No doubt that this system is high quality but I found the car seat to be too tight. My daughter is not happy in it. After all that $$$ spent on a stroller system I am now using a graco seat given to me because it’s more roomy. We gave the car seat to the grandmothers for emergencies. The stroller itself is nice but now that my child is sitting up the backrest does not come straight up. She’s always forced to sit on an incline.

I love this stroller, my baby was born premature and I was worried that he wouldnt fit in the car seat, but it was a perfect fit, and the car seat stroller combination was FANTASTIC!!! I have gotten my use out of it and my son is only 6 months old. There are a few features that I didnt realize that the stroller had that really came in handy, when compared to my friends. The car seat has a button that lets you make the straps longer or shorter at any given time. This is great because some of my friends you have to manually do the adjusting in the back of the car seat. This honestly has been the BEST purchase for the baby!

  3. Cody's mom on June 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This carseat was so simple to use and combined with the stroller you can’t do better! Even the hospital said Chicco was their favorite for ease of use & ability to correctly sit in a vehicle. The stroller & carseat are constructed well and my son has been cradled comfortably since coming home from the hospital…he’s now 5 months old! Thanks Chicco for a great product!!!

  4. MOMMY2ETHAN on June 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this product, easy to carry, lasting a long time, the wheels are great and moves easy..a must buy

  5. Mommy to one on June 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This product has been awesome. We had a different car seat when my son was born, but he was small and did not fit well in it all. We found the car seat to be the best fit for a small child. We also love the stroller, turns on a dime and folds so easily. We have many Chicco products and love them all! This is a must have!

  6. Now a Smarter Shopper on June 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

As a new mom 2 years ago, I wanted to get a really nice stroller for my baby. I chose this Chicco because at first glance, it seemed to be a quality product. But I have to tell you how disappointed I was! The carseat is so tight, both my girls (now I have two) cried each time they got into it. I changed out the carseat with a cheaper Evenflo, and the girls loved that one. The stroller itself isn’t friendly for toddlers who like to sit up straight and look out (the seat always lays back), so we had to invest in another stroller for my toddler. The Chicco was not a smart buy. I don’t even know who I can give it away to. But experience has made me a smarter shopper, and now I look for comfort for the babies as a key factor. Because if my babies don’t like it, why spend the money on it?!

  7. CB on June 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My child is nine months old, and this travel system is great! I only have use of one hand and I can use this system very well with just one hand! I would buy this again. I’m small, and the system is not heavy, the base is half the size of graco’s base and snaps in and releases much quicker. Easy to fold and unfold, love that the handle adjust since my husband is taller then me, great storage, easy to wash and after several months I still have no complaints.

  8. Jul&jakes mom on June 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Now it looks beautiful BUT… – The stroller is easy to fold up – a little awkward fitting in the back of my car ( Chrysler Pacifica ) – I have to adjust the handles before I put it away – The car seat is a whole different story – it is VERY heavy – I feel like the baby is very safe in it but to carry it even without him in it – it is still so heavy – PLUS !! here is the best part – for all of you mommies who grocery shop or use a shopping cart like a grocery cart – the car seat does NOT latch onto the basket and rest on the handle you push the cart from – I discovered this the other day when I went grocery shopping for the first time with my son and I had to put the car seat inside of the wagon !! I was so annoyed – I had to put all my groceries in the front basket and squeeze them along the sides of the car seat!! So look and see before you buy if the car seat you pick out is able to fit on a grocery cart SAFELY!!!- BEWARE!!!

  9. first time mom on June 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This has been a good buy for us, it was extremly easy to install the base in both cars, one with the latch system and one without. Our son was premature but fit in this seat nicely when we came home. The infant insert was great. He is now 6 mo. old and still fits in it fine but it is getting too heavy to lug around. He also no longer likes spending long periods of time in it so we will take him out to go shopping. The stroller is very easy to use and fold. He will often nap in the stroller when we are walking or at a picnic.

  10. KCHealthTeacher on June 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. It is very shock absorbant for going for walks on uneven sidewalks. It maneuvers very well and I find it extremely comfortable to push because of the adjustable handle. I also really like the cupholder and storgage compartment near the handle.

If there are any drawbacks it would be that the carseat carrier can get very warm for the baby. However, I have mentioned this to many friends and they experience the same thing with other brands. I also think the carseat is heavy to use as a carrier, but the nice thing is that the baby can ride in just the stroller without the carseat by about 5-6 weeks.

This product seems to be very durable and is so easy to push. I highly reccommend it!

  11. Jess on July 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I received this travel system as a gift for my first baby and I think it’s great. It suited our needs perfectly, the installation was quick and easy so I never needed to worry about my baby riding around not securely in place. The car seat goes easily into the stroller and was perfect for when he was small and needed the infant insert padding. Now that he’s older, we leave the carseat in the car and just carry him in and out because it is very heavy, but I managed. The stroller is large and a little cumbersome, but not more so than any other travel systems. Overall I really enjoyed it and will be using the car seat again with our second on the way.

  12. Cayden's Mom on July 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I started off really loving this stroller. I have the same problem as most about my child wanting to sit up straight and he holds on to the tray so that he doesn’t have to sit back. The other problem I have is that my stroller does not fold and unfold properly. The latch on one side broke and now I have to pull it up or down with one hand in order for it to open or close. It does not make it easy with a child on one arm. Other than these two problems, I love the stroller. It handles really well in gravel and on concrete.

  13. Kay on July 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I’am a first time mom and i love this stroller. This product is very easy to use. The car seat was very easy to install. I recommend this product to every mom.

  14. Jack's Mom on July 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

At first, I really loved this stroller. I really liked the carrier and the base is really easy to install. Once my son got big enough to ride in the stroller, I started changing my mind. It is a pain to fold up. The back has to be fully reclined to fold it up. I always forget to do that and it doesnt fold correctly if you dont. The basket underneath is near impossible to get to when the carrier is in the stroller since the back is in the recline position. I knew others complained about this when I bought it, but now after experiencing it, I would have looked for something else due to this. It’s just such a pain getting the diaper bag out, especially if it is of any decent size. It does steer really well, is lightweight and not as bulky as other strollers. I can fold it up and be holding my son at the same time. the handle does adjust higher and my husband being 6’4″ really likes this. It makes it more comfortable for him to push. The stroller isnt bad, but i would keep researching to make sure you cant find something a little better.

  15. Gavins mom on July 9th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I have this combo and LOVE it. My son loves and it and NEVER cries when he’s in it. He falls asleep in it!! I would recommend this product to ANYONE!!

  16. Evan's Mom on July 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I registered for this travel system and received it for my shower. I put the stroller together by myself while I was pregnant, it was simple. The carseat is great, although my son is now 4 months old and it is a load to carry around! The carseat snaps into the stroller easily, the stroller has a fairly large sun shade that you can move to block the sun depending on where it is. My son likes to ride in the carseat or by himself in the stroller. My only two complaints are that the 5 point harness on the stroller is still too big for my son at 4 months and 14 pounds. Also, I take a lot of walks in my neighborhood (sidewalks) and the stroller tends to be a little wobbly, so he gets a bumpy ride but doesn’t seem to mind. Overall, it is a great travel system for the price.

  17. Dada on July 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We purchased the Chicco Cortina thinking that we’d able to use the stroller for our son until he reaches the age of 2 or 3 and that would make up for the hefty price. When he became 8 1/2 months old, his shoulders wouldn’t fit into the seat – he can no longer lean back against the seat and has to lean forward all the time. If you look at the picture, the stroller has 2 wings at shoulder level – those are NEITHER foldable NOR removable and are hard plastic. Our son’s relatively big (90th percentile) but he’s still a baby and much smaller than our 2 1/2 year old daughter who also can’t fit and is just in the 50th percentiles.

Also, the harness in the stroller was uncomfortable since he was 6 months old. I read the manual trying to figure how to extend the harness but it was already at maximum. The child seat is a little heavier than other brands and trust me you will feel every extra ounce on your shoulders when carrying it – my wife couldn’t lift it after a few months.

The worst part is that I contacted Chicco to ask for a refund. They asked me to email them a picture of our son and fax the receipt. A week later, they got back with the following response. Here’s the reply I got:

    “Dear Michael,

We appreciate that you have brought this matter to our attention. From the photo and information you have provided, it appears that your son has probably outgrown the travel system you purchased. There does not appear to be a damage or defect that would require any type of warranty repair or replacement of the stroller. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for this product.

We’ve had excellent experience with Graco and should have stayed loyal to them.

  18. Yulissa R on July 17th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I was using a Graco which I had received for my baby shower and used it for a couple days and hated it! It was very hard to get in & out of car and securing it. And didn’t feel safe having my baby in it. Once I upgraded to this one It was like I was in heaven! I would snap the car seat in my SUV within 1 minute. I used the “Infant” carrier until about he was 11 mts. with NO PROBLEMS then purchased a toddler carseat. Very content with this set. I felt very safe and secure. Very easy to assemble, take apart, wash. Very lightweight. I love it!

  19. Krissy, first time mom on July 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This system is great. When we left the hospital we didn’t need extra head support because the padding is so good and installation was a breeze. Now that my little boy is 5 months the stroller works really well without the car seat. The only draw back I found is that when you use the stroller with the car seat, getting to the storage under the stroller is VERY difficult. You need to load the storage and then put the seat on. Would definitely buy this product again!

  20. expecting #2 on July 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We first got this stroller when i was preganant with my son, almost two years ago now.It was perfect from the time we first brought him home in it from the hospital. The car seat is wonderful to get in and out of its base. When my son got big enough to ride in it w/out the carseat, he fit in it perfectly. It was a breeze to collapse and put in the car. It has lasted the test of time and my son.It still looks practically new.The fabric holds up really well, and is easy to clean. its sitting in my garage waitng to be used for baby #2 coming soon. I would encourage anyone to get it.

  21. Maddy's Mom on July 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller was well worth the money for me. It is so easy to get in and out of the car by yourself. It steers great and is easy to push but is strong and sturdy. My mother in law has a Graco and you can tell the difference in the quality. The carseat is a little heavier but it seems safer to me. The only thing I do not like is that you can’t put the carseat on the grocery cart. This makes shopping kind of hectic but I normally try to go alone for some mom time!!

  22. New Mom on July 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I got this at my baby shower as a gift from my mother…it’s the greatest stroller in the world – there is nothing else I can say about it! I love the fabric, it seems perfect, and the stroller itself is so light, it only took us (me and my husband) about 10 minutes to put it together! It’s definately worth the money! Chicco is #1!

  23. 1st time mom on July 31st, 2008 at 12:00 am

We are so pleased with this travel system. It is lightweight and easy to use. I can get it in and out of the car very quickly. It’s so convenient and goes on all terrains. Our little girl is so happy when she’s in it.

  24. BUSY BUSY BUSY!!! on July 31st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this product, my son is now 5 months old and in the 9o% tile for his age..”Big Boy” and he still fits perfectly into the carseat. he loves the stroller as well, sits up and looks around, we have not had any problems with travel system what so ever, I will re-use this one if we have another boy, if we have a girl next I will buy this product in a different color!!

  25. Sonnie - 1st time mom on August 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

As first time parents, my husband and I researched every baby product before purchasing. We purchased this travel system because it appeared durable, it’s made of quality easy to clean material and it had the best ratings. The car seat is a bit heavier than others; however my child seems safe, secure and comfortable (she falls a sleep in it). The stroller is very easy to manage in & out of the car and has a great turning radius. It’s a bit expensive; but my child is worth it. I highly recommend this product.

  26. dleon on August 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this product, my daughter is now 5 months old.”Big girl” and she still fits perfectly into the carseat. She loves the stroller as well, sits up and looks around, I will re-use this one if I have another child.

  27. Bailey's Mom on August 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Before our daughter was born, I researched every brand of stroller systems with the exeception of Chicco – because of the price. When it came time to purchase, we had our mind set on an Eddie Bauer. It was in the “budget”; however, upon comparing the Chicco system to the Eddie Bauer we found the Chicco unit was lightweight, easier to manuever, & the infant carrier was easy to take in & out . As with any large purchase you second guess yourself at the checkout line…. but I MUST say this was absolutely worth every penny. My daughter loved riding in her car seat & we loved the luxury of purchasing a 2nd base so that we didn’t have to purchase an additional infant carseat. Our only regret was that when it came time to purchase a forward facing seat we knew our days of being spoiled were over as we searched for such a product made by Chicco – with no luck. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is expecting.

  28. JR on August 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is wonderful. I would be lost with out it. It is easy to use, and my 4 month old just loves sitting in the stroller.

  29. Mallory'sMommy on August 5th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We absolutely love this travel system. We hated to see our daughter out grow it! She always seems so safe and comfortable in it. She is a year old and we use the stroller alot. It is nice and cozy and if she falls asleep we just recline it and keep strolling! We will use it again with out next child if we don’t stroll the tires off before then! One of the best purchases we made!

  30. Jamie on August 19th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I really like this car seat and stroller. My 3 month old uses it at least once every day for walks and drives. The stroller is super easy to use and fold up. The car seat seems very comfortable for my baby and is very secure. I would definitely buy this again.

  31. Lan on August 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I had originally registered for the Evenflo travel system. We had it for about 2 weeks and I didnt like it at all. The carseat base wasnt sturdy in the backseat and the carrier wasnt practical with the carry handle on top. My husband and I purchased this one and I havent found a flaw yet. My 5 month old son loves it – Its spacious and very easy to use. The stroller is simple with one pull of the handle it opens or closes. I absolutley love this its been one of our best purchases!

  32. First time mom on August 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I am very pleased with the travel system. It’s heavy duty and I really feel like my little one is safe. All of the padding has been very easy to remove and keep clean. It is bulky and probably not a system for someone with a compact car, but works great in my SUV. Unfortunately, my little one is large for his age and will outgrow the infant carrier before I had originally anticipated since it only goes up to 22 pounds. He does get sweaty in it but if I put a cloth diaper between him and the seat fabric that does help some. It’s so easy to click the carrier into the stroller and I love having the adjustable handle on the stroller. My husband calls it the “tank” because our baby is so safe and secure in it.

  33. mommy to be! on August 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I was originally registered for the Graco Deco collection since i wanted everything to match. At the store i realized how bulky it was and how it would not be very easy to fit in my small bmw car.
we decided to go with the Chicco, and i love IT! it fits perfect,it meets my safety guidelines and more, looks so comfortable.I cant wait to use it!
I assembled it myself and didnt take long at all! i love it,I love it, I love it.
the bad side it that it can be a bit pricey but all worth it.

  34. Stay at home mom on September 1st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I bought this stroller because I liked the looks, but…my daughter is now 11 months and I HATE this stroller. When my daughter was using the car seat it would NOT fit into grocery cart tops, so it fills the entire cart, other car setas do not do this. My daughter cannot sit upright and hates always leaning back. The wheels squeak and are completely worn down. The locks are always locking on their own by just getting the stroller in and out of the car and are not easy to unlock with your foot, which means that you have to get down to manually unlock all four wheels. The sunshade is a joke and I had to buy an extension. All in all I would not recommend this stroller. I do use it daily as I stay at home, but I would think that it would hold up better atleast until her first birthday.

  35. Alexander's Mommy on September 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

My aunt gave me this product at my baby shower for my son. I love it! Yes, it does not fit in shopping carts and yes the car seat does weigh.. my son is 6 months old and weighs 22 pounds. i cant use it anymore. BUT the time i did use it, it was great. I had a two-door car and was VERY easy to get in and out. It was extremly sturdy and my son loved falling asleep in it. The stroller is perfect for younger kids because it lays completly flat, something mos people dont look for, but is VERY IMPORTANT. overall, love the product. im planning on keeping it for my next baby, whenever he/she comes along! 🙂

  36. Mom of 3 on September 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

It is my 3rd baby and I finally got a nice car seat! It fits the baby so snug and looks and feels very comfortable. It has every feature I was looking for. Expensive but I think well worth it.

  37. Dylan's mommy on September 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

It is easy to use, lightweight and unisex.

  38. North Carolina Mom on September 6th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Has been checked on airline 5-10 times and still works this is more then I can say for the other strollers I tried.

  39. Ian's Mommy on September 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The travel system is great! Very easy to use but the only thing is a little bit heavy for me.

  40. Rory's mom on September 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller, car seat combo. I did some research to find a top rated car seat and Chicco kept coming up. It is easy to get my daughter in and out of and easily snaps into the base without any problems. I’ve used the stroller with my daughther in the car seat and just laying in the stoller. She seems comfy both ways. I have used it indoors and out and on semi rough terain smoothly. I like that my phone and keys can fit in the tray and close away from sight. It folds up easily and quickly.

  41. Perfectionist on September 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This carseat is extremely safe and sturdy. I have seen many of the other brands of carseats, and this one most definitely seems to be the safest. Also, the babies I know with this carseat tend to be able to stay in it longer (its harder to outgrow!) It’s perfect. I love the tray for keys and such on the stroller, and how easy it is to manuver with all the strage space. Worth the extra money for something so safe and secure! And the colors are just adorable. Neutral, with a little bit of color (oragne), perfect for a boy or girl!

  42. new mom on September 7th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Great product all around, BUT there is no access to the basket underneath when you have the car seat in the stroller. Kind of a bummer because I then have to carry the diaper bag and my purse.

  43. busy mom on September 9th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Lightweight yet durable, easy to fold up, fits perfect in the trunk, smooth ride, so comfortable my son falls asleep almost everytime he is in it.
High ratings! Chicco is one of the safest carseats out there!

  44. Sharon 3 under 3 on September 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller/car seat combo! Car seat is so easy to get in/out of the base, although it is a bit heavy once the baby gets a little bigger. Our car seat was damaged when checked as luggage and we switched to a Graco safe seat for our 2nd child- it was much more difficult to get in/out, but DID fit into the stroller (although didn’t ‘lock’ tight). We’ve had the system for 2 1/2 years and it has held up well. Just recently had problems w/ opening/closing of the stroller and contacted Chicco- THEY SENT AN ENTIRELY NEW STROLLER!?! I nearly fell over given that it has been 2 1/2 years later! I would buy this again in a heartbeat! The seat reclines nicely, big basket underneath- I just wish they made one in a double for my next baby!

  45. Sierra on September 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I have never gotten so many compliments! This is worth the money 100%. The basket is not accessible when the recline is full, but this is the case with ALL travel systems! You will not be disappointed. Very easy to close with one hand. I set up alone and the instructions were very clear, taking about 15 minutes. Love the neutral colors!

  46. Jeev's mom on September 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We just bought this stroller. My baby is so comfortable in it. Before we bought the Graco travel system. My baby’s back was always leaning forward and had no support. This seems he is really enjoying the comfortable position of the car seat.

  47. tasha on September 25th, 2008 at 12:00 am

i had the baby trend travel system before i got this one and there was 4 things wrong with it so i switched to the chicco and i wish it would of been the 1st i love it money well spent!!!

  48. MOM of 3 on September 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love the stroller!! I got this for a gift with my 3rd child. I had another brand for my first 2 kids. This is so easy to open and close. My only complaint is that the car seat doesnt fit in the child seat part of the cart at the stores. You can get it to fit but it will not latch and did not feel secure. So I would not put it in the seat. That made shopping hard with 3 kids. Now my little guy is ONE and no longer in the carrier but I use the stroller every day when we take his sisters to school. I love it I love it

  49. Kristy on September 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is the BEST travel system on the market HANDS DOWN. The stroller is so EASY to use and the car seat snaps right into place, one of the BEST things I purchased for my child COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT!!

  50. Kayla's Mom on September 30th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My newborn loves this travel system. She falls asleep every time we put her into the carrier and appears to enjoy it in the car, as well. The stroller is a little on the bulky side and takes up a lot of trunk space, but opens and collapses easily (with one hand). The wheels are sturdy and rotate 360 degrees. Very easy to maneuver and a smooth ride. The disappointment that I didn’t discover until recently is that the carrier seat DOES NOT latch onto shopping carts as most other carriers do, which is a bummer and a surprise given all of the reviews I read prior to registering. Also, when the carrier is attached to the stroller or the stroller seat is fully reclined, you are not really able to use the storage underneath.

  51. Tina on October 1st, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love everything about this item. I would recommend to anyone that was pregnant or looking for a stroller!!

Very disappointed that I’m unable to use the car seat on the carts at the grocery stores. Every mom has to go to the grocery store and there is no room for groceries and the baby. Now I’m having to get a babysitter to go shopping.

I love this car seat. I had no problems with this car seat going into grocery carts. I absolutely love it!

  54. Dana-New Mom on October 12th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel set up is great. My husband and I are tall (I’m 5’10” and he’s 6’2″) and the stroller is the perfect height for us, we don’t have to hunch over. The ride seems very smooth and it moves around ok, but when I am out shopping I find that the wheels need a lot of room to turn themselves around when my daughter needs to be pushed back and forth. There is lots of room on the bottom when she is sitting up but when the seat is on the top or she is laying down you have to carry your diaper bag.

For all the other ladies that wrote about not being able to put the carrier on the buggies in the grocery store, I am pretty certain it said in the manual that Chicco made the car seat so it won’t fit on there intentially because it is unsafe. Please don’t quote me on this incase I am incorrect, I just wanted to pass that info along.

we researched tons of strollers and car seats in preparation for our baby to arrive. i am thrilled that we landed upon this travel system. while pricey, it DELIVERS. i loved being able to take her from the car to the stroller without having to take her out. and it has grown with my little girl. she is now 2 1/2 and we are still using the stroller! it is also very easy to clean! i have taken off the fabric parts several times to wash them. just throw them in the washer! it’s great! it still looks new 2 1/2 years later! this is a great system and i highly recommend it!

  56. Dylan's number one fan on October 13th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is a breeze! The stroller is easy to fold and unfold and its not to bulky. I gave it four stars because the sunshade on the carrier really isn’t long enough and the rack underneath is useless. I new about the rack though before registering. Still love the set!

  57. Ernst on October 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This product is very easy to operate. It is true, you can operate it with one hand. Very light to
carry and to leaf for storage. I love it. Can’t be any better.

After reading all the great reviews about this travel system we decided to purchase it for our first baby. The infant carrier easily snaps into the base and stoller. Our son has a lot of room in the infant carrier and seems to be very comfortable. It snaps into the base and stroller very easily. This stoller is very simple to use. With just one hand it folds up and opens up quickly.

We also have no problem putting the carrier in the bottom of the shopping carts. It’s safer for our son and we never have to worry about him falling out. We are so glad we registered for this great stroller!

  59. Mk's Mom on October 21st, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system is great! It is so easy to unfold and close up. It is not so heavy to lift and it fits great in the back of our suv.The car seat clicks in easily to the base and is very secure. The only bad thing about it is, when the back is in lay down position you cant really access the basket, unless it is a small item you want to put in there. But to solve that issue, get an item called the mommy hook and hang your shopping bags on that. I would definitly recommend this system.

  60. Jesse on October 23rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is a nice looking travel system, but I wish I would have known it only goes up to 22lbs for the carseat because I certainly would have purchased the Graco that goes up to 30lbs. I will not get any where as much use out of this travel system and I also feel it is much more of a “cheap” feel to it than other brands.

  61. mamis on October 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller, in the carseat I feel my baby is safe and secure. Dont recommend to people with compact cars though, but it is very safe. The carseat is kinda heavy but feels very comfortable to baby, and has good traction, have taken it to beach and park and it feels great on grass, tried graco on grass and it was always getting stuck and felt heavy.

  62. New Mommie on October 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This carseat is wonderful. My baby boy always falls fast asleep in it. The pads are easily washable in case baby has a leaky diaper (which is inevitable). It is slightly heavier than other carseats, but well worth it because of how comfortable it is for the baby, it goes up to 30 lbs rear-facing (safer for baby), and is very safe. The stroller collapses EASILY – just make sure not to leave anything in the basket on the bottom because it will fall right out upon closing. The cup-holders and compartment on top come in handy for mom’s keys, cell phone, or other need to reach items. Highly recommend over other brands that skimp on the padding and feel like hard plastic!

    Perfect. Safe. Easy. Cute!

  64. CB on October 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This stroller / car seat is rugged and well built. After comparing it to other strollers / car seats you can just see how Chicco has them beat in quality. Its worth a few extra bucks to get this product.

  65. Mom on the run on October 31st, 2008 at 12:00 am

We have the Chicco and Graco Snug Rider…by far the chicco is the best. It holds our daughter’s head and body perfectly where as in the other she flails around. Perfect for torticollis babies. It is light weight and a no brainer to install, it straps in quick and the level makes it easy to check! And if your little one gets sick it is easy to clean. We now go with Chicco for everything now!!!

  66. gavins mommy on November 4th, 2008 at 12:00 am

  67. Mom to 1 on November 10th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system. The car seat is one of the safest seats out there, which gives me peace of mind. It seems like it is so comfortable for my baby as well. Before I decided what to buy, I felt in all of the car seats. This one has much more padding in it than the Graco car seats, and I know I would want to sit in it if I was a baby! 🙂 The base is very easy to use. We have even transferred it from car to car because we only have one base. It only takes a few seconds to install once you know how. The stroller is awesome as well. It looks great and has all of the features that you could need! I especially love that when you fold it up it automatically remembers if you had the seat reclined or not for when you re-open it. I take this stroller with me all the time. My baby and I both love it. It is definately worth the extra money. You will be glad you bought it.

  68. Jill enjoying motherhood on November 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This travel system has been great! I use it all the time. The stroller is easy to push around the grocery store, while pulling a cart. I like that the stroller is very easy to fold and open. Plus, it is light for lifting into the car. The car seat carrier also works nicely and is easy to put into the car base and the stroller. The only down side has been a squeaky wheel.

  69. Jen on November 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I like the stroller system. There are a couple of things I don’t like. One being the when you are using the car seat in the stroller you can not get your diaper bag underneath and the underneath bag does not hold alot. Next is it hard to unfold the stroller and the stroller is heavy for the most part. The thing I like about the stroller is that it has held up well I have been use it for about 5 months now. The stroller is easy to push and the seat tray can left up or come off. My daughter seem to be comfortable and roomy.

  70. Fal's mommy on November 14th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Easy to use, lightweight, works great!

  71. K's Mommy on November 15th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My husband did a great deal of research before we decided on this travel system. It has been worth every penny! My daughter has been safe and comfortable since day one. Now at 8 1/2 months, we are just starting to look into moving her into the next level of car seat. The stroller is great too! The colors are very neutral and would work great for a boy or girl!

  72. Renee on November 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I’ve owned this stroller ever since my son was a newborn 2 years ago. Although the stroller is easy to maneuver and the colors are neutral, there were a couple of things that were disappointing. First of all, the infant carrier seems to be heavier than most others. Once the baby is in of course it’s even heavier. I would highly advise against this product for new moms recovering from a c-section unless someone else is with you to handle the infant seat. Also, there is very limited storage space if the stroller is in use. You almost have to force a diaper bag and your purse in at the same time, not ideal if you are shopping and need the space.

  73. d's mommy on November 18th, 2008 at 12:00 am

The stroller rides incredibly smooth and is very easy to steer. It opens and closes extremely easily, I can do both with one hand if I need to. I have an SUV so space for it isn’t an issue, but it would be a tight squeeze for a regular car trunk.

Getting the carseat into the stroller can be tricky if the material in the stroller covers the locks, but it’s easy to fix. Getting the carseat in and out of the base is super easy. The base adjusts to compensate for the angle of the car’s seat, so the carseat sits nicely even.

The 5 point harness is soooo easy to adjust, the inserts work really well to give my son a snug and safe ride.

I have two gripes about the system: the material it’s made from gets really warm, so on a normal summer day here in Louisiana, I wouldn’t dare leave him in his carseat any longer than I needed to. My other gripe is that the carseat is a few pounds heavier then a normal Graco carseat, which isn’t so bad with a newborn, but once my son got to 10 pounds, it became a workout to carry him in it.

Cleaning the material is really easy, you just wipe it with a damp cloth.

You have to assemble the stroller obviously, but it was pretty simple.

And I love that every parent magazine talks about how this carseat is the safest one, makes me even more confident about putting my son into it.

  74. Erin -new mom on November 19th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I have used my system for a month and over all have been very pleased with it. Car seat is convenient to use: easily snaps in and out. Stroller is lightweight-folds and fits nicely in the trunk. The whole system is sturdy and manuverable–very well made. Here are some small features I like:styish neutral colors, smooth ride, cushy hand grips, full visor for wind protection… The cons are splitting hairs for me: poor visibility through window in visor and the storage area under stroller a bit small. I would definitely choose this product again!

  75. first time mommy on November 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

We got this as a gift for our shower but I would have spent the money on it anyways. It is very durable and very stylish. We also purchased two car seat bases to keep in my husbands truck and at the sitters house so we didn’t have to pull it in and out the car every morning. I will definetly be putting this up to save for my next child. My son has peed and pooed through his clothing many of times and I just pulled the cover off and threw it in the washer. it has never stained nor faded. Great product. The only downfall that I have is that it doesn’t fit in a […] shopping card like other carseats do, so you can’t really go shopping because you have to put the car seat in the buggy and you can’t really fit too many groceries in there. but overall i think this is a great product.

  76. mom2claire on December 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is an awesome product. It seems comfortable, very easy to use, and sturdy. I have seen other mothers struggle in parking lots trying to snap their infant carrier into its base. This one just pops right in, you can hear it click…no worries. Maybe it’s a little heavier than some but this wasn’t a big deal to me, my daughter was small though. The stroller part is super easy to open and close. I don’t use the stoller part often, though. I can’t compare it to other stroller/carriers, but I am 100% happy with this one. I use the infant carrier daily. I would spend the extra money again. I also love the colors. Overall, excellent

  77. mom21boy on December 2nd, 2008 at 12:00 am

We have used this for my 6 month old son since the day he came home from the hospital. He is now almost ready to move into a convertible car seat and I wish Chicco would offer one because I absolutely loved this product! The only problem I can think of is that the fabric in the stroller sometimes goes over the latch when you try to put the car seat in the stroller. My son loves to sit in it and always looks very comfortable. It’s so easy to get the seat in the base, all you have to do is snap it in. Also, the stroller stears very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing an infant car seat!!!

  78. Fist time mom on December 3rd, 2008 at 12:00 am

I found the stroller to be very light weight and easy to lift it up to my SUV considering that I short and only wait around 115 lbs. The only con is that is hard to reach into the stroller basket when the car seat is on top and the stroller seat needs to be in the flat posistion. I do have a feeling that the car seat is very deep and it can’t be comfortable sitting in it, but my baby didn’t seem to be not comfortable. He likes sleeping in it everytime we go out. He sleeps through the whole ride. All in all, I think this is durable and easier to use compare to the Graco that I saw.

  79. butterfly1 on December 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

My Husband and i love this travel system. It is very lightweight and easy to use. The one thing I would change is the basket underneath the stroller is hard to use with the infant seat.

  80. Katie on December 16th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I am a woman of short stature(5’1) and I love this product. I have no problem getting the stroller in and out of my car. It folds easy and and unfolds just as easily. I love the fact that I can push and steer this stroller with literly one finger. I “test drove” alot of other strollers but this was by far my favorite and the easiest to use. The mothers that complain about the infant carrier have nothing to complain about because you are not supposed to set the carrier in the baskets of shopping carts like that anyway. Compared to most other travel systems not only is this system easier to use but it is lighter. I love this product and recommend it to all new moms.

  81. Capri on December 24th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I purchased this stroller because after testing several at the store, this one had the smoothest ride. While I am happy with the stroller, I hate the carry on. My son is 2 months old and weighs 14 lbs. I am 5’2 and 113 lbs. and find it very difficult to carry my son in this carrier – too heavy for me. In addition, there is not enough strap material to play with when buckling him up with a coat. We tried adjusting the straps higher and still the straps are extremely tight on my son. We are returning this product back ASAP!

  82. Rosa on December 26th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is a good system… convenient, safe. You can DEFINITELY use the car seat to go shopping. It DOES fit in the shopping cart, you just have to make sure it sits correctly though. I’ve been using this system for 8 months and am happy.

WOW! I absolutley love this product. As a first time mom there were so many things that i thought i would use and like and after my son came I found out I was wrong. This is one of the products that I Have been happy with from the start. It is so easy to use and my son loves being in his car seat and stroller. I take him on walks and can manouver the stroller with just one hand. I plan on using it for my next child too.

  84. Stacy Mom in Texas on December 27th, 2008 at 12:00 am

This is a very easy to use carrier and stroller. I find it lightweight and easy to transition from one to the other. Putting the carrier in the base in the car is a snap and so is getting it out!

I recommend this to any other! The only issue would be that you need to purchase a soft head rest if you have a small infant or preemie or the seat is too big. However, this is easy to do.

  85. Newmilf08 on December 29th, 2008 at 12:00 am

I bought this system after my baby was born because he was a preemie and the staff in the NICU gave me a list of good car seats for preemies and this was one of them. Love almost everything about it except for the fact that it(stroller) is very bulky and takes up my whole trunk space. The car seat was great for my baby except for the fact that it is and gets very heavy after a couple minutes of carrying it because of the bulk. Overall, besides the fact of it taking up a lot of space and the heaviness, I love it. I

  86. CareBear on January 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I got this system as a shower gift and it is AWESOME. I am going to use it for my daughter when she is born as well.
The car seat is a bit heavier that most, but I feel it’s safer.
As for not fitting on the grocery cart – GREAT!!! You aren’t supposed to put infant seats on there because they have been known to tip the cart over – and when that happens, Baby falls as well. It make shopping a bit of a challenge, but I’d rather have the seat in the bottom and not have to worry about my cart tipping.
the stroller does not sit upright all the way for older kids, but I think it’s well worth the extra $$ for this system.

  87. Christine on January 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this travel system. The carrier is a little heavier then most but it is deeper than most. It feels safe and secure. The stroller is a little on the bulky side but you can always buy a Snap N Go stroller that is more compact for trips to the mall, etc. Overall this is a great product and I have been very happy with it.

  88. Eden's Mommy on January 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This stroller is great. It is not as bulky as other travel systems. It is easy to manuever with ONE hand and my daughter loves the car seat. It was super easy to put together and I have a small Acura and it fits in my trunk just fine. The base for the car seat is easy to instal and really supports the car seat fine.

One complaint i do have is that there is not enough slack in the car seat to strap her in during the winter. It seems like there is not enough material over her coats, but i still get it strapped in.

  89. SAHM of 1 on January 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We love this product. The car seat base is really easy to install, as well as the car seat is easy to switch from car to stroller. It is a really easy, user friendly system. Overall very happy, though I do wish the basket was a bit larger.

  90. Mom2One on January 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Excellent stoller carseat combo. The car seat straps tighten so conveniently compared to others. […] Best one we could have chosen.

  91. Shelley on January 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

When it claims that you can set up and take down the stroller with one hand, it is no exaggeration. The stroller is very easy to open and close. The only think I have found that is less than desirable is when the car seat is in the stroller, it is very difficult to put anything in the storage part of the stroller. This is not enough of a deterrent to keep me from purchasing the same system in the future. The stroller is also not very long from front to back which makes it very convenient to maneuver in stores. The car seat is very easy to put in and take out and the base is great, especially with the bottom being able to adjust to level it. I really did not want to have to put “noodles” under it to make it level. The insert for when the infant is small is great as well. My little one was only 4lbs 2oz when she came home and this seat was great for her. I would highly recommend this to anyone and if we have occasion to need another travel system, it is likely that I will purchase this one. It is a little more pricey, but worth it to me.

  92. MJ on January 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller. I take it with me everywhere my baby and I go. I was a little worried about some of the comments saying that it’s too bulky or that it was too heavy to take in and out of the car but I’m pretty petite and I can do it without breaking a sweat. I like the fact that it has adjustable handles since I am shorter than my hubby.

  93. First time Mom on January 21st, 2009 at 12:00 am

After an intensive reasearch, my husband and I chose this stroller for durability, comfort, easy ride, look and price. My son is now 15 months and I still use it, never had any problem with it. it has few scratches because we traveled during the summer and the airlines staff are not the best handlers, other than that it looks like new, I have unsnaped the fabric and washed it twice. Now I would like to have an umbrella style but is hard to give up the big storage space.

  94. Logan's Mommy on January 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Wonderful system. Easy to work. Everything clicks in easily and clicks out just as easily. There is plenty of room under the stroller for a diaper bag. The only thing is the car seat is pretty heavy. My son is 16 pounds and I can barely carry the car seat with him in it. Other than that it’s great.

  95. Head on January 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

  97. New Mommy on February 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

I am a brand new mom and this is a pretty nice system- very quality and sturdy. I look at other people out and about using theirs and they don’t seem as quality as a product as this one. The car seat clicks nicely into the base when in the car. The car seat has been a life saver- if our newborn baby was crying and hard to calm we would let her sit in the car seat and this would calm her- she seemed to like sitting in there. She had fallen asleep many times in there. If I had to take a shower or do other things around the house and wanted her close by I would lay her in the car seat buckle her in and set her near me and what I was doing- comes in handy around the house. Also does a nice job keeping her upright especially when she has a cold and all stuffed up. It is harder for her to breath laying flat so this does a nice job keeping her upright. The stroller folds up easily and very compact. It is very small and compact- the length from front to back is pretty short and compact making it easy to get through places and around things. The only complaint I would have is that when the car seat is in the stroller- the main seat backrest of the stroller has to be reclined all the way back making it very difficult to get a diaper bag or anything else into and out of the basket. The basket is large enough to fit things in it but it is just when the seat backrest is fully reclined you can’t get things in and out of it. I’ve got a baby that likes to be held and when holding her and pushing the stroller with one hand- it is quite easy. The stroller is easy to maneuver if you only got one hand available. We’ve used the stroller since she was born and she 6 months now. Overall it is a quality product and we are satisfied with the purchase.

This whole travel system is great. It was easy to assemble and it fits in the truck of my Toyota Prius (that says a lot for compact design!) The car seat is great and latches in and out very easily. The stroller is the perfect weight and is easy to maneuver. I definitely would buy this again.

  100. MumMum on February 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Often I have a difficult time lifting and carrying items, but not the seat even with a baby in it. And I just love the stroller! It is easy to store in back of the minivan and easy to collapse and open up. The seat and stroller are also easy to clean.

  101. Jenn 1st time mom on February 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

It’s a great carseat for babies under 7 lbs! Over this it is SUPER HEAVY! The base is super easy to install… I have a Ford Focus which does not have a very big back seat. It fits with just a little room left over. The stroller folds extremely easily and fits in my small trunk!

CONS- It is extremely heavy to carry and it does not fit in grocery carts like you see most infant seats. So, when we do grocery shopping, we need to take 2 carts, one for the carseat (too heavy to carry) and one for the groceries. Grandma wanted me to add: “Stock up on IBproufen, the weight of the seat and baby hurts the dickens out of my shoulder!!” –and my daughter only weighs 16 lbs.

Other than the fact it is SUPER HEAVY, I LOVE IT

i love this system. me and my hubby both have a cadilac esclade and the seat fits perfect it both. the only complant i have is that the basket on this stroller seems to fill up pretty fast. we also have a 4 year old daughter that loves to take naps in it. great great great stroller and we recomend this stroller.

  103. First time parent on February 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Was considering going higher end for fear that a stroller in this price range was not going to be easy to manuver. I LOVE this stroller. Very easy to manuver. A little bulkier than I would preffer, but still good. The only thing I wish it has was rubber wheels. Other than that, it’s been a great pick for me. I’m so glad I didn’t throw good money around on a “high end” stroller, when I got so much for the buck on this one.

  104. First time mom on February 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this product due to safety and asking a few moms I saw out-and-about with it- they loved it. Well my baby was 19 lbs at 3 months and I thought I had to buy a new seat already, but this infant carrier goes up to 30 lbs so no worries- just rough on the back! The seat is a little heavy but is such good quality. Like one mom said, I see other travel systems that just don’t look as good of quality as this one. The seat is nice and wide. It has great sides for them to rest their heads. My son never had a problem going in his seat- always was okay. It snapped into base very easily too. The stroller is very smooth- we go for a walk almost every day. The biggest down fall for me was that it takes up 75% of a grocery cart basket. It doesnt fit on the seat part- wouldnt do that for safety reasons anyways. But it made grocery shopping hard with no space. The basket is hard to get to when the baby seat is in.

  105. Kylie's Mommy on February 9th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller system. The stroller is great has plenty of room and my daughter has no complaints. Then only complaint that I have with it is the basket is fairly small if the seat is completly reclined. The carseat is heavy but it makes me feel completly worry free. I think this carseat is very safe. She is 4 months old and in the 98th% she still fits well….she is very long but I plan on using this product for a few more months.

  106. didi on February 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I’ve been using that stroller since my baby’s birth,he got bigger and at 7 months the stroller was just too small, narrow, also the straps are very hard to open. There is more things that I do not like . I cannot imagine using this stroller when my baby is 12 months+, he would be uncomfrontable. Do not buy this product.

  107. Sophie's Mommy on February 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I bought this system after going to the local Babies’R’US and them telling me that the Graco one we had was recalled. I didn’t want to get another Graco in fear that it would too be recalled. I have a VW Jetta and with the other car seat it had to be placed in the middle in the back of the car which made it almost impossible to get out. But with the Chicco it fits behind the passenger seat a great plus for smaller sedans.

I love how compact the system is and the durability of the fabric. It also fits nicely inside the trunk of my car.

The one con that I have with it is with the Graco it folded up and opened with one hand. The Chicco though I most of the time need two.

I would recommend this system to any new mom.

I would just like to let mom’s out there know although this stroller is very nice looking it was not a good choice. The stroller is very heavy,my son grew out of the carrier within 3 months and he was only 5 pounds at birth so he was not a monster. The carriage was very uncomfortable and once he got a little bigger and could sit up because the sides come up on the seat he couldn’t sit back or see out of the carriage at this point he was 7 months old.I got so fed up I went out and purchased a peg perego and it was absolutely worth every extra penny. So new mom’s out there please shop wisely don’t make the same mistake I did,go for comfort and practicality. oh yeah and the peg perego was very light weight and compact.I would absolutely get the peg perego right from the start if I were choosing now! good luck shopping.

I absolutely love this travel system. It was so easy to put together and super easy to use. Both the car seat and stroller are light weight. Everything just snaps into place and makes it so easy to take our son with us wherever we go. I highly recommend this system.

  111. Mommy of 1 and 1 one on the way!! on March 5th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system looks nice and is functional, however, here are some negatives… When the car seat is in the stroller, the stoller seat is fully reclined which makes the storage really hard to access and pretty much useless. Also, if you are planning on having another child with in a year or so, this car seat doesn’t fit into ANY double stroller but the Chicco double strollers…which are not that great. Overall it’s a good set, but not for anything other than one child…we are now forced to buy a new car seat just to be able to use a double stroller.

  112. SLT on March 7th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We absolutely love this travel system. The carrier is great, not too heavy and easy to carry. Stroller breaksdown very easily and is easy to lift into our SUV. It is also not too big. I use it on walks and it rolls nice.

  113. David on March 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My wife and I bought this travel system a couple months ago for our new baby boy. Ours is actually the denim one but couldnt find it on here anymore. This is by far the best stroller that I have ever used. Turns on a dime, extremely durable, the suspension makes for a very smooth ride. The only complaint my wife has is that its too bulky for her to get out of our vehicle. But she is only 5′ 110lbs so just about any stroller is going to be too bulky for her. The one complaint I have is our baby might not be able to use the stroller into his toddler years because of the way the back rest conforms to his body.

The car seat is wonderful also. Our baby immediately falls asleep when we put him in it. He loves it!!! I had read some reviews before we actually bought it that the car seat was extrememly hot but this has not been the case with ours at all.

  114. Tiffany on March 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the travel system!!! However, handling the stroller takes some getting use to. Overall it’s a winner!

  115. Natty on March 22nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I usually use the stroller to go for walk around the neighborhood or simply when we go out. It rides so smooth & light you barely feel like your pushing a stroller. You can adjust the handle to your height & can open & close it with one hand ( it does take some practice though.) I don’t think there’s anything that i dislike about it yet.

  116. Pettie on March 25th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I have been using this stroller for 17 months and I still like it as much as in the beginning. It is a little heavy, but not so much that it cannot be handled by a small person (I am 5’3″ and not heavy). After all, you would want your child to be in a sturdy stroller, even if the price is a heavier stroller. It steers really easily, it took me a while to get used to it. The storage basket is a great size, it only would be nice if there was a side access to it,when the seat is fully reclined. We have used the stroller on several local and international flights and it survived all of them! My only complaint is that most of the time when we fold it the front wheels have to be straightened otherwise it doesn’t fold completely. It is a bit annoying but not an awful shortcoming. This stroller made us buy the matching play yard and high chair, which have been performing great!
I highly recommend the whole Sahara series!

  117. New Mom on March 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I did a lot of research before choosing a travel system for my daughter. This is by far the most light weight travel system I’ve come across. I’m very petit and it was important for me to choose a travel system that I could maneuver with ease. The only negative comment I could make about this travel system is that there is really no storage space!!!. Once you put the infant seat, it’s very, very hard to put anything in the storage area. I could barely fit my hand bag in there. But if you’re looking for a light weight carrier. This is the one for you.

  118. lchoegger on April 1st, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system is wonderful! I have tried some of my friend’s Graco travel systems, and I would never trade. It is a very smooth ride, and all the features are so easy to use. Someone had said that their baby grew out of the car seat quickly. My son is 8 months old and about 19 lbs. and he still fits in the seat with plenty of room. I think we will be able to use the infant seat until he about 1 year. Bottom line…this is a great system at a great price.

  119. L Logic on April 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

It was exactly what they wanted.

  120. Logan's Momma on April 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love this stroller!! I got it from my in-laws at my baby shower and we love it. It’s not too heavy and it stores easily, it’s kind of bulky but all you need is a corner for it. My son loves it…whenever I take him out in it he falls asleep. It glides right along bumps, my son doesn’t even notice them. I don’t use it everyday because we also have a carrier and because we live in NYC sometimes the carrier is easier than the stroller. My only issue with it is sometimes the carseat doesn’t want to come out of or go in the stroller (lock in or un-lock to come out) so my husband has to help me out sometimes because I can’t get it out of it, but once my son can go in the stroller part (he’s 5 weeks so he’s still in the car seat) it’ll be perfect!! I totally recomment this to anyone, I wouldn’t have gotten another one.

  121. Newmom2009 on April 10th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system was very easy to put together. It turns on a dime and pushes smoothly. My favorite feature is the leg flap that locks in an up postion so newborns can lay in there and sleep. So you don’t always have to use the infant carrier. The stroller itself maybe a little heavy but not overwhelming.

  122. The expectant mother on April 14th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system is awesome! We are so excited about using it with our daughter. The system is very sturdy, and my husband put it together very easily. We absolutely love it! Great safety rating!

  123. The Kiehls on April 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Overall, I am happy with this stroller. There are a few features that I do not like. When the car seat is in the stroller, the back needs to be flat which completely inhibits you from reaching the basket. You have to remove the car seat, put up the stroller-back, and take your items out. I also find the straps and bottom buckle in the carrier/car seat to be oddly positioned and they look uncomfortable for my long baby. Finally, I’m not entirely happy with how the car seats straps into the car when you don’t have the base. It seems like it’s not secure. I do like the the stroller folds easily and will be useful for a long time to come. I like that I can take my daughter on walks with the seatback fully reclined, like a bassinet. The carrier easily snaps into the base.

  124. Love Chicco on April 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This system IS the best out there. I can’t help but laugh at the people who say it isnt, It was worth EVERY penny. My son is now 8 months old, he is in the 98% for height and weight he fits perfectly in both the car seat and the stroller. Maybe people dont know that they can take all the padding out of the seat or somthing. I have a friend that purchased a Graco system the same time that I bought my Chicco, and hers has broken multiple times, her seat is actually bigger than mine and the fabric on hers is really cheap and diffacult to clean. The quality is awesome, I think the only better option is the Peg Perego, and I couldnt afford that system. Also I drive a Toyota Corolla and I can get the seat in and out with no problems, it is a bit snug in the front seat but well worth it for this amazing product. I have only one gripe about this system and that is the storage basket underneath, you really cant utilize it when the carrier was on the stroller, but now that my son is in his “big boy” seat this is no longer a problem for me. As for the people who say the seat doesnt fit on shopping carts, Chicco made it that way because it is VERY UNSAFE for ANY carseat to be on a shopping cart like that, If people would read users manuals it is in bold print on multiple pages that car seats ARE NOT supposed to be on shopping carts, that is why they make Baby Bijorn, LOL. Love it, every mom needs one, well worth the money

  125. May on April 16th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I Love this stroller it was definably worth every penny, it is so smooth my only complain is that the car seat can get a little too heavy once the baby is in it but I guess most of them are like that also once the seat is fully reclined its very difficult to put anything in the storage basket but I guess nothing is perfect and it being so smooth makes up for anything else

  126. Alex's Mom on April 17th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This travel system is everything I could ask for and more. It is light, comfortable, safe, and cute. The stroller is very comfortable and easy to handle. The carseat is also very comfortable for a sleeping or fussy baby. The only two minor things I have noticed:
-the fabric on the carseat collects a lot of fuss from blankets and such
-the handle does not carry purses or diaper bags and the basket underneath doesn’t fit them either. Very little room for storage

  127. geauxgirl on April 19th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This is a VERY safe system. Easy to put together and easy to transfer baby in and out of car. The only con I would say is the stroller is a little bulky, but then again it holds up well and is sturdy because of that also. I love the Sahara color. We have a baby girl, but hope to have another and I find it a great color scheme that works for a girl or a boy.

  128. Just tryin to help on April 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

I love the colors but thats about it. Its a nice stroller, my baby seems to be comfortable in the car seat. The biggeest down fall is the storage basket. Its not very big to begin with then when the car seat is in it you can even put a small purse in it. This is a huge deal because you need that storage and to get anything in or out you have to move your sleeping baby. The way the carseat goes into a car without the base doesnt seem safe, its in a awkard position. If I could do it again I would buy a differnt travel system.

  129. new mom on April 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I feel great knowing that my baby is safe in this carseat.

  130. Mom to three on April 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

This Chicco combo is amazing! I cannot believe I chose Graco over it for my first two children. The Chicco carseat base is so much easier to install into our Honda Pilot. I absolutely LOVE the easy open stroller and how it folds out to the exact position I had it in before closing it. The stroller handles really well and it has a smooth ride for baby. It turns easily and is stylish too.

My only complaint is that it’s hard to use the basket when the infant seat is in the stroller, but it seems almost all strollers have this problem. I highly recommend this!

  131. melkobra on April 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The storage has a snap/button that you can push that will detach the bottom when you are lying the back completely flat. This way you do not have to interrupt the baby sleeping etc. The only better system would be the Peg Prego

  132. stacey on May 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

My wife and I tested and tried lot of travel systems in BabiesRUs and other places. I read lot of online reviews about this product. After putting in several hours of thinking and discussing with my wife we ended up buying this travel system. I am so glad that we ended up buying this system. This is very comfortable, easily to fold, easy to move around, easy to set up system. This travel system gives you lot more for your money than you ever expected. I would vote for this 100 out 100 times if given a choice.

  136. Mom in Cali on May 12th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Well the carseat, I have no complaints about, but the stroller is not a good stroller. In the year and a half we have owned the system, the stroller handle that you pull on to have it fold up has broken twice. The durability of the stroller is not good. We had an Evenflo stroller last us 5 years before this one. I would not recommend buying this system since it is overpriced as well. You have to have a good stroller you can count on.

  137. SHKMommy on May 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

My husband and I bought this travel system about 2 years ago for our daughter. The stroller has been great. However, I have had some problems with the carseat. My first issue was that the carseat was very heavy. I had the buy the Baby Trend stroller in order to be able to take her places right after giving birth. Also, it doesn’t fit well in shopping carts (only Babies R Us carts fit it well). Also, now are are expecting baby #2 and their are NO chicco double strollers that adapt to the carseat. This carseat only fits in the Peg Perego Aria Double Stroller (and it really doesn’t click in — it just sits in it) or the Bumbleride Indie Twin. Both are pricey strollers. So, if you are planning on having kids close in age and will need a double stroller, you might want to rethink this travel system.

  138. New Parents on May 13th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We put this on our registry after a lot of research and received it as a gift. I love this car seat and stroller. It is so easy to put together. I have the bunde me on the car seat and the baby is so comfy in it. I love the extra neck and body support is awesome. I can put my purse and the baby’s diaper bag in the stroller storage basket with no problems, so I don’t know what some of these other people are talking about. There are a lot of babies in my family and all of there seats looked uncomfortable and were complicated to level and put in the car, this one took all of 2 minutes if that.

  139. new mom on May 15th, 2009 at 12:00 am

The travel system is worth the money. We did a lot of research on car seats and stroller safety and this one was top rated. We had also looked at the Graco travel systems, but couldn’t find a pattern that we liked…we have a girl but wanted something more gender neutral. The Graco systems also felt cheaper in materials. The car seat is easy to install and easy to move from car to stroller – which can be difficult for a new mother and when your child starts to get heavier.
The stroller is easy to maneuver with one hand and can be folded easily with a one hand release (it takes a little practice so don’t get discouraged in the beginning!) The only thing I was disappointed with was that the car seat didn’t fit with some of the lighter weight strollers – like the Graco Snap and Go, but after using the stroller for a few days I don’t mind because of the easy maneuverability and storage (apparently it is compatable with the Maclaren Travel Stroller. My friends purchased the Peg Perego Uno stroller which does not drive as well as the Chicco, is a little heavier and a lot more expensive.

  140. Mommy2Angel on May 20th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We purchsed this travel system in December 08. Our baby came in January 09, I loved that the carseat was so secure and looks sturdy. It fastens to the back seat very tightly, does not move around.

The one thing I do not like is the car seat material. It does not breath at all. My poor baby girl is so wet when she gets out of the seat after just a quick car ride. It’s horrible material for a car seat. Yes it may be easy to clean but is awful for the skin. Now that its almost in the 100 here I have to buy another car seat so she doesnt dehydrate from the heat. My little girl does not like going into this car seat, the way it is molded bugs her. Its not a very cumfy seat when they start to get larger. This sucks since I paid a high price thinking she would be in it for a little while.

The stroller is easy to push around, a bit bulky and heavy when you get it out of your trunk. But you get a little more weight when you buy sturdy items. And again with the material, its horrible. Doesnt breath at all.

  141. New mom on May 23rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

My husband and I registered for this travel system after seeing it highly rated in Consumer Reports. I have to say we have not been disappointed! The seat itself is cozy and well-constructed. Our daughter is almost always soothed by the infant insert, as it hugs her body and makes her feel secure.

The stroller is wonderful, as well. Given the research that small infants need more “face time” than other stimulation, we love that the car seat, when inserted into the stroller’s base, faces us. I am also glad that this smooth-riding vehicle can adapt to our daughter as she grows. So far, I have not been disappointed!

  142. minimommy on May 26th, 2009 at 12:00 am

i absolutely love this travel system and don’t agree with ANY of the negative comments about it!
the carseat is super safe and easy to take in and out of the car, the stroller is just the right size and has everything you could ever need. i usually don’t go for such pricey things but after a lot of research i decided this travel system was worth the money and after using it for seven months, i am so glad i got this one! i feel like it is more important to spend money on safe carseats and durable strollers than all those other unnecessary baby gadgets!

  143. First time mom on May 28th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Everything is great about this product. From versatility to ease of use. I was looking into buying a higher end stroller, when I found this one. This had everything and then some. Lots of places for storage. The only cons are that the bin underneith isn’t too big. Stuff I can work around. The one thing I would have loved is if the wheels were rubber. I’m trying to lose the baby weight, and with all the walking, I think it would have made for a smoother ride. You won’t regret this purchase. Great buy. Will definitely recommend!

  144. Keps on May 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Ok, so I have mixed emotions about this travel system…
Pros— I absolutely LOVED using the infant seat/key fit for my son. I used it until a few days ago and my son is a 21 lb 30 inch, 10 mth old. He got his use out of it and loved it! Very easy to lock into the truck.
Cons— THE STROLLER!!! It was horrible. My son never looked comfortable in it and would cry everytime I put him in it without the infant seat. He was always lop-sided and as much as I adjusted the straps, it never helped. He would cry all the time. It is very heavy, but I’m not going to complain about that because it IS a travel system (they are all heavy) But comfort wise, my son hated it. The leg lift never worked on mine, so my son’s feet would always dangle.
I purchased a Maclaren Quest, and he is in love with it. When I put him in it, he seems so relaxed and comfortable.
Anyway, overall I would recommend the infant key fit carseat 100%, but the stroller itself in my opinion is a waste of money.

  145. Olivia's mom on June 2nd, 2009 at 12:00 am

The infant car seat was very easy to use & install. We did get an extra base to use in another car. My daughter is now 3 years old & we still use the stroller. It is very easy to fold with 1 hand, the seat fabric is very durable & washes well & I can fit a lot of stuff in the basket under the stroller…..great for shopping!

  146. Carmina on June 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

Everything works great. Just make sure when you put the car seat in the stroller, the stroller seat is in the fully reclined position, or you cannot remove the car seat. Cup holder does not really hold any cup with out spilling.

  147. New Mom in NJ on June 3rd, 2009 at 12:00 am

The car seat was so easy so install it just clipped right onto the car seat latches in my car, and I love how easy the car seat snaps in and out but is still ver very safe.

THe stroller has the easy to open handle and folds aways quickly too, great for moms on the go. Plus the steering of the stroller is great!

  148. CA Mom on June 6th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I agree with Mommy2Angel’s comments 100%. The material does NOT breathe and my baby gets really hot in this. The basket under the stroller is impossible to put anything in if your baby is at all reclined. While it may be convenient with the “click and go” system, this really gets to be a pain when your baby gets heavier. It says you can use until your baby is 25-30 lbs, I hardly doubt that. My baby is 15+ lbs and I feel the need to get something different soon. The straps in the seat are difficult to adjust, my baby never sits right in there, he’s always lopsided or leaning. The bottom latch is tight while the shoulder straps are loose. It’s quite annoying! The only use I see this stroller will have is if I am out for a long period of time and my baby can sit up at a 90 angle to look around. Other than that I take my Snap and Go stroller which is less cumbersome to haul around, especially when he was only a couple months old. You don’t need the ENTIRE system to push around, it’s a waste of time/space. It’s also very bulky to load in the car and takes up too much space in the back. If I had to do it all over again I would NOT choose this stroller.

  149. Momof3 on June 8th, 2009 at 12:00 am

With the birth of our 3rd child, we purchased this Chicco travel system. We love it! It is one of the safest out there. And it comes with the extra padding for newborns, (so you don’t have to purchase one) which does do a good job of keepinig the baby’s head from flopping to one side. The base is easy to install in car and you can adjust to fit quite securely. The stroller is great and what most people don’t realize is that you are able to release the black latch located on the front of the basket to allow for more space when seat is reclined. […] It is however, slightly difficult to release the latch and if your baby is sleeping it may wake him up.The carrier itself is a little heavier than others, but worth it for the added safety. The stroller is very light weight and extremely easy to fold down and up. We also love the colors of the Saraha, not too bold, nice for a boy!

  150. regretful on June 8th, 2009 at 12:00 am

Many cons – save your money!
-material makes my daughter sweat tremendously
    -heavier than most carseats
-stroller seat back does not come all the way up and my daughter always seems reclined and uncomfortable.
-read other negative reviews, there are many more cons, but these were the major ones for us!

When I bought it I did read some reviews, but thought all the complaints were no big deal…..boy was i wrong. I totally regret this purchase. I wish I had spent a little more for the maxi cosi or a lot less for a graco….both are better options. This was a lot of money for a horrible system!

My only regret is that any drink you put in the cup holder seems to spill..

  157. mmaney on July 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We have loved this system all throughout the time our daughter was in the seat (1 yr) and the stroller still drives like a dream after almost 3 years. In fact my daughter is quite attached to it. The problem is that we cannot upgrade to a double stroller or “sit and stand” stroller because it doesn’t fit these strollers very well. It only seems to fit Chicco strollers because of its deep base that lacks a notch which is present in the Gracos and Baby Trends, and makes them work well with doubles/sit and stands.. If the seat begins to fit at all (rare), my daughter hits the back of her head on the Chicco infant seat (if she is positioned in front) or has it almost in her lap (if positioned behind). Chicco needs to reward loyal customers and make a double/sit and stand stroller for expanding families, or families of twins, triplets, etc. If you want a double stroller to use with an infant and toddler, you have to replace your Chicco seat to find something to fit… Otherwise, it gets 5 stars for quality, ease, and Lexus-degree smooth handling of the stroller. Very secure attachment to base, easy to remove from base. I have loved it until now……However, I would NOT RECOMMEND to first time parents due to the wasted money having to replace it for a seat that will fit a double stroller when younger children arrive.

This product met my expectations. It was easy to put together and isn’t too heavy to lift when need be. The basket is spacious so as to allow convenient storage of belongings.

I bought this item as a gift for our niece and nephew and their beautiful new baby; they love it and it’s got so many helpful and safe features and they are easy to use.

Love the car seat looks comfy good weight limit, a little on the heavy side compared to others. The stroller is great ez to open/close, several positions to choose from. Only thing I hate is the sun shades on both stroller and car seat. On the car seat it falls back slightly and provides very little shade. The stroller shade does adjust however it still doesn’t provide good shade. I would prefer the shades on the graco products.

I loved this travel system at first. It’s sturdy and has all the necessary features at a great price….and the infant car seat is top rated re: safety reviews. BUT just want to warn you before you buy….. First, the carrier is much heavier than most other brands. Not so fun when your baby nears 6 months. It does NOT fit securely in the front of shopping carts. It is NOT capatible with any other stroller or stroller adapter. You may be able to make it work, but it’s not recommended and NOT safe for joggers. I will be having #2 in December and have to buy a new infant car seat and bases (we have 3)…in order to get the carrier into a double stroller with or without the adapter…btw, that includes joggering strollers too (I use the Bob). As of now, Chicco does not make a double stroller and other makes are NOT capatible (or do not recommend use) with the Chicco carrier. Stoller adapters for most stroller makes are NOT capatible with Chicco carriers either! So I can’t throw an adapter on a new Bob double jogger or a new double stroller. I have to start over. Also, the handle on my Chicco travel system stroller broke at about 18 months and rendered the stroller unusable. Chicco could NOT replace the stroller. I would have had to buy a different Chicco stoller that didn’t match and was not the same as the one that came with the travel system (different model). Sounds ok b/c my daughter didn’t need the carrier anymore, but I wanted to use what I had for the next baby without purchasing new gear. Now I can’t. I did not buy another stroller b/c I didn’t want to spend money on Chicco gear. We just stayed with our awesome mcclarren umbrella b/c she was over 18 months. Do not buy this system. Too many inconveniences you’ll pay for later. Only good for the first year. Not a good system if you are planning for more kids close in age.

I received this as a gift from my parents, my husband and I love this product, and rave about to anyone that will listen. It’s smooth and easy transfer for my son from one car to another with one converter. I recommend it over all the other strollers out there anyday. A great system!

I have used the stroller for walks and for going to the Friday Night Music in the Park. I love that I put my son in his carseat and then I can just click his entire carseat into the stroller and go. Especially in this heat, I like that I dont have to take him out of the seat and leave it in the hot car. I haven’t had to use the stroller seat by itself yet, as he is still too small (only 8 weeks currently). However I have laid him down in the stroller for a walk when he was already sleeping, rather than risk waking him up to buckle him into his car seat. What I don’t like is that the harness is bulky in the seat, so since he is small enough to just lay in the seat and he is not going to go anywhere I don’t feel the need to use the buckle…but its so bulky that I have to la a blanket under him so he isn’t laying directly on all the straps and latches.I have a large trunk, but it takes up almost the entire trunk, so when we go out of town we have to put most of our stuff in the back seat. If we had more than 1 kid, that would be difficult. AND when the stroller is in the laying down position, its near impossible to get into the storage basket.
Also i have trouble when trying to adjust the back rest. one side seems to click into place but not the other side.

I like the stroller although I haven’t tried out alot of other ones. The base is very easy to install and the car seat snaps right in. One thing you really need to be careful with is the actual car seat is not very safe in alot of shopping carts. They just don’t sit really sturdy. Otherwise I haven’t really had any problems with this set although the car seat is a little heavier than others.

In shopping for a stroller system I don’t think you will find a perfect one; each system has drawbacks. My husband and I received this as a gift for our 2 month old daughter. Here are some of the pros: easily opens/closes with one hand, smooth handling, car seat easily goes from stroller to car and vice versa, car seat is very safe and sturdy (if you want you the safest car seat you have to compromise its additional weight), car sear base is easy to install using LATCH and bucket seats, cannot put on top of a shopping cart (since this is an unsafe practice it prevents a parent from being tempted to do it).
Some cons: If you have a summer baby like we do, the fabric on the car seat is very heavy and causes my daughter to overheat and get rashy. Also it is hard to reach the basket under the stroller when the seat is fully reclined, the stroller is heavy but well built. Overall this is the best stroller out there and a few minor improvements would make it a 5 star system.

After trying all the other travel systems in the store, my husband and I purchased this one, and since our baby was born, there have been no regrets. Installing the car seat takes me less than two minutes with the LATCH system and fits well into our mid-size SUV’s. The straps are easy to adjust and secure into place. The stroller is very easy to to fold and unfold and light enough for me to lift into the back of our SUV’s.

Here are some highlights (both pro and con’s) that stick out more than the previously mentioned:

    1) When folding the stroller, the wheels don’t come up and smack into your hands, especially since the last thing I want to do is touch my baby after touching those dirty wheels. This was the only stroller in the store that would do this.
    2) My baby’s head always looks secure and comfortable in this seat; not tilted to the side or bent uncomfortably forward.
    3) There is maybe one or two times my baby hasn’t fallen asleep in this seat.

    1) The car seat is heavy, even though my baby weighs less than twelve pounds.
    2) It’s hard to place items in the lower basket of the stroller with the car seat snapped in. For the seat to fit properly into the stroller, the stroller’s seat must be fully reclined. Instead, I hang my diaper bag on the handle of the stroller, since that’s the main item I want to put in there.

All-in-all, despite the two con’s, this travel system is stellar, and when asked about it, I don’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Anyone I talk to who already owns it loves it, too.

This travel set is perfect for tall people. Both my boyfriend (6’6) and I (5’8)are tall and we dont have to slouch when pushing for our lil one. It’s also for easy to expand and collapse. It’s also very easy to click carrier into base and stroller. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Our daughter was 8 weeks premature and after she spent a month in the hospital, we brought her home when she weighed about 5 pounds. She fit very well in the car seat/carrier. We love the convenience of the carrier and base for the car! The stroller is great too because the carrier snaps right in it! The carrier is a bit heavy to carry around for very long. Our baby is now 1 year old and about 17 pounds and we just leave the carrier in the car now as the car seat. We now use the stroller without the carrier and that has been great too! The harness in the stroller is pretty big on her right now but she would rather sit up. It holds her in enough though.

We bought this as a gift for our first Grandson. We are amazed at the quality and features. The last one I bought was in the 1980’s. They have come a long way.The ease of assembly and the obvious QUALITY is wonderful. Thanks, JG

I like the carseat because the material is pretty stain resistant and the color is great for either boy or girl. The carseat is a little heavy and does not fit on shopping carts but it’s sturdy and I feel my son is safe in it. I hate the stroller. It is way too heavy and big. Folded up, it barely fits into the trunk of my full size sedan even when the trunk is empty. Also, it is difficult to move when folded up. It would be nice if you could wheel it around when folded but you either have to drag it or lift it (and it’s too heavy to lift so you end up just dragging it). The only things I like about the stroller is the material is pretty stain resistant and the ride is pretty smooth.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING REVIEW: I loved this travel system at first. I will be having #2 in January and have to buy a new infant car seat and bases (we have 2)…in order to get the carrier into a double stroller with or without the adapter…. As of now, Chicco does not make a double stroller and other makes are NOT capatible (or do not recommend use) with the Chicco carrier. Stoller adapters for most stroller makes are NOT capatible with Chicco carriers either! I have to start over. Do not buy this system. Too many inconveniences you’ll pay for later. Only good for the first year. Not a good system if you are planning for more kids close in age.I AM SO ANNOYED THAT I HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM. BAD ENOUGH THE DOUBLE STROLLER WILL COST OVER [$] NOW I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE CAR SEAT TOO (ANOTHER $140-$160!!!!). WE ALL KNOW HOW THE ECONOMY IS AND THIS IS JUST ANOTHER DOWNFALL…..

  177. Thanks Chicco on August 27th, 2009 at 12:00 am

We have been using this system for 17 months and sadly my daughter has finally outgrown the seat. Too bad! Not only does this product have excellent safety reviews, but when you handle it you can feel how sturdy, durable and well made it is. We found the base extremely easy to install in vehicles with LATCH and only slightly harder to use in vehicles without it. The levels on the side make it so easy. The seat itself is simple to snap in and out of the base. We have also had to use the seat without the base, a little more of a pain, but great when the occassional oversight happens and you end up stuck somewhere without a car seat base. The straps are easy to adjust and do not twist. The seat cover is easy to remove and cleans up nicely. 17 months of heavy use, many road trips and not one stain! The one down side to the seat is that it does not fit in the front of most shopping carts very well however the seat fits nicely resting in the bottom or across the basket just fine. The seat is a little awkward for petite people to lug around, but then again ALL infant seats are once you get a baby in them!
I have enjoyed the stroller as well, but I did have one issue with it (which was probably my fault). The canopy would sometimes snap off while in transit from trunk to use and vice versa. Not a big deal, easy to snap it back on, but on outings when we are in and out of the car several times in a row it gets a little old. I love that the stroller reclines making it easy for little ones to take naps and the canopy is versitile enough to make shade no matter where you. My favorite thing about the stroller was the adjustable handle. A great feature since my husband and I are not even close to the same height!
Just to throw it out there, the Sahara color scheme looks great and can definitely work for a boy or girl. Overall this is a quality, durable travel system worth considering.

Not worth the $460 I paid. Car seat is sturdy but heavy. Stroller is crap. Cannot get anything into or out of the basket with the seat reclined. The buckle on the stroller became stuck. Chicco customer service was poor. The agent was rude. Took almost 3 week to get a new harness. Chicco did not send installation instructions with harness. Handle is flimsy
