We wanted a stroller that allowed our kid to see us and us her as we walked. We got more. Xplory is just the best thing in strollers. Pricey yes, but our kid sees us as we walk, easy to reach her for her needs w/o having to go around to the front. Very adaptable and folds up small. Takes a little practice to open and close, but not too bad, the bassinet was awesome when she was newborn, we used it like a little bed, she would sleep or lie in it and we wheeled her into every room we were in even the kitchen, the umbrella is very nice feature too, you can bend it as needed for shade, definitely get the car seat attachment, works great w/Graco infant or peg perrego. You may shy away from the price, but most other travel systems are bulky and pricey and usually turns out not as convenient. Also, comes w/nice matching backpack diaper bag. Gorgeous colors to pick from, wish we could have one of each:) Definite eye catcher too so be careful where you leave it!

Dont waste your money on this expensive stroller! It’s a total waste. Being a NYC native and loving the new and fashionable trends, I thought to myself, “Why not get a Stokke?” Worst mistake in my life! First of all, the stroller is too bulky. It takes me 10 minutes to take the HEAVY, BULKY frame out of my trunk, then attach the BULKY bassinett to the frame, and then attach the TINY stroller bag to the frame. The TINY, FLIMSY stroller bag is a JOKE. The bag barely holds anything. When I walk down the crowded streets of NYC, it’s difficult to manuever in the crowds because it’s so huge & bulky that it takes up a lot of the sidewalk space. Sometimes, I get scowled out with sour looks because of the size of the stroller! To the future parents out there, dont bother spending money on this worthless stroller! I bought a Graco Metrolite Travel System in Delancy Print…and I love it!! Im also using my previous Graco stroller frame with the Graco car seat…and it’s wonderful…light, easy to use, and sets up in 2 minutes flat!

I “won” this stroller on AMEX wishlist and only paid about [$]for everything. This stroller is durable and easy to use. I can guide it with one hand and it is easy to get in and out of the car. When set up I think it’s more compact than the Graco system that my sister has. I only used the bassinet attachment once on the stroller but used it as a bassinet for sleeping right after baby was born. I bought the car seat attachment and put the Graco infant car seat on the stroller. That is much easier for me than dealing with the bassinet. Plus baby likes the infant carseat better than the bassinet. I can fit lot of stuff in the stroller bag. My friend has a bugaboo and thinks the stokke is easier to set up. I love that baby is so high and easily accessible. I can go down stairs easily with the carseat by putting one hand on the stroller handle and one hand on the carseat handle. Going up is a bit trickier but not impossible. The blanket that comes with it is nice and soft and baby loves it. Would I have paid full price? Maybe…but I would not have bought the bassinet.

  4. GRAMMY babysits grandson 3 days week on April 28th, 2008 at 12:00 am

Okay I’m telling you I have had them all and this is the mercedes stroller. First of all the reason I wanted this was I did not want my grandbaby riding low to ground where I could not see him, nor could he see me, well this buggy is not only cute as a bug it handles like a jet, I stroll him around the house in this and he watches everything I do, and he is so happy, it has been a life saver for my back. I have nothing bad to say about this stroller only beware people follow you everywhere we go wanting to know where to buy this, high quality period!!!!!!!

I totally agree with the comment from city mom below me. As a first time mother i wanted what was best and most expenisve for my baby and I fell in love with the stokke online. I ordered it and I loved at the beginning but when I had my baby I realized that it was a rough ride, since I live in the city of New York. It’s too bulky and the “storage bag” is a joke, I was thrilled to go to the mall with my baby for the first time but then I realized where the heck am i going to put my bags?! So I bought my stokke back and bought a bugaboo, its just as cute and modern, has more storage and is a smoother ride, also you save a couple more bucks. =]

I just cann’t begin to tell u how much i love this stroller, I call it the The BMW, Mercedes, etc.

Everywhere I go people want to know where I got it from and who’s the lucky baby. This stroller is easy to take apart and put up, But what I like the most is that i can stand up and change my baby without having to bend over because of the height.

The rain cover fits snug on the stroller and does not hang loose like the other one. However i must say its a pretty penny but worth the money.

I gave it a lot of thought before I brought this stroller and I cann’t be more happier that i made
a great choice. So go out and get one if u have not already.

    dont waste your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
buy a bugaboo cameleon, its the best,i have had all the high end strollers out there..and the bugaboo is the best….of the best out here….
the stokke is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy heavy/bulky/odd to use….the bugaboo has everything a mom needs for the baby/child and it is a breeze to stroll around compared to this..
yes its cute and modern but if you want the best for your baby/child…dont buy this stroller…

  9. M.T.V. Mommy on February 18th, 2009 at 12:00 am

I absolutely love the stroller. I always wanted the best for my child and this is the best. The height is perfect never had to bend down to put my child in. I like the fact that my daughter is the same height as everyone else, she even looks down at the children in those bugaboo strollers. As for it being bulky, ITS A STROLLER! Very easy to use once you get the hang of it. Very Stylish, I can’t say how many compliments I get on it on a day to day basis. Money well spent.
