This set is so easy and convenient!! The stroller folds up with the push of one button, and the car seat snaps in easily to the car seat base and stroller. I love all the compartments the stroller has- I can store wipes in one, my phone and pacifiers in another, and it has two cup holders. The design is grate for my little boy and matches his swing, pack and play, and diaper bag. The base is easy to install as well and the car seat is so easy to take out of the car. The stroller is so easy to maneuver also! I would recommend this system to every one!!

  2. Crazy Momma on January 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved this carseat stroller set. I havent used the stroller much my only complaint is the stroller is big. It was handy when going to the zoo.. and it is easy to move for its size. but in crowded areas it can be difficult.
The carseat is nice in every way. my only complaint about the carseat was it doesnt fit into standard highchairs in restruants. it needs a carseat sling.

  3. Holly on January 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system. I get compliments on the colors all the time and it can be used for a boy or girl. The car seat clicks in super easy into the base as well as the stroller. The stroller is not the easiest to maneuver in tight quarters. If I had the money, I would have splurged on a BOB stroller because I hear they are very easy to maneuver. Over all, I love this travel system.

  4. Chey on January 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved this travel system from the beginning. I loved the style and how easy it was to use. I never imagined it would actually save my 3 month old baby’s life! We were stopped at a red light and a drunk driver rear ended us going about 45 mph. He never hit the breaks. The entire back seat had been pushed forward and his usually reclining carseat was in a standing upright position, but my son had NO injuries…just some soreness for awhile. The emergency techs checked out the carseat and said it was perfectly fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They advised us to get another one anyway, but cleared us to use it for a trip to the hospital. After being checked out that night, he was cleared again by doctors. He was even laughing at the nurse…harder than I had ever heard him laugh before. That was what we all needed after such an accident. I can’t say enough about this travel system!

  5. new mom on January 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller and car seat! So cute and baby is happy! Only con is that it is bulky. We have a civic and a volvo. It fits in both but the stroller takes up most of the trunk.

  6. Kbug's mama on January 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I have had this travel system for 8months now and from day one things never worked 100% right on this stroller. The top shade has a jerk in it and is hard to push up, the piece that holds it to the stroller broke, the tires make a horrid noise like they are going to break, and to top it all off my 8month old fell out of it because the harness broke. The carseat on the other hand was great except the shade always falls completely down and the little hooks come out.

  7. Nikky(i love my son) on January 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller i especially love my car seat i love the colors the only bad thing is that its so heavy it doesnt fit in alot of my families trunks other than that i love it.

  8. Littleboysmommy on January 8th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’ve had this stroller for about 9 months now. When I first saw it at the store, I fell in love with the look of it, loved the colors and the design of it. I had to get it, along with the play yard, the diaper bag and the swing….but do I regret getting this stroller, I can’t even carry my son in the car seat because it so heavy, and the stroller is kind of bulky too…Also, when I’m getting it out of my trunk, sometimes it gets stuck and I have a hard time opening it up. I wish I had gotten a different one for that price. I guess expensive is not always the best. Don’t waste you’re money, and buy one that you will enjoy.

  9. new mommy 08 on January 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My son is now 2 month and we have gotten much use out of this combo. Its perfect when we go places if my son is sleeping my husband and i don’t have to wake him up because the car seat goes right on the stroller. rides very smooth, looks great and comfy! car seat is kinda heavy but maybe im just weak:) but i really love this stroller and car seat.

  10. New Mom on January 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller set! It is soo easy to use anywhere we go – stores, zoo, parks, museums. The seat is awesome. I feel that my little girl is very safe. She always falls asleep in it! We were going to get a lighter stroller, but we are very happy we didn’t.

  11. Lily's Mom on January 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Has always been great – we were in a head on crash at 70 mph and she came out without a scratch!

  12. Emily's mom in NY on January 14th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system! The SafeSeat is a good, solid car seat and I like the higher height/weight limit so I can get more use out of this seat because it was not cheap!
The stroller is great, especially at the mall where I can put all my purchases in the basket. It is a tad heavy, but it is so easy to open and fold up!

  13. Kat Garcia on January 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’ve had this travel system for nine months now, and have no complaints. It is very easy to use. The stroller folds up/down with the ease of one button. The stroller has been to amusement parks, to the zoo, walks, etc…very comfortable for my son.

  14. Jaydens Mama on January 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This Travel system has a very cute pattern and the carseat snaps real easy into the base!! Thing is my son was a preemie w/ alot of medical & weight issues. By the time he was 14 pounds he couldn’t fit into the carseat anymore!!! I was so upset because I really liked it & for the amount spent it should’ve lasted longer. I had to end up buying a 3-1 carseat because my son was too small for the 2nd stage but too big for this car seat. And the only time I used the stroller was in the hospital I used the snap & go instead it was much much easier & less bulky.

  15. Tiffanie....first time parent! on January 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I use it every time I go shopping with my son. It’s really durable. And it’s also very stylish!!! I get so many compliments on it.

  16. skittlez621980 on January 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system it looks great. washes nicely. (cat pee pee’d in it once I could have killed him). The only thing is it is a lil heavy but maybe they all are this is my first baby so i don’t have anything to compare it to.

  17. Mommy2be on January 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We just got ours and it was a piece of cake to assemble, the colors are beautiful and its so sturdy.

  18. MummaL on January 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I fell in love with the product and the design immediately. It’s durable and great quality. I’ve NEVER had any kind of issues with the travel system. I’ve received so many compliments on the design too! My son is always comfortable and we use the stroller and car-seat EVERYDAY. I love the stroller and the height of the handlebar (I’m tall!), the storage compartments are SO convenient and I love that I can hold my son in one arm and fold the stroller up with my free hand! The stroller is NOT that heavy, I mean….how far do you really have to carry it anyway? You can PUSH it everywhere! The only time you really lift it is if you are loading it into the car or up/down stairs. The carseat IS a little heavy, but I was aware of that when I purchased the product. It is designed for extended use which was a huge selling point for me. I usually leave the carseat in the car now that my son is older, but when he was a baby, it wasn’t a hassle as he didn’t have the extra weight yet! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this travel system, the play-yard and swing to any parent looking for a quality product.

  19. Driving Miss Daisy on January 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This system is great. everything works so well with each other part, like a well-oiled machine. I am 5’10” so i have had no problems with it being to heavy or such, and we also have a GMC Jimmy, so storage is not an issue, but for a smaller mom, i could see where it could get a bit heavy or cumbersome… no way it could fit in the trunk of a small car. but for a tough-as-nails mom, it is a godsend with all the compartments and sleek design. great to go to the park with and burn off all the extra baby fat! πŸ™‚

  20. MasonsMomma on January 21st, 2009 at 12:00 am

WE love this travel system. Although the stroller is a bit bulky I still registered for it. We use the stroller all the time at the stores. It also worked great for me on gravel pathways at our local park.

  21. Jessica on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This was a nice stroller and I loved the pattern but what I finally used it for the 1st time it was horrible the wheels seemed like they were going to fall off and finally about the 5th time used the wheel broke off. This product I would never recommend it was cheaply made.

  22. 1st time Mommy! on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved this travel system from the first time I saw it in the store. I get compliments on it all of the time. It has an extended weight limit so my daughter, who is now 23 pounds, still fits comfortably and we won’t have to buy another car seat except her big girl car seat that comes at a year old. The stroller folds up with ease and has room for everything! The car seat snaps easily into place and it has extra locks for a safe ride. The stroller seat reclines into 3 or 4 different settings with ease. We have taken it to Big Trees, parks, through sand, and pretty much everywhere else with a super smooth ride! Wonderful travel system for the price and you will get your money’s worth out of it!

  23. Gavin's Mommy on January 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

My son is almost a year old and we still love this! We have everything in the collection excpet the highchair. I always have people asking me where I got it. I would be this all over again :)The one and only downfall is it is kinda bulky compared to others, but still good.

  24. Sofia's Momma on January 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

Truly, the stroller/carseat combo is not bad if you have a lot of money to spend. I have used both a lot, together and separately.

Downsides: Both are bulky, the shade thing does seem to fall off (not that big of a deal because it doesn’t happen when you are using it).

Good stuff: Baby sleeps comfortable and the same for when she is awake. Very safe and spacey for extra stuff.

Now the reason it got 4 stars is because honestly it is hard to shop with such a huge stroller (it’s not that bad when the carseat isn’t attached) and the carseat never fits comfortable in high chairs like other carseats. So if the place doesn’t have a sling you have to find a way to jam it in. Good luck!!

  25. Colton's Mom on January 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

***I wish moms had told me this before I had my baby!!!*** Though it’s convenient to take a sleeping newborn into a store, my 6 month old son just grew out of this carseat! Graco says up to 32lbs, but my the carseat staps barely close over my 17lb son! A far cry from 32lbs, I say. And if you have a small car like I do, the stroller barely fits in the trunk! Overall, the product worked well, but for the money spent, the amount of time we were able to use it for, was disappointing. Note:

  26. Hannah's mommy on January 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’m quite happy with the Graco travel system. We picked the Deco pattern becuase it was the most unisex one. We had a girl this time, but if we have a boy, we can still use this. The stoller is somewhat bulky, we have a Dodge Nitro and it takes up pretty much the entire back end. It is a DREAM to push though. I can manuever through the tightest of department store aisles, and it turns on a dime. I do have to say the carseat can get heavy once you add a 15 pound baby to it. They should really put weights at Babys R’ Us so you can get a true idea of what it will feel like. Overall, I’m happy with the travel system.

  27. Overly Protective Mom on January 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is a great seat! We have used it ever since my daughter was born and she is 7 1/2 months now. It is very easy to use and keep clean. Many of our friends have had to switch their children out of infant seats fairly quickly because of weight, height and comfort but we have a way to go in our seat. My daughter is very comfortable in it and has room to grow. She is 16lbs and 27in. I would definitely recommend this seat to someone else and plan on using it again with another child.

  28. kristy on January 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

it is true the stroller and seat are bulky. my daughter has so much room in the car seat and it snaps into the base with ease. the stroller is large.

  29. Joey's mom on January 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The car seat in this combo is huge. It does not fit in an upside down high chair nor does it fit sideways in any restaurant booth I have found. It is also difficult to fit behind the seat in my husband’s Sport Trac and my mom’s Escape. We had to put it in the middle of my husband’s seat and on the passenger side in my mom’s. My baby seems comfortable in it, it is easy to adjust and it is cute. It does get heavy. I am hoping to be able to use it longer since it has a 35 lb weight limit.
I love the stroller, although it is pretty big when folded up. Our biggest challenge was finding somewhere to keep it when we are not using it as it does not stand up very well. It is easy to unfold and close up and it is easy to put the car seat in and out of. My baby almost always falls asleep when he rides in it. It is smooth and turns great. There is plenty of space for shopping bags!

  30. Michelle on January 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is our second travel system for our 4month old. The first one was junk so we spent the extra $$$ to get this one and I must say…it’s really great! He is a big boy weighing nearly 22lbs and he fits in the carseat perfectly and even has room to grow. I think the people on here complaining that their babies well under 20lbs were too big didn’t adjust the straps for a larger child. My son loves the stroller, it rides so smoothly and is soooo easy to push. I am so glad we decided to spend another [$] and buy this…it’s far superior to the first one I bought.

  31. Maddies Mommy on January 30th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I just bought this system last week and I LOVE IT!
My baby is 8 months old and out grew her baby trend car seat at 6 months. She HATED riding in the baby trend stroller because it didn’t sit forward enough that she could see over the tray. I’ve used the stroller all week and it’s been wonderful! My daughter sits upright and can see the world and she couldn’t be happier! It is slightly big, but I have a SUV and have no problems with it. Not too heavy and I LOVE that the basket under collapses so you can get your bulky bag in and out without spilling your stuff out. I highly recommend this system. I wish I would have listened to what people said and not went with a cheap one first.

  32. JAVA_KIDS' MOM on January 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

We bought this prior to having our son, so we have used it for the past eight months and the system is amazing. We also have a 5 year old daughter and she fits easily in the stroller for those “not so good days at the mall” πŸ™‚

The car seat is the best. We will never buy any other car seat than Graco after what happened at the end of January. It was the day our son turned eight months old and we were heading home from the store and got into an accident where we were t-boned by a UPS truck at 35mph. Thank goodness everyone was alright. Our son didn’t blink twice. There was a little cry from him but the moment he seen me, he smiled. Not on scratch or bump on him. The car seat did its’ job without a doubt. Our daughter was in a Graco booster seat and she was also not hurt.

Graco is an amazing company and they know how to build car seats. We have to purchase new car seats this week and I know that I will be buying only Graco. Graco named them the “safe seat” for a reason, that is for sure.

I know the system is a little pricey, but it is so worth the money because the safety is really there with it.

  33. Mommy to a dwarf toddler! on January 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I would HIGHLY not recommend this.. its cute and comfy for baby. but its like not made well at all.. the canopy goes under when i carry it or it just falls all the way off.. i ordered replacement parts.. same story.. the wheel looks like its going to fall off any day now.. and i had babies r us put it together so its not like its on there wrong… the car seat never locks in to the stroller.. size wise it is great tho.. im in the process of getting my money back and getting a new one.. my daughter will be using this for a long time.. shes 1 1/2 now n probably wont be 20 lbs till shes about 3 1/2 so i need something not this [*]~!!

  34. Cathy the expectant mom on February 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

We just purchse this travel system for my unborn baby girl.(Still need to wait for another 3 months to use it) We try out many other travel systems in sotre, but this one is the easiest one for “me”. Although it’s heavy and too big for me (I am small). But still, I insist to purchase this one and feel I did the right choice. My husband try to set up the stroller and it’s easy and quick. We spend about 20 minutes to figure out all functions. I would recommand this one to my other friends.

  35. The Busy Mommy on February 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this! I got it as a shower gift and have use it since my son came home from the hospital! He enjoys riding along in it too. I always get stopped by parents too telling me how much they enjoy the pattern too.

  36. Jersey Girl on February 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this car seat and stroller. It may be a little heavy but it is worth it. My daughter was a preemie and she is still very small. She fits perfectly in the car seat with such comfort. I actually had the metrolite which was lighter but not comfortable at all and returned it. The other option to the heavy stroller is buy the graco snap and go. It fits great in the trunk and it is easy to manuever with the car seat.

  37. Sarahbeth on February 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I havent yet used the stroller- because it is to big and bulky to fit into my dodge neon. Gotta wait till it warms up then i can only use it in my neighborhood.

The car seat is WAY to heavy, i dont eve carry it into the store or the house anymore- it stays in the car full time. It is also way bulky- it sits behind the passenger seat and no one can sit up front unless they want their knees in their chest…

  38. terry's mom on February 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Me and my husband tried out every set in babies ru’s pushing everyone up and down the ailes. We both fell in love with this one. But when i brought it home and put the baby in it. It is very heavy he only weighs 15 pounds but i have a hard time carring him since the carseat it’s self is heavy. But love i still love it.

  39. Julie on February 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We love this stroller! Our son loves the carseat. The design and textures of the stroller are nice and updated. It is easy to use and heavy enough that we feel secure when around a lot of people.

  40. New mommy_08 on February 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It’s a great stroller it meets all of my needs, but its a little big it would be perfect if the car seat wasnt so heavy. But i live in an apartment so it helps me when i have to carry a lot of thing!

  41. Jnyh on February 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Love the pattern and my baby looks super comfy in it but it’s a little big (always bumping things)and the basket is useless with the car seat in the top, I bought the big “mommy clip” to hook to the handle which helps some… the car seat is too wide for shopping carts and highchairs, so I take the stroller everywhere

  42. Tall Mommy on February 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I have to admit the main 2 reasons I picked this travel system was b/c both myself and my husband are well over 6 ft tall and it’s size parameters are much larger than the SnugRides. It’s the tallest handles we could find on a stroller. We figured our baby would be long as well so we needed a car seat that would last more than 2 months with him. It is very heavy, but for us, it’s well worth it. The stroller is also very big when you fold it up, but we have a large SUV to hold it so it doesn’t bother us. If you have this stroller and another one side-by-side, this one looks like the Cadillac of strollers. Love it, love it, love it! Our son is still in it at 6 months and he’s 29 inches and 20lbs. Highly recommend this for tall moms…it will save you from hunching over to push the stroller!

  44. Landon'sMommie on February 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this because it’s not only cute but functional. It’s super easy to open and close and put in the car. It’s lightweight. My baby falls asleep alot because it’s so smooth. One thing I don’t like is that the sunshade doesn’t cover from the tray to the top like other strollers. But I still really like it!

  46. Courtney's mom on February 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller is excellent. It glides smoothly & turns on a dime. Courtney loves it. I just wish the window on top had a cover. I would definately recommend, along with the swing, the pack & play, and of course matching diaper bag.

  47. waiting for the little one on February 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I received as a shower gift, and I love it!! the carseat fit perfectly in my car and the stroller can fit in my trunk. great for me as i’m 6′ and the hubby is well over 6′ I love the colors too.

  48. April the busy mom on February 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I did love this stroller very much. I had it with me in the car and used it everywhere. I love the style, the ease in folding and transporting, the compartments, the cup holders, and the ease of pushing it. However, less than 1 year of use, and I was on a walk when the plastic holding the wheel just broke. It was not fixable. I am currently looking to see if a replacement is possible. But I’m really surprised this stroller didn’t last longer and wasn’t more sturdy.

  49. Happy customer on February 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller and so does my baby. I use it ever single day to walk around the neighborhood. I agree with the other reviews that the carseat is bulky. The stroller is so heavy that I don’t bother taking it on outings. In the beginning it is a necessity though so I would still recommend it but would recommend getting an umbrella stroller for later on.

  50. working mom on February 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

working mom, son with a son born in march. at six months, he weighed 18+ pounds (entering fall), 11.5 months, weighs 19+ pounds, 28 inches long. Had a c-sections so rarely use the carrier feature. Too heavy, car seat stays in the car. at 6 months, we adjusted the straps to largest setting. at 8 months the straps were not long enough to manuever easily, they remained in the fully loosened position all the time. very difficult to get baby in car seat. at 11 months, our son not old enough for next size seat however, we cannot buckle all points on the harness. Have to choose which buckle to leave unbuckled. It’s too cold to decide it’s appropriate to place child in seat without a coat (we do not have a garage, the car is outside). Do not recomend this seat for cold climates as the straps are too short to accomidate a normal sized baby older than 6 months of age with coat on. Regarding the stroller – We don’t use it – it’s way too big for typical small town sidewalk. We store it in the spare shower.

  51. Stephanie ~ First time mom on February 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller for long walks with my son. It rides extremly smooth and it folds done fairly compact for it’s size when open.

  52. First time mom on February 21st, 2009 at 12:00 am

Car seat and the stroller both are perfect, sturdy, stylish and durable…excellent product for the safety of my newborn….material used in this product is very soft and comfortable …. every moms must buy…

  53. Mamma Mia on February 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’ve been using this travel system for 8 months now and there isn’t much I don’t like about it. Carseat is a great secrure design, easy to carry, I still use it as a second carseat for my 24 lb son and although he is almost too long for it, the straps still fit him nice a securely. I love the way you can loosen the straps to get baby out easily without having to bend their arms too much. It’s easy to use with or without the base. The stroller is a bit bulky, but that’s not unexpected of a full size stroller. The suede like material on the stroller and carseat cleans up very nicely. Stroller shade does however sometimes get stuck over the tray when you fold it down making it a bit frustating when re-opening. Easy one hand folding though! I would buy this stroller again in a heartbeat.

  54. Lifeisgood on February 25th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We used this stroller 3x and then bought a different model. It was difficult (relative to our new stroller) to steer during long walks in the park and was nearly impossible to maneuver around racks/displays in department stores. In addition, it filled the entire trunk of our midsize car, leaving no room for anything else. It does have nice features — a clock, drink holder and roomy storage basket underneath – but these don’t make up for its deficits. We quickly sold our Graco and bought a BOB Revolution stroller which was pricey but much more user-friendly, and could accomodate the Graco infant carrier/car seat. Bottom line: if you’re going to walk more than a few blocks or try to maneuver in tight spaces, this is not your stroller. Re the car seat that comes with this travel system, we were quite happy with it. We found the Snug Ride to be much lighter and easier to carry than the Safe Seat.

straps are easy to adjust. Wheels are easy to maneuver.

  56. Stroller Crazy on February 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Awsome stroller. I almost went with the Quattro in bule (Diaz I think) but I liked how soft the fabric was on this one. And they are the same price. It was fairly easy to put together. The back wheels were a bit tricky but nothing anyone can’t handle. I had it put together in under an hour. The handleing is nice and it has great features. As the baby is not here yet I haven’t got to fully try it out. But so far so good.

  57. Cristina-First Time Mommy on February 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I hate to admit it, but I picked this particular stroller only because I liked the design. I am a first-time mother and had no idea what qualities to look for in a carseat/stroller. My husband and I hate lugging that darn car seat around. It is so heavy. We won’t be able to carry it much longer (our son is 5 months) However, putting the carseat in the car is so easy with the base. Also, the baby is very secure and I like the ease of adjusting the straps. The stroller is very nice. It is so smooth to push around. However, it just barely fits in the car and is too heavy for me to lift by myself. All in all, I love the way the system looks, but if I could pick out everything all over again, I would find the LIGHTEST carseat on the market and just buy a carseat frame and then an umbrella stroller. It would be a lot cheaper that way, too!

  58. Barb, the new great grandparent on March 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

[…] It is so much easier not having to carry the infant seat, just fasten it to the stroller and go.

  59. Kelly on March 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is great except for one problem- it’s giant. You can hardly take it shopping because it won’t fit between racks. I can’t handle how big it is when folded up (although super easy to collapse). It takes up our entire trunk! Also too heavy for me. I’m looking for a more compact travel system for the next baby (one where I don’t need an extra umbrella stroller when I don’t want to bring the ‘big’ stroller). Otherwise it is great- TONS of storage, solid, good design.

  60. Mom to be very soon on March 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I plan to use this with my daughter who will be born soon. It fit in the middle seat of my Versa. I thought it was going to be big for my car,but it is ok I think. Looks really safe for my child. It was fairly easy for me and my husband to get set up and installed. Stroller fits in the back too. I was disappointed that it didn’t have the time/ temperature gauge. I thought all the deluxe models had it, but not this one. Overall, good quality stroller.

  61. Sheli1023 on March 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I got this for my daughter. She seems so comfortable in it and it looks great! I have zero complaints. I would definitely buy again.

  62. jayden's mommy on March 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love everything about it. It is a little bulky to get through some racks at some stores. I kinda like that its a little on the big side to protect my baby. The carseat works great unless you have a tall baby like I do, he is 4 months and already almost too tall for the seat, but even thoughi won’t get quite as much use out of it as I hoped it still has been great.

  63. Gilda the Supermom and Grandmom on March 8th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My daughter seems very satisfied with the product. We will know more after the baby is born.

  64. Jessica on March 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We used the carseat for the first 13 months of our daughter’s life, until she grew too tall for it. We’ve also used the stroller since birth, and she still fits in it comfortably. It also offers LOTS of storage room and is great for strolling through the neighborhood or mall.

Others comment on the stroller not being able to fit between racks in clothing stores. That did happen a couple of times, but my complaint is aimed more toward the over-packed stores than the stroller. It steers very well, and gives the child a smooth ride.

Also, we have a Honda Civic and the stroller folded up nicely in the trunk, with much room left. The carseat fit well in the backseat and left room for two other people to sit back there.

  65. mom of 1 beautiful little girl on March 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I use this stroller several times a week. It travels well, is a well built stroller and I feel so safe with my little one safely strapped in it. It is so durable and I’m so glad we decided on this stroller system.

  66. Happy Mom on March 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My son just turned 1 and we have used this since day 1. It has been great, and he still fits in it because it allows up to 30 pounds. With everything a first time parent has to get, it has been great getting the full use out of this. We used it as the travel system when he was little. The car seat snaps and locks securely in the stroller. Also, the stroller seat can fold and snap to create a bassinet if you want baby to lay flat and sleep. As he got bigger, my son has enjoyed the features of riding in the stroller sitting up, and also it reclines for a quick bottle, which is very useful in a store with a fussy/hungry baby. The pull down cart holds big purses and shopping bags, and doesn’t bother the baby when being used. It is big, but extremely maneuverable, and well built. I have a very small car, and both the car seat and the stroller fit with no problem in the seat and trunk. We have also received many compliments on the appearance as well. I spent countless hours online and at stores contemplating what was best for us, and I couldn’t be happier with this!

  67. baby mama on March 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This car seat is super comfy, my daughter falls asleep in there so fast. The stroller is so easy to put together I was shocked. My husband was even impressed. It fits in my trunk really good. ( i have a two door car with a small trunk) It’s super easy to fold up just with the click of a button. It’s easy to push around, even with one hand. I love it soooo much…

  68. Roccos Mommy on March 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love how smooth the stroller rides and how the infant carrier is so easy to get in and out, yet its very secure. Also, It has lots of little compartments for car keys, binkis, ect. and the large basket on the bottom fits the diaper bag and all my other bags when Im shopping, Plus I LOVE the design and colors.

  69. Lydia's Mommy on March 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I use the car seat daily, and the stroller several times a week. I love them both. I love the colors, and that is what sold me on the set. I knew Graco was a good name, but the colour is what ultimately sold me. However… I live in South West Georgia, and my poor baby is a sweat ball some days because of the suede-y fabric. I don’t think the fabric type is mentioned anywhere in the description. Not the best for hot climates.

  70. mom on March 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I did like the car seat that came with this travel system until a couple of weeks ago. My son is 6 months old, weighs 20 pounds and is 28 inches long and the straps barely fit anymore. The car seat is supposed to hold a child up to 32 pounds and 32 inches long. I tried to adjust the straps to the highest notch, but then it doesn’t fit at all! I’m currently in search of a convertable car seat that will hopefully last as long as the description states!

  74. Sara on March 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved this car seat/stroller combo until my son turned 6 months old an no longer fits in the car seat. He is 22 pounds and 28 inches long so he should still fit according to the manufacturer. we just had to buy a convertible car seat for $200 and he we only got 6 months use out of this one. I still love the stroller though, very easy to open and close!

I love this stroller and car seat! It’s great that the car seat has a higher weight limit, my baby’s up to 20 lbs and he still fits great! And I absolutely love the gravity-fold on the stroller that makes things so much easier when I’m running errands and saves loads of time in the parking lot. The stroller is a bit big when folded and it takes up a lot of space in the trunk of my Honda Civic, but it is a full-sized stroller so thats to be expected. It’s fairly light though all things considered and it handles great. I’m a small person and I’ve had trouble pushing some strollers but I don’t have any problems with this one! And the pattern is super-cute!

  78. New Mama on March 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

What made me buy this Travel system was the design and how comfortable it looked. It is a little bulky but it is strong and when we take walks it does not shake or rattle the baby around. My baby sleeps in the car seat well and in the stroller. We do not ever have problems putting him in the stroller and he always looks comfortable and happy. There is a good amount of space under the stroller for shopping bags. It is a really good buy and it is well worth the money.

  79. Kara on March 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller and car seat! Both are very comfortable for my little man. The stroller is easy to maneuver and has many compartments. It was also easy to assemble. My only complaint is that it is a little bulky when folded up and heavy, which is to be expected. However, I knew this when I purchased it, and I have been happy with it so far.

  80. Mom in her 20's on March 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the look of this set! The fabric is beautiful, soft and easy to clean. The car seat is lighter than I had anticipated and the stroller is indeed heavy but that’s a given. I’ve used the stroller several times already and have no complaints, it is so smooth and seems very durable. I get compliments on both the car seat and stroller all of the time!

  81. deevirgo on March 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My husband & I are very pleased w/ this travel system. The fabric is perfect. It was easy to assemble. Other reviews I read commented on it being too bulky but I really don’t think so. Our little one won’t be here until July so we haven’t actually tried it out for real but the stroller seems to maneuver very well through our house on carpeted floor. I would recommend this to a friend. I looked on consumer reports to see what kind of ratings the carseat received & it rated the Graco Snugride “very good” to “excellent.” Hopefully it will work out well for us when our son arrives.

We have been using The Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe travel system in Deco from day one. Our daughter is now 10 months old and we are still 100% happy with it! We picked the Deco pattern because it is unisex and very stylish. The car seat has worked out wonderful, and my little girl always seems to be happy and comfortable in it. The stay-in-car base is very convenient. She is now 19 lbs and 29″ and still fits pretty comfortably. The stroller is a bit big, but it’s expected since it’s a full sized cadillac of a stroller πŸ™‚ It is extremely smooth, rides well over all terrains and has tons of storage. Best of all my Bailey loves to ride in it; she prefers to sit straight up so she can see the world. I also have peace of mind because it is built well, very sturdy frame with a 5 pt harness to keep my baby secure. Love Graco products and have the pack-n-play and high chair in Deco as well.

I love this travel system! The car seat is great, my daughter is 10 months old and still rides comfortably in it. Having the stationary bases makes life a lot easier I highly reccomend getting extra bases. The stroller is awesome, it rides well over all surface areas, I’ve used it everywhere from the beach to the mall. My daughter is comfortable sitting up or laying down. There are lots of places to store everything from drinks, and sunglasses to diaper bags. It is a full size stroller and a bit bulky in small spaces but overall it is a must have.

I “test” drove several travel systems at Babies R US for 2 hours, taking each one down, seeing if I could easily fold it and lift it one handed and found that this was the BEST! I went with the larger, 32 so that my son can fit in it for a longer time…I cant wait to bring our lil Luke home in his wonderful new carseat and take long walks with the stroller…I WOULD TOTALLY TELL A FRIEND TO GET IT!

  91. Cynde, mom of 3 on April 14th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because I love Graco products and it had all the features I was looking for in a heavy duty stroller (bigger weight limit for infant car seat, 5-point adjust harness, drop-down basket for easy access, you’re able to adjust the straps from the front of the car seat instead of the back). It was also a very stylish color and pattern for our boy. It is heavier than other travel systems but this doesn’t seem to bother me as much as other people. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that the stroller is way too big to fit in the trunk of our Saturn Ion. The infant seat is also VERY long so you may want to try it out in your car first. We have to put the car seat in the middle of the back seat (which is the safest anyway) or it won’t fit without putting our seat WAY forward. I love using the stroller, just wish I had known this before.

I had a Graco SnugRide system with my first son four and a half years ago. I bought this Quattro Tour Deluxe system when I was expecting my second son.

Turns out, the SnugRide 32 is significantly bigger than the SnugRide. My local fire department tried to install the SnugRide 32 in every seat position in the middle row of my Honda Pilot SUV. We discovered once the car seat was properly installed behind the driver’s seat and in the middle position, the driver’s seat could not go back a safe enough distance for my husband to drive the car (he’s only 6 feet tall). We then had the car seat installed behind the passenger seat. We had to move that seat up so far that at 5’2″ my knees were nearly touching the dash.

I thought I must have been doing something wrong, so I took the car and the car seat to the Honda dealership. They said everything was properly installed and the seats could not move in any other position.

After talking to the national Graco customer service people, I learned that the SnugRide 32 is several inches larger in two directions than the standard SnugRide.

I have since returned the Quattro Tour Deluxe and bought a standard SnugRide version.

I am very loyal w/ the Gracco line, but this one has been the best yet. It is extremely easy to put together. the steering is great, you don;t have that one stubborn wheel that likes to go it’s own way and it’s a breeze to collapse and put in the back of my minivan. And an added bonus unlike other carseats I can continue to use this one up tp32 lbs instead of just 20 lbs.

  96. briannasmom on April 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This system works great. I love the pattern and get many compliments on it. The carseat fits well in both our cars. The stroller is easy to move around. My only complaint is that it is a little big and does not fit easily in the trunk of my car. Overall, I am very happy with it.

  97. First Time Mommy on April 25th, 2009 at 12:00 am

As a first time mom I was very impressed with how easy it was to use this product. Especially the stroller. I’m still currently using it with my 7 and a half month old son and I’m glad I registered for this one. The only downside I guess is it doesn’t fit in all restaurant booths! But that wouldn’t set me off from getting it again if I had to and I get compliments all the time πŸ™‚

We have this entire graco collection and we love every peice. Before purchasing I did a lot of research and this product seemed to please most people so we bought all 5 items. I did however buy a new head support for baby Ellynn, I thought the one it came with was too flimsy but i’m sure it is fine.

This travel system is perfect. This is my first child and we don’t have anything to compare to but we are very happy. The stroller fits everything we need it to and the colors are great! Worth the money!

  99. Mom in NY on April 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Overall, it seems like a good travel system so far. I had one minor problem with assembly (with attaching the child’s tray) but I called them and they were very helpful. It feels sturdy and well constructed. BUT, I wish I had known that the car seat does not fit into the snap & go frame. The snap & go came highly recommended by other mom’s for quick trips, etc. I just learned after weeks of trying to figure out why the car seat does not fit (someone had given me a snap & go and I thought maybe it was an older model that didn’t fit this seat); I called the company and they said they do not make a snap & go that fits this seat. That’s the major con to me.

  100. scoobyelle on April 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This was not the travel system that I had originally picked out, but after I used it for just a short time, I soon realized that it is one of the best out there. The carseat base is very simple to use and adjust, and the carseat harness itself is adjustable from the front. This is a big plus. The stroller is great and folds with ease. Being a first time mother, there were a number of features that I did not know to look for. I am thankful that my sister-in-law, had the sense to purchase such a great product even though it was not the one on my registry.

I really like the durability of the stroller and car seat, we went on a lot of long walk and trips and it was great
we have a pick up truck but when ever we would take out Impala (which has a very large trunk) we had trouble putting the stroller in the trunk!!
also the main problem we have is that as SOOOON as our daughter hit 20 LBS her car seat tipped on a turn even going slow, talk about scary!! no matter what we did!

This is a great item. I’ve used it for about a year now. Used it heavily at first, but not much over the past few months. Unfortunately, on my system a piece has broken off that keeps me from folding up my stroller. This piece is not replaceable by Graco, I’m passed the stores return policy, and even the Babies R Us replacement plan can’t help me with this issue. I haven’t had any other problems though.

I had selected another stroller on my registry however a family member purchased this one to match the other Graco Deco pieces that I had received. I love the contemporary look of the Graco Deco line; however the stroller is extremely heavy and does not fit into the trunk space of my Denali. In addition, when I open the stroller the material always gets caught on the plastic tray so I have to maneuver my hand between the material and the tray to open the stroller. The infant carrier material is very hot. My son sweats profusely fron the material.

  107. Sean's Mommy on May 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Love pretty much everything about it. Our son is very comfortable in the car and in the stroller. We also get a lot of compliments on the design! Only thing we would change is wish the car seat was a little smaller. It’s a pretty tight fit in our Chevy Malibu…it’s hard for someone to sit in the front seat ahead of the car seat.

The basket holds my diaper bag, purse, toys and anything else we need. My daughter loves to ride in her stroller. The carseat has been great too! 112. Karen on May 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved this stroller, which is why I bought it. I’ve used Graco before and really trust this company. It has LARGE wheels which is what I look for in a stroller because this is my 3rd child and I’ve learned my lesson with tiny wheels! If you use your stroller outside of a mall setting and you want to walk on trails or go to the park then the bigger and thicker the wheel the better use and miles you get out of it! So the wheel and the pretty deco dots and soft fabric were a plus! Until my little one spilled all over it. It’s not easy to clean. I have lots of microfiber in my house and it’s super easy to clean. I was expecting this would be the same but it’s not. I used water to and a diaper cloth to blot and wipe away the spill. The fabric started to ball up and come off! I wasn’t even scrubbing hard. So I took it back. Why have a stroller that doesn’t withstand messes? The fabric turned out to be a sour note and not worth the extra expense to have a pretty stroller if after a few months of wear and tear it’s going to look like you’ve trashed it.

  113. Always on the Go! on May 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the look of this travel system, so I had to have it! In hindsight, I wish I would have purchased something else. #1 – the infant seat would not fit in a shopping cart! BIG problem for me! #2 – the infant seat is so long that it was a tight squeeze in my car. I had a 2005 Honda Accord and now have a 2009 Honda Pilot and the seat is so long that you have to push the front seat up to fit the seat in. Not fun for a passenger having to ride up front! #3 – the material makes the baby hot. My poor daughter last summer was always sweating in this seat! #4 – the stroller is HUGE! It’s heavy and takes up lots of room in the car – even in my SUV!

I absolutely love this travel system! My son, who is now almost 17 months, still rides in the stroller, but is too big for car seat. So I use it for the 2 month old baby I keep during the day. Moms, the car seat is pretty heavy, but believe me, you will get used to it as the baby gets bigger and you build up your muscles! I like that the car seat goes up to 30 lbs. instead of 22 lbs. like some of the pricier travel systems. The stroller is great ,also, and fits well into my Chevy Malibu. (Nowadays I’ve got a double stroller in there b/c of the baby that I baby-sit, now THAT’S a tight fit!) I have washed the car seat cover and stroller cover in my washing machine and hung it out to dry w/ no problem. Easy instructions on how to install car seat and how to adjust straps to fit the size of your baby.

I picked this travel system only based on the way it looks…big mistake! My son just turned six months old and I cannot carry him in the car seat. The seat alone weighs 10 lbs…I have friends with much lighter ones. The stroller folds up very easily but is way to big. I like to go to the mall and walk around, but have trouble in many stores. This thing is so big and hard to move. I get stuck and and run in to things. Also, I have a smaller car…the carseat barely fits, we have to sit with our seats pushed all the way up. The stroller hardly fits in my trunk, it takes a good five minutes for me to get it in there. Just do your research first, don’t base it on looks!

  119. KT on May 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I really love the looks of this car seat (the main reason I registered for it). It is great for a boy or a girl. However, it is SO heavy even with a newborn. It is also wider then normal car seats so it doesn’t fit right in a cart or upside down high chair trick. THis was quite frustrating while I was still carrying him around.

  120. Grayson's Mom on May 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This set makes for east transition in and out places without discturbing the baby if sleeping and reducing fussiness from putting back into the seat. Sturdy and very eye appealing!

  121. Mommy of 1 on May 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We registered for this product because the reviews were good and we liked the look of this product. The reviews were right. The installation wasn’t super easy, but doable. The carrier works well and until recently (my son is getting too big) my son has felt comfortable in this seat. The stroller is wonderful too. Very easy to move and turn even 1 handed. The smaller unbrella strollers are too short for me and I am only 5 foot 8. This stroller has lots of storage and is comfortable for my son. We no longer use the carrier as part of the stroller, but that worked well for us too.
The only bad thing about this product is that I think that the weight/height limit is set too high. My son is 7 months old…21 lbs…and 28 inches long and is too big for the carrier. His feet stick out over the bottom of the seat and I have to be VERY careful not to hit things with his feet!

I choose this travel system because of it looks but was also looking for a stroller that would be flat when my daughter would fall asleep on our walks. This travel system is awesome. My daughter is almost 7 months now and she loves it. She can sleep laying flat and it has enough room for her. And she loves playing in it. I would recomend it to others!

  123. Cookie on May 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is a very sturdy stylish travel system. Easy to use, easy to fold and no too heavy.
Had some difficulty at assembly getting the wheels on. But overall very happy with this product.

This stoller and car seat is great! Very easy to open and close. It is a little bulky but is worth every penny.

  125. momma2boys on June 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

We had a Quatro TS with our first son four years aog and loved it, but love this one even more. Although seat is heavy, I actually searched for a a system with the safe seat. I tend to have big children and love the fact that they can stay in this seat longre than other seats. The stroller is WONDERFUL, it pushes and steers very easily and I love all of the different reclines. I am on the tall side and don’t feel that I am having to bend over to push it. Also folds and ulfods very easily with one hand! Can’t say enough!

  126. Home Mommy on June 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this car seat… the only complaint I can think of is that it does start to get heavy as your child grows. I feel that my child is safe and secure in this car seat and it is easy to get her in and out of. It is also very easy to keep clean. She is almost a year old so I am now shopping for a new seat but many people I know that owned an infant seat had to switch their children long before a year for different reasons (to small, uncomfortable, etc.). I do recommend this seat to anyone looking for a travel system and I look forward to using it again with another child. Also love the stroller!

  127. Jessica aka supermom on June 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is the cutest travel system ever! It is so lightweight compared to the others in the store. When I am out shopping, and I need to get the stroller out, it is not difficult. My aunt was actually amazed at how easily it folded together to be put back into my vehicle for storage. It has a nice storage area underneath for diaper bags, and shopping bags. It also has 2 cup holders (1 for mommy, 1 for daddy :p), and 2 different storage compartments for anything you can think of like wallet, car keys, cell phone, coupons, candy for toddlers lol. It was easy to put together, and the instructions were well written. I always recommend this to all my pregnant friends!

I have a 5mo old baby girl and I love this travel system. It’s very good looking and it is transitioning very well from newborn to bigger baby and she still has room to grow. The stroller folders up so easily and is easily manuverable.

  130. Mommy to Ethan! on June 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I want to first say that I only gave this rating a 3 because of the bulky/heavy aspect of the carset and stroller–everything else about them is great. I am a 1st time mama and picked this 1, for the fact that it had good safety ratings and 2, because it seemed gender safe, and 3, because of the weight limits. Let me just say that I think the travel system is cute and the stroller is nice too—I have another stroller by Graco-the light blue plaid one–its a lighter weight stroller-I think called MetroLite, and I tend to use it more because it takes up way less space in my trunk and is sooooo much lighter–and quite honestly, I dont see where this stroller has much more space–a little, but not enough to be noticeable. My son is now 7 1/2 mos old and weighs around 19 1/2 pounds and I am going to switch him over to a convertible seat–this carseat is VERY HEAVY–I’m talking, it feels like I’m carrying 30-40 lbs of baby in this thing!! It wasn’t so bad when he was really small–but for the past couple of months I’ve been telling myself I am going to switch over to the convertible seat and just now am getting around to doing it. So while it sounds great that the weight limits are over 30 lbs–I seriously doubt anyone keeps their child in the seat even close to that weight, as you’d be carrying around 40-50 lbs –try lugging your child and this seat in and out of your car everywhere you go–believe me it gets old—If I had to do it over again, I’d probably go w/a Metro Lite product instead of this set. A friend of mine suggested prior to buying any seat, when you are in the store looking at them-go get 1-2 detergent bottles of Dreft or something-most stores have this if they are selling baby seats and put that in the car seat or stroller and see how it handles and feels because realistically this is what the weight will be once you put your baby in them. I didn’t take her advice and now am regretting it! Overall, I am happy w/this product, but this heaviness and bulkiness is a huge negative.

  131. Tia 1st mommy on June 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

    easy to put together
even though my hubby put it together but it was easy to watch.
very safe and i love the base to the car seat
and also its very stylish, just like mommy lol

  132. Firsttimemomma on June 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

If I had to do it over again I’d get a different travel system. This stroller is so bulky and heavy! I can’t imagine someone trying to put it in the trunk of a small car, it takes up a ton of space in our Trailblazer. We have no idea where to store it when it’s not in use because even folded up it takes up almost an entire closet! It’s awkward to fold down too.
And the car seat! It was fine at first, but eventually it worked itself loose and I tried to tighten it up again, but it wouldn’t tighten up enough to be safe, so I took the base back to BRU (and that’s a whole other story!) and ended up having to PURCHASE a new base (even though I had paid for the buyers protection). That base was great for about 3 months and now it won’t stay tight! This weekend I’m going to buy an entire new car seat.
It’s also a pain to move the harness up. You have to take the entire cover off and rethread the harness. The harness is also hard to adjust while your child is in the seat (to get a proper fit). It’s also hard to buckle.
I’ll do more research for our subsequent children and hopefully find a better infant car seat.

  133. Carl on June 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Works great…for me. The stroller is too heavy for my girlfriend to pick up by herself, so she can’t use it unless I am there to help her load/unload it. Also, be extremely careful when using the latch mechanism to attach the base to the car. If the excess belt gets caught between the metal bracket and the mating ring on the carrier, it is extremely difficult to seperate. We ended up having to remove the base and the seat as one unit, then use a prybar to seperate the two. Other then that it works great.

  134. Spiphibus on June 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this for my son back in November 2008 because I loved the pattern. It was a great combo when he was an infant but after that it seemed pointless to keep lugging this heavy stroller everywhere so I moved on to an umbrella stroller.*Also, the sunshade got caught on the snack tray when it was folded and would not come off and when it finally did it ended up braking the tray right off and bending the frame. The Graco company […]would not return the product even though I had the insurance for it. So I ordered a new tray.Later the wheel became very wobbly. The sunshade on the carseat HAS NEVER stayed up. It always slips down.

  135. 10 month old on June 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

If I were to start over, I’d buy an infant carseat, a snap n go stroller frame, and an upscale umbrella or light weight stroller for 6 months+.
Using this travel system was a huge inconvenience. Although beautiful and luxurious, it is impractical for being on the go. The stroller does not fit in stores or doctors’ offices. You end up carrying the HEAVY carseat. If you buy a stroller frame, it is sleek and fits and light weight. Once the baby is out of the infant seat, a much lighter stroller will do the job.

It is great!! I keep the stroller in my truck and it takes up the whole truck but what do you except. I love the Deco style it is so cute. I use it in my car as well as my parents and it is very easy to move to all the cars. I have a small Nissan Sentra and it fits perfect!!

  138. Naeem's Mom on June 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

people keep complaining that its heavy, but i don’t get it! i’m a pettite 113 lb. person with only the muscles on my arms that my 7 month old has given me and while, it isn’t the lightest thing i’ve ever picked up, for all that it is, i think the weight is fine. i can pick it up and put it in my car and take it out and carry it up the stairs. its a sturdy and safe contraption and if it were any lighter, i’d wonder its durability. my only issue is that sometimes i’m annoyed by the sun window thing in the canopy of the stroller… but easily solved with a blanket over the thing! its gone with us to disneyland and vegas and the santa monica beach, grocery shopping, mall-wandering, park-walking and the like and so far so good! it has been a changing table, a bassinet, and a high chair on wheels. he finds it comfy and will sleep in it for hours. i can’t really think of something ligitimate to complain about!

Several of us were invited to a baby shower and couldn’t decide what to buy. So we asked the “mom to be” what was a large gift she really needed but was afraid she wouldn’t get or be able to get. This was it….so 9 of us went together and bought it, […] Mom was so suprised and thankful that we had asked, and actually bought it for her. With the 9 of us going in on it, it was VERY affordable, practical, and we all got such joy because it’s more beautiful than the picture and mom was thrilled. Also it’s very well constructed, and seems easy to fold and store for traveling. It was the perfect gift and I recommend it for every mom to be!

  141. aw on June 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Great product. Easy to use. It is heavy but it’s great because it is safe and holds babies up to 30lbs and 32 inches. Lighter ones seem cheaper to me and baby outgrows them too quickly. After the first few months we would just leave the carseat in the car and take her out and into a stroller or carry her into the house. I love the stroller as well. It’s big, but easily holds the diaper bag underneath. Easy to fold up, a bit awkward to pick up but not too heavy. It is comfortable to push. Great for outdoors and walking in the mall – not great for tight stores though. We use a smaller stroller for those trips. Looks great, for boy or girl. one con- a little difficult to adjust the straps to a different height as baby gets taller.

  142. New Grandma on June 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this for my soon to be new grandbaby. My son and daughter-in-law loved the stroller and put it together right away. They seem very happy with it, which makes me happy.

  143. Samiam143 on July 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system! I’m a first time parent and it was very easy to asemble myself. It’s simple to break down the stroller with one hand and stand it back up one handed as well. It’s also very sturdy. This is a perfect travel system! I definitely recommend it! πŸ™‚

  144. Mom of three boys on July 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

My third baby boy is now 6 months old so I feel like I’ve used this long enough to write a pretty good review. I read many reviews before purchasing this travel system, so I knew before I bought it the car seat would be heavy. In all reality, I specifically remember when my older two boys got to this size in the ligher car seat and they still felt very heavy. I do not plan to haul the baby around in it until he’s 30 pounds, but I like the fact that I can use the infant seat until I’m ready to part with it instead of him growing out of it at 5 1/2 months like my older two did. I have loved the stroller! I drive a mini-van and do not have trouble getting it in and out. I love the parent tray and the basket that collapses to allow easy access to the contents. The baby is very comfy sitting up or laying back all the way to sleep. The canopies on the stroller and car seat are very adequate. The stroller is also very easy to push even with one hand. The only reason I gave this product a 4 star rating is that I’ve had an issue with the fabric on the back part of the stroller rubbing and tearing in the folded position. The fabric is pulled taut by the snack tray and seems flimsy enough that when just barely rubbed across something it shows wear and even tears. It tore the first time we put it in the car, which was very disappointing for the first time we used something. Other than that this has been one of my favorite baby purchases this time around!

  145. spunkie1063 on July 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My soninlaw picked this model out. At first I was hesitant because of the price until my daughter told me all the advantages of it. I was sold on it! I ordered it online and had it mailed to their house in Missouri. they love it!!

  146. Heather on July 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the style of this set-up. The stroller is very easy to open and close and is pretty smooth strolling. However, I have to say the carrier is very heavy once baby is in it and I don’t know if it is the fabric but my son gets very hot very quickly sitting in it. Also, the carries does not fit in the restaurant high chairs which makes it inconvenient when traveling. I think that next time I would purchase a stroller where I had the option to see the baby while pushing.

  147. SunshineMom on July 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller combo is so amazing. I keep reading the reviews that states how heavy it is. I have to disagree. It’s not going to be light like an umbrella stroller and is that what you really want for your baby? It has so many wonderful features and is super sturdy and safe. Very easy to fold down with just one hand. I would recommend this stroller to any friends who are in the market.

  148. Brock's mommy on July 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I had read before buying the product that the car seat would be heavy, so I knew that going into it. I loved the design…its modern and unique. I absolutely love the stroller! Its unbelievably easy to fold up and down. I was surprised with how light it is and is incredibly easy to steer! Overall, I have no complaints with this travel system and plan to use it for many years to come!!

  149. Jill on July 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I used the carseat and stroller together until my son was about 5 1/2 months old. I just loved how conveniently the carseat snapped into the stroller. I have and still use this stroller for quick trips to the store and even for long walks. Has enough storage space for everything that I need or purchase. The only downfall is that it’s large to store even when folded. Luckily I have a SUV so it fits in the back, but just barely fits into my husbands hatch back.

  150. Mrs. Jane on July 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I LOVE THIS TRAVELING SYSTEM!! It is so easy to use and only took like 10 mins to put together!! The only downside is it is a little heavy to carry, but all of them weight about the same.. Would not change it for the world!

  151. mommy on the go on July 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I recieved this as a gift and would buy it over again! the stroller is smooth, and the carseat is wonderful as well. i love how the base has the latch so i can make the seat belt tight and latch helps to keep it tight and in place. i love how with the base its easy to put in and take out of my suv.a firend has an eddie bauer one and i would not let my baby ride in that, it doesnt seem secure a all. to me this is one of the best products for a newborn and a safety concerned mom!!

  152. Niki on July 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Yes, the car seat is heavy, but to me it’s worth it b/c he can fit in it for so long! As a caution, it is NOT compatible with the Snug Ride base, you have to use the Safe Seat base. Love the stroller as well. My son was a preemie, only weighed a little over 4 lbs, and we brought him home in this carseat after he passed the carseat test in the hospital. Now, he’s a 15 lb 6-month-old and still using the same seat, we love it.

  153. Nat The Soldier Mom on July 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The Stroller itself, when you open it and use it is great, it has some really useful features, like the large basket and the console to store things in. However it’s very big and bulky when traveling through isles and tight spots, i especially hate the way it folds up, you have to bend and pick up the huge heavy bulky thing and put it in your car, it doesnt leave much space to put anything else! I have a large suv! The car seat is great and i love the fabric.

  154. Carly's Mom on July 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

  155. Softball Mama 78 on July 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system has fit perfectly into our busy lives. It’s easy to set up and manuever. The only thing we had a problem with was figuring out how to properly secure the carseat onto the stroller. It’s not terribly obvious or intuitive. Other than that, we’ve been very happy with this purchase.

  156. Bryce's Mommy on July 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I LOVE THIS TRAVELING SYSTEM!! I love the Deco style it is so cute. I didn’t find out the sex of my baby so I had to choose a neuutral style that will go for a boy or a girl. My baby boy is almost 8 months old now. He loves it too. The carseat and the stroller is easy to use, easy to fold, no too heavy, & very comfortable.

  157. Samiam143 on July 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I got this travel system as a baby shower gift. I completely love it. It was all easy to asemble, even for a first time mom. The stroller collapses very easily with one hand and it’s also a very sturdy one. Easy to steer as well. The only con is the car seat barely fits in my car. BUT IT FITS! I have a scion tc and it still fits in there. The stroller also fits in my lack of a trunk, just doesnt have too much extra space. That’s only bc my car is tiny. I recommend this travel system!

  158. Aurora's Momma on July 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I take this stroller with me everywhere. It goes to […] the grocery store, the mall, and I even took it to the lake. It’s wonderful to be able to take the stroller out, quickly unfold it, and set the car seat in it all while the baby is still sleeping. We also take it on walks around town and the dual canopies offer my baby plenty of shade while it has a viewing window I can see into.

We love the adjustable carseat and the ease in which you can tighten the straps. It is very easy to get in and out of the car with the base. The stroller is smooth riding and the carseat fastens securely. There is not much room in the basket of the stroller.

  162. Still waiting on baby on July 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

A beautiful set. This was a very easy stroller to put together. It is quite large and a little heavy but very easy to fold. We are still awaiting the arrival of our son, so I have not used the stroller or carseat. I can’t wait to see how it functions.

  163. Happy Housewife on July 31st, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller/carseat combo is great. The best thing about the stroller is that it rides so smoothly! It’s a heavy stroller, but it pushes so easily.

My only complaint is that once it is folded (which is a super easy, one-handed job) it is very difficult to transport (lift into car, move into the house). It needs a latch or something to keep it from unfolding and then it needs a position where it will lay nicely without falling over.

  164. First Time Mom on August 4th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love that it has a big basket, cup holders and compartments to put things in. I also love how the top of the stroller can be moved in front of the babies face to protect them from the sun. It also gives you the chance to keep an eye on your baby too.

  165. Erin in VA on August 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My daughter is now 6 months old. I’ve been waiting to review the product for awhile, so I could give it a fair review. Overall, I am very pleased. The car seat is great. She fits well and it seems very safe. The stroller has only become a part of our life recently. When she was born I was driving a Honda Civic which the stroller barely fits in the trunk of. Now I’m in a Honda Odyssey and it’s no longer an issue. I found the snap & go infant stroller by Graco a very useful purchase for toting her in her car seat around for the first few months. That’s still my stroller of choice. We take her ‘big’ stroller out when we go for walks.

  168. S. TX Acevedos on August 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Super easy to use – the stroller is so simple to fold and the seat back is also a snap to recline or raise. The stroller design is a little wide, so if you have a very small car, you may not be able to fit it. We drive a Honda Fit and it lays down perfectly.

The carrier is easy to lift out of the base or stroller. We love that the weight limit is 32 lbs. Our little one is a little chunky and it has been nice to still be able to use the car seat. The only thing that drives me absolutely nuts is the shade that is on the car seat. The way it attaches to the seat makes it move around way too easily – in other words, it usually will slide all the way back and around to the bottom.

  169. frustated mom on August 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I loved the carseat at first, however after about 5 months of using it the carseat cracked. So I tried to send it back and called Graco, however they have this awful return policy and wanted me to go without a carseat or buy a new one until they returned this one…and they wanted my base to be returned as well. I understand the whole return but why not send me a new carseat first and then I will ship the broken one back to you. I am very disappointed.

  170. Mommyof1 on August 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My baby is now 5 months old. I love this travel system, I have often recieved comments on how it looks like the cadillic of the strollers. It is nice and sturdy. Soo easy to manuver, the only downfall which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is very heavy. The carseat was okay in the beginning but now that my baby is a little older it tends to be very heavy, but I love love love the fact that the carseat snaps right into the stroller. I will definitely use this carseat/stroller combo for my future children. And a big plus about it, Its SUPER cute!!!! I get complements everywhere I go!!!

  171. JS on August 11th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Overall it’s nice. I have an SUV and the stroller fits in there but if you have a car it most likely won’t fit in your trunk. It doesn’t fit in both my parents and in-laws trunks of their cars and they don’t have small cars. The carrier is heavy and awkward. It doesn’t fit in a lot of shopping carts. The stroller folds up very easily. I like the colors.

  172. Always on the Go mother of 3 on August 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I have had Graco Carseats and Strollers for all 3 kids, and they can take a beating! Sturdy, heavy duty stroller has often carried one child in the seat, and a toddler in the basket:) Easy to open with one hand. Carrier is large and heavy, but feels safer to me than the light weight smaller ones. I love the car seat base that stays in the car. I am in and out of the car all day, and that makes it so easy.

  173. Sarah on August 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

First time Mom purchased this stroller based on reviews. Love the soft material I could not stand the idea of putting my newborn in some of the harsher materials of other products. Unfortunately, the stroller has broken. The front wheel fell off after a day out. My husband was loading it in the car and it just fell off. I am glad my son was not still on the stroller. The other concern I have is the handle for the car seat has multiple locking positions. They all worked when I first purchased, however, the handle will not lock in all positions anymore. Which seems to me that soon it might not lock into position at all. Another safety concern.

Please think twice when purchasing this overpriced poor quality stroller and car seat!

Our little guy gets very hot and fussy while riding in the car. he becomes very sweaty in this seat.

This is the perfect travel system. My son is now 5 months old and we have put this product through it’s paces. We took it to Disney World this summer and it was a life saver. I placed a small fan at the feet of the car seat in the space between the carseat and the back of the stroller. My son did not get hot at all and it was over 90 degrees that day. The fold down basket is great! The stroller is big, but it’s not too heavy and it handles really well. I’m very happy with the carseat because it is so big allowing for a higher weight/height limit (my son is already wearing 9 month clothes).

We have had this stroller for six months and the basket has a hole in it and the tray is breaking. I love the colors but the stroller is not holding up well. We take good care of it by putting it away and cleaning often.

Out of all our previous stroller/carseats, this is by far the best. Easy to handle, looks fabulous, very safe.

We love this product! The seat is great to take places and the stroller is fantastic. We take the stoller everywhere with. It is a little bulky, but it holds all of our things and all of our daughters. I bought this one based on the safety ratings.
My only complaint… everyone thinks we have a boy based on the colors. She now has a pink blanket that goes everywhere with us!

  179. tired from carrying this carseat! on August 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system was okay, I have no MAJOR complaints. It’s definately really cute and did have good storage.
The car seat, however, was sooooooo heavy with my child in it that I could barely carry her. Keep in mind that my job prior to having my daughter required a lot of physical labor and I’m in good shape. It was even really heavy for my husband to carry for any extended length of time. And….so much for her being able to use it longer b/c of its size – she outgrew it at 6 months.
The stroller was also pretty big and bulky and I had a hard time navigating in stores that didn’t have a lot of room – I was always running into things.
We’ve decided to sell ours and look into something different for our next child.
This system does have a few redeeming qualities, but I would suggest something smaller, lighter and easier to travel with.

this product is good..carseat and base just work fine only problem is the buckle on the carseat get stuck once in a while, but carseat is durable to have n put my son asleep…The stroller came in handle work fine no problems with it…it just bulky. its wonderful to have around when going out, if there nowhere to change the baby i change him in the stroller and comfortable for him to sleep in.
