it is just hard to manage! The wheels did lock up on me when I was able to use it. My son also seems to sweat alot in this seat and we are in portland so it’s not that hot here!
I am also putting a complaint in with the company, since no matter what the straps should be longer & the seat should be softer!

Once again, NOT worth the price. I should have got the cheaper one I was looking at!
